ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایسی جائیداد میں شفعہ کا حکم دیا ہے جو تقسیم نہ کی گئی ہو، لیکن جب تقسیم ہو جائے اور حد بندی ہو تو شفعہ نہیں ہے۔
