Hadith 2241
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ عَلَى الصَّادِقِ الْمَصْدُوقِ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَنَا قَالَ " بَيْعُ الْمُحَفَّلاَتِ خِلاَبَةٌ وَلاَ تَحِلُّ الْخِلاَبَةُ لِمُسْلِمٍ " .
عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں صادق و مصدوق ابوالقاسم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ آپ نے ہم سے بیان کیا، اور فرمایا:
«محفّلات» کا بیچنا فریب اور دھوکہ ہے، اور مسلمان کو دھوکہ دینا حلال اور جائز نہیں ۱؎۔
