Then you will surely see it with the eye of certainty.1

Commentary on 102:7
﴿ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيْنَ الْيَقِينِ﴾ أي مشاهدة، وانتصب قوله: "عين اليقين" انتصاب المصدر كما تقول: رأيته حقًا يقينًا، وتبينته يقينًا.
ومعنى هذه الرؤية: الرؤية التي هي مشاهدة) [[ما بين القوسين نقله كما بينه الإمام الواحدي عن "الحجة" 6/ 434 - 435 بتصرف.]]. هذا كله كلام أبي علي الفارسي (وتفسيره) [[ساقط من (أ).]].
وقال الفراء: قراءة العامة أشبه بكلام العرب، لأنه تغليظ، فلا ينبغي أن يختلف لفظه [["معاني القرآن" 3/ 288 بيسير من التصرف.]].
وقال أبو علي: (والمعنى في "لتَرُون الجحيم" لترون عذاب الجحيم، ألا ترى [[(ترا) كلا النسختين.]] أن الجحيم يراها المؤمنون أيضًا، بدلالة قوله ﴿وَإِنْ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَا﴾ [مريم: 71]، وإذا كان كذلك، فالمعنى: والوعيد في رؤية عذابها لا في رؤيتها نفسها، يدل على هذا قوله: ﴿إِذْ يَرَوْنَ الْعَذَابَ﴾ [البقرة: 165]؛ (ذكر العذاب في هذه يدل على أن المعنى في الآخرة العذاب) [[ما بين القوسين ساقط من (أ).]] أيضًا، وبناء الفعل في قوله: "إذ يرون العذاب"، وفي قوله: ﴿وَإِذَا رَأَى [[في (أ): (وإذ يرى).]] الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا الْعَذَابَ﴾ [النحل: 85] للفاعل يدل على أن "لَتَرَوُنَّ الجحيمَ"، أرجح (من لَتُرَوْن [[ما بين القوسين ساقط من (أ).]]) [["الحجة" 6/ 436 - 437 بيسير من التصرف.]]. انتهى كلامه.

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي ٱلصُّدُورِ ١٠
And that within the breasts is obtained,1

Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Aware.1

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
101:1
ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ ١
The Striking Calamity -
101:2
مَا ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ ٢
What is the Striking Calamity?
101:3
وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ ٣
And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity?
101:4
يَوۡمَ يَكُونُ ٱلنَّاسُ كَٱلۡفَرَاشِ ٱلۡمَبۡثُوثِ ٤
It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed,1

وَتَكُونُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَٱلۡعِهۡنِ ٱلۡمَنفُوشِ ٥
And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up.1

فَأَمَّا مَن ثَقُلَتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ ٦
Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds],
101:7
فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٖ رَّاضِيَةٖ ٧
He will be in a pleasant life.
101:8
وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَفَّتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ ٨
But as for one whose scales are light,
101:9
فَأُمُّهُۥ هَاوِيَةٞ ٩
101:10
وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا هِيَهۡ ١٠
And what can make you know what that is?
101:11
نَارٌ حَامِيَةُۢ ١١
It is a Fire, intensely hot.
سورة التكاثر
At-Takathur

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
102:1
أَلۡهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ ١
Competition in [worldly] increase diverts you
102:2
حَتَّىٰ زُرۡتُمُ ٱلۡمَقَابِرَ ٢
Until you visit the graveyards.1

كـَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٣
No! You are going to know.
102:4
ثُمَّ كـَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٤
Then, no! You are going to know.
102:5
كـَلَّا لَوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عِلۡمَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ ٥
No! If you only knew with knowledge of certainty...1

لَتَرَوُنَّ ٱلۡجَحِيمَ ٦
You will surely see the Hellfire.
102:7
ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيۡنَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ ٧
Then you will surely see it with the eye of certainty.1

ثُمَّ لَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ يَوۡمَئِذٍ عَنِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ ٨
Then you will surely be asked that Day about pleasure.1
