أَمَّن يُجِيبُ ٱلۡمُضۡطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكۡشِفُ ٱلسُّوٓءَ وَيَجۡعَلُكُمۡ خُلَفَآءَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ أَءِلَٰهٞ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ قَلِيلٗا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ ٦٢
Is He [not best] who responds to the desperate one when he calls upon Him and removes evil and makes you inheritors of the earth?1 Is there a deity with Allāh? Little do you remember.

Commentary on 27:62
ثم تنتقل السورة - للمرة الثالثة - إلى لفت أنظارهم إلى الحقيقة التى هم يحسونها فى خاصة أنفسهم ، وفى حنايا قلوبهم فتقول : ( أَمَّن يُجِيبُ المضطر إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ السواء ) .والمضطر : اسم مفعول من الاضطرار الذى هو افتعال من الضرورة .والمراد به : الإنسان الذى نزلت به شدة من الشدائد . جعلته يرفع أكف الضراعة إلى الله - تعالى - لكى يكشفها عنه .أى : وقولوا لنا - أيها المشركون - : من الذين يجيب دعوة الداعى المكروب الذى نزلت به المصائب والرزايا؟ ومن الذى يكشف عنه وعن غيره السوء والبلاء؟ إنه الله وحده ، هو الذى يجيب دعاء من التجأ إليه ، وهو وحده - سبحانه - الذى يكشف السوء عن عباده ، على حسب ما تقتضيه إرادته وحكمته .وقولوا لنا - أيضا - : من الذى ( يَجْعَلُكُمْ خُلَفَآءَ الأرض ) أى : من الذى يجعلكم يخلف بعضكم بعضا . قرنا بع قرن وجيلا بعد جيل ( أإله مَّعَ الله ) هو الذى فعل ذلك .كلا ، بل الله وحده - عز وجل - هو الذى يجيب المضطر ، وهو الذى يكشف السوء ، وهو الذي يجعلكم خلفاء الأرض ، ولكنكم ( قَلِيلاً مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ ) أى : ولكنكم زمانا قليلا هو الذى تتذكرون فيه نعم الله - تعالى - عليكم ، ورحمته بكم .وختم - سبحانه - هذه الآية بتلك الجملة الحكيمة ، لأن الإنسان من شأنه - إلا من عصم الله - أنه يذكر الله - تعالى - عند الشدائد ، وينساه عند الرخاء .وصدق الله إذ يقول : ( وَإِذَآ أَنْعَمْنَا عَلَى الإنسان أَعْرَضَ وَنَأَى بِجَانِبِهِ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ الشر فَذُو دُعَآءٍ عَرِيضٍ ).

27:56
۞ فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓاْ أَخۡرِجُوٓاْ ءَالَ لُوطٖ مِّن قَرۡيَتِكُمۡۖ إِنَّهُمۡ أُنَاسٞ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ ٥٦
But the answer of his people was not except that they said, "Expel the family of Lot from your city. Indeed, they are people who keep themselves pure."
27:57
فَأَنجَيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱمۡرَأَتَهُۥ قَدَّرۡنَٰهَا مِنَ ٱلۡغَٰبِرِينَ ٥٧
So We saved him and his family, except for his wife; We destined her to be of those who remained behind.
27:58
وَأَمۡطَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مَّطَرٗاۖ فَسَآءَ مَطَرُ ٱلۡمُنذَرِينَ ٥٨
And We rained upon them a rain [of stones], and evil was the rain of those who were warned.
27:59
قُلِ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ وَسَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ عِبَادِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱصۡطَفَىٰٓۗ ءَآللَّهُ خَيۡرٌ أَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ ٥٩
Say, [O Muḥammad], "Praise be to Allāh, and peace upon His servants whom He has chosen. Is Allāh better or what they associate with Him?"
27:60
أَمَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَأَنزَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَأَنۢبَتۡنَا بِهِۦ حَدَآئِقَ ذَاتَ بَهۡجَةٖ مَّا كَانَ لَكُمۡ أَن تُنۢبِتُواْ شَجَرَهَآۗ أَءِلَٰهٞ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمٞ يَعۡدِلُونَ ٦٠
[More precisely], is He [not best] who created the heavens and the earth and sent down for you rain from the sky, causing to grow thereby gardens of joyful beauty which you could not [otherwise] have grown the trees thereof? Is there a deity with Allāh?1 [No], but they are a people who ascribe equals [to Him].

27:61
أَمَّن جَعَلَ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ قَرَارٗا وَجَعَلَ خِلَٰلَهَآ أَنۡهَٰرٗا وَجَعَلَ لَهَا رَوَٰسِيَ وَجَعَلَ بَيۡنَ ٱلۡبَحۡرَيۡنِ حَاجِزًاۗ أَءِلَٰهٞ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ بَلۡ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ٦١
Is He [not best] who made the earth a stable ground and placed within it rivers and made for it firmly set mountains and placed between the two seas a barrier? Is there a deity with Allāh? [No], but most of them do not know.
27:62
أَمَّن يُجِيبُ ٱلۡمُضۡطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكۡشِفُ ٱلسُّوٓءَ وَيَجۡعَلُكُمۡ خُلَفَآءَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ أَءِلَٰهٞ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ قَلِيلٗا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ ٦٢

27:63
أَمَّن يَهۡدِيكُمۡ فِي ظُلُمَٰتِ ٱلۡبَرِّ وَٱلۡبَحۡرِ وَمَن يُرۡسِلُ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ بُشۡرَۢا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡ رَحۡمَتِهِۦٓۗ أَءِلَٰهٞ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ تَعَٰلَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ ٦٣
Is He [not best] who guides you through the darknesses of the land and sea and who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy? Is there a deity with Allāh? High is Allāh above whatever they associate with Him.
