Al-Mu'minun 23:84

قُل لِّمَنِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَمَن فِيهَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٨٤
Say, [O Muḥammad], "To whom belongs the earth and whoever is in it, if you should know?"

Commentary on 23:84
Allahu i Madhëruar e urdhëron Profetin e Tij që t’u lexojë këto ajete mohuesve të ringjalljes, atyre të cilët kanë parapëlqyer idhujt kundrejt Zotit të gjithësisë. Nëpërmjet këtyre ajeteve, u thërret mendjes së atyre të mjerëve që të kujtojnë ato gjëra që i besojnë edhe vetë dhe të meditojnë me kujdes në to. Ata e besojnë se Allahu është Krijuesi, Furnizuesi dhe Rregulluesi i gjithësisë. Pra, ata e njësojnë Allahun në aspektin rububije. Atëherë, ajeti i nxit ata që, duke u nisur nga fakti se Allahu është Një i vetëm në aspektin rububije, të pranojnë se Ai është Një dhe i vetëm edhe në aspektin uluhije, pra, në meritën e adhurimit, përkushtimit dhe nënshtrimit ndaj Tij. Gjithashtu, ata e besojnë se është Allahu i Madhëruar Ai që i krijoi qiejt dhe tokën dhe çdo gjë tjetër mes tyre. Atëherë, le të meditojnë në këtë fakt që e pranojnë, për të pranuar edhe faktin që Allahu mund t’i ringjallë të vdekurit, sepse kjo është edhe më e lehtë se krijimi i gjithë atyre krijesave madhështore. Duke i nxitur që të mendojnë e të vënë në përdorim logjikën, Allahu i Madhëruar thotë:Thuaj: “E kujt është Toka dhe çdo gjë në të?(Thuajeni)nëse e dini!” -Kush është Ai që e krijoi tokën dhe gjithë çka në të: kafshët, bimët, sendet, oqeanet, lumenjtë, malet? Pronë e kujt janë ato dhe në sundim të kujt? Kush është Ai që rregullon çdo çështje në këtë botë? Nëse i pyet, ata me siguri do të thonë se i krijoi Allahu, që është Një i vetëm e i Pashoq. E nëse ata e pohojnë diçka të tillë, atëherë thuaji:

23:75
۞ وَلَوۡ رَحِمۡنَٰهُمۡ وَكَشَفۡنَا مَا بِهِم مِّن ضُرّٖ لَّلَجُّواْ فِي طُغۡيَٰنِهِمۡ يَعۡمَهُونَ ٧٥
And even if We gave them mercy and removed what was upon them of affliction, they would persist in their transgression, wandering blindly.
23:76
وَلَقَدۡ أَخَذۡنَٰهُم بِٱلۡعَذَابِ فَمَا ٱسۡتَكَانُواْ لِرَبِّهِمۡ وَمَا يَتَضَرَّعُونَ ٧٦
And We had gripped them with suffering [as a warning], but they did not yield to their Lord, nor did they humbly supplicate, [and will continue thus]
23:77
حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فَتَحۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم بَابٗا ذَا عَذَابٖ شَدِيدٍ إِذَا هُمۡ فِيهِ مُبۡلِسُونَ ٧٧
Until when We have opened before them a door of severe punishment, immediately they will be therein in despair.
23:78
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَ لَكُمُ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرَ وَٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةَۚ قَلِيلٗا مَّا تَشۡكُرُونَ ٧٨
And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts [i.e., intellect]; little are you grateful.
23:79
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ ٧٩
And it is He who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered.
23:80
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُ وَلَهُ ٱخۡتِلَٰفُ ٱلَّيۡلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِۚ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ ٨٠
And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason?
23:81
بَلۡ قَالُواْ مِثۡلَ مَا قَالَ ٱلۡأَوَّلُونَ ٨١
Rather,1 they say like what the former peoples said.

23:82
قَالُوٓاْ أَءِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابٗا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبۡعُوثُونَ ٨٢
They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected?
23:83
لَقَدۡ وُعِدۡنَا نَحۡنُ وَءَابَآؤُنَا هَٰذَا مِن قَبۡلُ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّآ أَسَٰطِيرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ ٨٣
We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples."
23:84
قُل لِّمَنِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَمَن فِيهَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٨٤
Say, [O Muḥammad], "To whom belongs the earth and whoever is in it, if you should know?"
23:85
سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِۚ قُلۡ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ ٨٥
They will say, "To Allāh." Say, "Then will you not remember?"
23:86
قُلۡ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبۡعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ ٨٦
Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?"
23:87
سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِۚ قُلۡ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ٨٧
They will say, "[They belong] to Allāh." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?"
23:88
قُلۡ مَنۢ بِيَدِهِۦ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَهُوَ يُجِيرُ وَلَا يُجَارُ عَلَيۡهِ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٨٨
Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and He protects while none can protect against Him - if you should know?"
23:89
سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِۚ قُلۡ فَأَنَّىٰ تُسۡحَرُونَ ٨٩
They will say, "[All belongs] to Allāh." Say, "Then how are you deluded?"
