أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَسۡجُدُۤ لَهُۥۤ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلشَّمۡسُ وَٱلۡقَمَرُ وَٱلنُّجُومُ وَٱلۡجِبَالُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ وَٱلدَّوَآبُّ وَكَثِيرٞ مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِۖ وَكَثِيرٌ حَقَّ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡعَذَابُۗ وَمَن يُهِنِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن مُّكۡرِمٍۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَفۡعَلُ مَا يَشَآءُ۩ ١٨
Do you not see [i.e., know] that to Allāh prostrates whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth and the sun, the moon, the stars, the mountains, the trees, the moving creatures and many of the people? But upon many the punishment has been justified.1 And he whom Allāh humiliates - for him there is no bestower of honor. Indeed, Allāh does what He wills.

Commentary on 22:18
* الإعراب:
(الهمزة) للاستفهام (له) متعلّق ب (يسجد) ، (في السموات) متعلّق بمحذوف صلة من، وكذلك (في الأرض) للموصول الثاني (من الناس) متعلّق بنعت ل (كثير [[(كثير) يجوز أن يكون معطوفا على (من في السموات) ، ويجوز أن يكون مبتدأ خبره محذوف تقديره مثاب.]] ، (عليه) متعلّق ب (حقّ) ، (من) اسم شرط مفعول به مقدّم (يهن) مجزوم فعل الشرط وعلامة الجزم السكون، وحرّك بالكسر لالتقاء الساكنين (الفاء) رابطة لجواب الشرط (ما) نافية مهملة (له) متعلّق بمحذوف خبر مقدّم (مكرم) مجرور لفظا مرفوع محلّا مبتدأ مؤخّر.
والمصدر المؤوّل (أنّ الله يسجد له) في محلّ نصب سدّ مسدّ مفعولي ترى.
جملة: «لم تر ... » لا محلّ لها استئنافيّة.
وجملة: «يسجد ... » في محلّ رفع خبر أنّ.
وجملة: «حقّ عليه العذاب» في محلّ رفع نعت لكثير [[يجوز أن تكون الجملة خبرا للمبتدأ (كثير) الثاني، وقد حذف الوصف لدلالة الأول عليه أي: كثير من الناس وقد قدّم العكبريّ هذا الوجه على الوجه الآخر أعلاه.]] .
وجملة: «من يهن الله ... » لا محلّ لها استئنافيّة.
وجملة: «ما له من مكرم ... » في محلّ جزم جواب الشرط مقترنة بالفاء.
وجملة: «إنّ الله يفعل ... » لا محلّ لها استئناف بيانيّ.
وجملة: «يفعل ما يشاء ... » في محلّ رفع خبر إنّ.
وجملة: «يشاء ... » لا محلّ لها صلة الموصول (ما) .
* الصرف:
(يهن) ، فيه إعلال بالحذف لمناسبة الجزم أصله يهين، التقى ساكنان فحذفت الياء المنقلبة عن واو وزنه يفل بضم فكسر.
(مكرم) ، اسم فاعل من أكرم الرباعيّ، وزنه مفعل بضمّ الميم وكسر العين.

22:16
وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ ءَايَٰتِۭ بَيِّنَٰتٖ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَهۡدِي مَن يُرِيدُ ١٦
And thus have We sent it [i.e., the Qur’ān] down as verses of clear evidence and because Allāh guides whom He intends.
22:17
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَٱلصَّٰبِـِٔينَ وَٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰ وَٱلۡمَجُوسَ وَٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَفۡصِلُ بَيۡنَهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌ ١٧
Indeed, those who have believed and those who were Jews and the Sabeans and the Christians and the Magians and those who associated with Allāh - Allāh will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed Allāh is, over all things, Witness.1

22:18

22:19
۞ هَٰذَانِ خَصۡمَانِ ٱخۡتَصَمُواْ فِي رَبِّهِمۡۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ قُطِّعَتۡ لَهُمۡ ثِيَابٞ مِّن نَّارٖ يُصَبُّ مِن فَوۡقِ رُءُوسِهِمُ ٱلۡحَمِيمُ ١٩
These1 are two adversaries who have disputed over their Lord. But those who disbelieved will have cut out for them garments of fire. Poured upon their heads will be scalding water

22:20
يُصۡهَرُ بِهِۦ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِمۡ وَٱلۡجُلُودُ ٢٠
By which is melted that within their bellies and [their] skins.
22:21
وَلَهُم مَّقَٰمِعُ مِنۡ حَدِيدٖ ٢١
And for [striking] them are maces of iron.
22:22
كُلَّمَآ أَرَادُوٓاْ أَن يَخۡرُجُواْ مِنۡهَا مِنۡ غَمٍّ أُعِيدُواْ فِيهَا وَذُوقُواْ عَذَابَ ٱلۡحَرِيقِ ٢٢
Every time they want to get out of it [i.e., Hellfire] from anguish, they will be returned to it, and [it will be said], "Taste the punishment of the Burning Fire!"
22:23
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُدۡخِلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ يُحَلَّوۡنَ فِيهَا مِنۡ أَسَاوِرَ مِن ذَهَبٖ وَلُؤۡلُؤٗاۖ وَلِبَاسُهُمۡ فِيهَا حَرِيرٞ ٢٣
Indeed, Allāh will admit those who believe and do righteous deeds to gardens beneath which rivers flow. They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and pearl, and their garments therein will be silk.
