An-Naml 27:63

أَمَّن يَهۡدِيكُمۡ فِي ظُلُمَٰتِ ٱلۡبَرِّ وَٱلۡبَحۡرِ وَمَن يُرۡسِلُ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ بُشۡرَۢا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡ رَحۡمَتِهِۦٓۗ أَءِلَٰهٞ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ تَعَٰلَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ ٦٣
Is He [not best] who guides you through the darknesses of the land and sea and who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy? Is there a deity with Allāh? High is Allāh above whatever they associate with Him.

Commentary on 27:63
٦٣ - ﴿أَمَّن يَهۡدِيكُمۡ﴾ أي: يرشدكم إلى مقاصدكم﴿فِي ظُلُمَٰتِ ٱلۡبَرِّ وَٱلۡبَحۡرِ﴾ بمـا خـلق مـن الأسبـاب والدلائل السماوية والأرضية، كما قال تعالى:(وعلامات وبالنّجم هم يهتدون)النحل(١٦)وقال: (وهو الذي جعل لكم النجوم لتهتدوا بها في ظلمات البرّ والبحر)الأنعام(٩٧).﴿وَمَن يُرۡسِلُ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ بُشۡرَۢا﴾ أي: مبشّـرات بالغيـث ﴿بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡ رَحۡمَتِهِۦٓۗ﴾ أي: بين يدي المطر، أي: أمامه، الذي به تحيا الأرض بعد موتها.والمعنى: آلآلهة خير لعابديها، أم الله القادر على كل شيء؟.[وفي قراءة: (نُشُراً بين يدي رحمته) – بضم النون والشين - أي: متفرّقة قدّام المطر . مفردها: نَشور.وفي أخرى: بضمّ النون وسكون الشين:(نُشْراً) أي: لموات الأرض. وفي رابعة: بفتح النون وسكون الشين، مصدراً:(نَشْراً) أي: ناشرات للسّحاب].﴿أَءِلَٰهٞ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ﴾ يفعل ذلك ويوجده، ويقدر عليه، فيُعبد معه، أم هو الله وحده المتفرّد بالخلق والتكوين؟.﴿تَعَٰلَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ﴾ به غيره، أي: تعاظم وتنزّه وتقدّس عن أن يكون له شريك أو عدل أو نظير!. وفيه معنى التعجّب من شركهم وتسويتهم به غيره .

27:56
۞ فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓاْ أَخۡرِجُوٓاْ ءَالَ لُوطٖ مِّن قَرۡيَتِكُمۡۖ إِنَّهُمۡ أُنَاسٞ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ ٥٦
But the answer of his people was not except that they said, "Expel the family of Lot from your city. Indeed, they are people who keep themselves pure."
27:57
فَأَنجَيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱمۡرَأَتَهُۥ قَدَّرۡنَٰهَا مِنَ ٱلۡغَٰبِرِينَ ٥٧
So We saved him and his family, except for his wife; We destined her to be of those who remained behind.
27:58
وَأَمۡطَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مَّطَرٗاۖ فَسَآءَ مَطَرُ ٱلۡمُنذَرِينَ ٥٨
And We rained upon them a rain [of stones], and evil was the rain of those who were warned.
27:59
قُلِ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ وَسَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ عِبَادِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱصۡطَفَىٰٓۗ ءَآللَّهُ خَيۡرٌ أَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ ٥٩
Say, [O Muḥammad], "Praise be to Allāh, and peace upon His servants whom He has chosen. Is Allāh better or what they associate with Him?"
27:60
أَمَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَأَنزَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَأَنۢبَتۡنَا بِهِۦ حَدَآئِقَ ذَاتَ بَهۡجَةٖ مَّا كَانَ لَكُمۡ أَن تُنۢبِتُواْ شَجَرَهَآۗ أَءِلَٰهٞ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمٞ يَعۡدِلُونَ ٦٠
[More precisely], is He [not best] who created the heavens and the earth and sent down for you rain from the sky, causing to grow thereby gardens of joyful beauty which you could not [otherwise] have grown the trees thereof? Is there a deity with Allāh?1 [No], but they are a people who ascribe equals [to Him].

27:61
أَمَّن جَعَلَ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ قَرَارٗا وَجَعَلَ خِلَٰلَهَآ أَنۡهَٰرٗا وَجَعَلَ لَهَا رَوَٰسِيَ وَجَعَلَ بَيۡنَ ٱلۡبَحۡرَيۡنِ حَاجِزًاۗ أَءِلَٰهٞ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ بَلۡ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ٦١
Is He [not best] who made the earth a stable ground and placed within it rivers and made for it firmly set mountains and placed between the two seas a barrier? Is there a deity with Allāh? [No], but most of them do not know.
27:62
أَمَّن يُجِيبُ ٱلۡمُضۡطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكۡشِفُ ٱلسُّوٓءَ وَيَجۡعَلُكُمۡ خُلَفَآءَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ أَءِلَٰهٞ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ قَلِيلٗا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ ٦٢
Is He [not best] who responds to the desperate one when he calls upon Him and removes evil and makes you inheritors of the earth?1 Is there a deity with Allāh? Little do you remember.
