Hadith 1670a
حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ حَدَّثَنَا وَقَالَ، حَرْمَلَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ، بْنُ يَسَارٍ مَوْلَى مَيْمُونَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَقَرَّ الْقَسَامَةَ عَلَى مَا كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ .
Bana Ebû't-Tâhir ile Harmele b. Yahya rivayet ettiler. (Ebû't-Tâhir haddesenâ tâbirini kullandı. Harmele ise: Bize İbni Vehb haber verdi, dedi.) (Demişki): Bana Yûnus, İbni Şihâb'dan naklen haber verdi. (Demişki): Bana Ebû Seleme b. Abdirrahmân ile Nebi (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)'in zevcesi Meymûne'nin âzâdlısı Süleyman b. Yesâr, Resûlullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)'in ashabı Ensârdan bir zattan naklen haber verdi ki: Resûlullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) kasâmeyi, câhiliyyet devrinde olduğu şekilde bırakmış
