Hadith 2005
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَضَى بِالْوَلَدِ لِلْفِرَاشِ .
عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلیاللہ علیہ وسلم نے صاحب فراش کے لیے بچے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے ۱؎۔
