Hadith 1377
وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ مَنْ أَسْلَفَ سَلَفًا فَلاَ يَشْتَرِطْ إِلاَّ قَضَاءَهُ .
