وَيَوۡمَ تَقُومُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ يُقۡسِمُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ مَا لَبِثُواْ غَيۡرَ سَاعَةٖۚ كَذَٰلِكَ كَانُواْ يُؤۡفَكُونَ ٥٥
And the Day the Hour appears the criminals will swear they had remained but an hour. Thus they were deluded.

Ditën kur të vijë Ora(e Gjykimit), (për t'u shfajësuar)keqbërësit do të betohen se paskan qëndruar(në këtë botë)veçse një orë. -Allahu i Lartësuar na njofton rreth Ditës së Kijametit dhe faktit se ajo do të vijë befas dhe shumë shpejt. Kur të ndodhë Ora e Kijametit, keqbërësit do të betohen se kanë qëndruar (në këtë botë), veçse një orë. Ata do të betohen se kanë qëndruar në këtë dynja shumë pak, madje vetëm një orë. Këto fjalë i thonë në formën e justifikimit për mosbesimin e tyre, me shpresën se mbase u sjell ndonjë dobi. Ata duan të justifikohen me kohën e shkurtër, që nuk patën mundësi të reflektonin dhe të besonin. Por kjo është gënjeshtër dhe e papranueshme:Po kështu kanë gënjyer ata edhe më parë(në dynja). -Edhe kur kanë qenë në këtë jetë, ata bënin mashtrime e shpifje, për të justifikuar mosbesimin e tyre në Zot dhe mospasimin e besimit të pastër. Ata e kanë refuzuar udhëzimin që profetët sollën nga Zoti i tyre. Ndërsa në ahiret ata mohojnë edhe atë që ka qenë për ta diçka e prekshme, pra, qëndrimin e gjatë në dynja dhe të mjaftueshëm për të besuar dhe reflektuar drejt. Ky është zakoni dhe morali tyre i ulët dhe i shëmtuar, dhe njeriu do të ringjallet në atë gjendje që ka vdekur.

30:51
وَلَئِنۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا رِيحٗا فَرَأَوۡهُ مُصۡفَرّٗا لَّظَلُّواْ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ يَكۡفُرُونَ ٥١
But if We should send a [bad] wind and they saw [their crops] turned yellow, they would remain thereafter disbelievers.1

30:52
فَإِنَّكَ لَا تُسۡمِعُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ وَلَا تُسۡمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا وَلَّوۡاْ مُدۡبِرِينَ ٥٢
So indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they turn their backs, retreating.
30:53
وَمَآ أَنتَ بِهَٰدِ ٱلۡعُمۡيِ عَن ضَلَٰلَتِهِمۡۖ إِن تُسۡمِعُ إِلَّا مَن يُؤۡمِنُ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا فَهُم مُّسۡلِمُونَ ٥٣
And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [in submission to Allāh].
30:54
۞ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن ضَعۡفٖ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ضَعۡفٖ قُوَّةٗ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ قُوَّةٖ ضَعۡفٗا وَشَيۡبَةٗۚ يَخۡلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ ٱلۡقَدِيرُ ٥٤
Allāh is the one who created you from weakness, then made after weakness strength, then made after strength weakness and white hair. He creates what He wills, and He is the Knowing, the Competent.
30:55
وَيَوۡمَ تَقُومُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ يُقۡسِمُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ مَا لَبِثُواْ غَيۡرَ سَاعَةٖۚ كَذَٰلِكَ كَانُواْ يُؤۡفَكُونَ ٥٥

30:56
وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡعِلۡمَ وَٱلۡإِيمَٰنَ لَقَدۡ لَبِثۡتُمۡ فِي كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡبَعۡثِۖ فَهَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلۡبَعۡثِ وَلَٰكِنَّكُمۡ كُنتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ ٥٦
But those who were given knowledge and faith will say, "You remained the extent of Allāh's decree until the Day of Resurrection, and this is the Day of Resurrection, but you did not used to know."1

30:57
فَيَوۡمَئِذٖ لَّا يَنفَعُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مَعۡذِرَتُهُمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ يُسۡتَعۡتَبُونَ ٥٧
So that Day, their excuse will not benefit those who wronged, nor will they be asked to appease [Allāh].
30:58
وَلَقَدۡ ضَرَبۡنَا لِلنَّاسِ فِي هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ مِن كُلِّ مَثَلٖۚ وَلَئِن جِئۡتَهُم بِـَٔايَةٖ لَّيَقُولَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا مُبۡطِلُونَ ٥٨
And We have certainly presented to the people in this Qur’ān from every [kind of] example. But, [O Muḥammad], if you should bring them a sign, the disbelievers will surely say, "You [believers] are but falsifiers."
30:59
كَذَٰلِكَ يَطۡبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ٥٩
Thus does Allāh seal the hearts of those who do not know.1

30:60
فَٱصۡبِرۡ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقّٞۖ وَلَا يَسۡتَخِفَّنَّكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُوقِنُونَ ٦٠
So be patient. Indeed, the promise of Allāh is truth. And let them not disquiet you who are not certain [in faith].
