بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Fatir 35:45

وَلَوۡ يُؤَاخِذُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلنَّاسَ بِمَا كَسَبُواْ مَا تَرَكَ عَلَىٰ ظَهۡرِهَا مِن دَآبَّةٖ وَلَٰكِن يُؤَخِّرُهُمۡ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗىۖ فَإِذَا جَآءَ أَجَلُهُمۡ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ بَصِيرَۢا ٤٥
And if Allāh were to impose blame on the people for what they have earned, He would not leave upon it [i.e., the earth] any creature. But He defers them for a specified term. And when their time comes, then indeed Allāh has ever been, of His servants, Seeing.

Nëse Allahu do t’i dënonte njerëzit sipas veprave(të këqija)të tyre, nuk do të linte mbi faqen e dheut asnjë gjallesë. -Dënimi do të ishte gjithëpërfshirës, që nuk do të linte jashtë as edhe kafshët, të cilat janë jo të përgjegjshme ligjërisht. Por Allahu i Lartësuar është i Mëshirshëm dhe i Butë. Për këtë arsye:Por, Ai i lë ata deri në afatin e caktuar. -Ai i afatizon, por kurrë nuk i harron dhe nuk i lë pa marrë në përgjegjësi.Por kur të vijë afati i tyre,(le ta dinë se)Allahu Shikon gjithçka nga robërit e vet. -Dituria e Tij për veprat e tyre është e plotë, prandaj do t'i shpërblejë për çdo të mirë dhe të keqe që kanë bërë.Këtu përfundon edhe tefsiri i sures Fatir.I gjithë falënderimi dhe lavdërimet i qofshin Allahut, Zotit të botëve!

36:2
وَٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ ٢
By the wise1 Qur’ān,

36:3
إِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ ٣
Indeed you, [O Muḥammad], are from among the messengers,
36:4
عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ ٤
On a straight path.
36:5
تَنزِيلَ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ٥
[This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful,
36:6
لِتُنذِرَ قَوۡمٗا مَّآ أُنذِرَ ءَابَآؤُهُمۡ فَهُمۡ غَٰفِلُونَ ٦
That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware.
36:7
لَقَدۡ حَقَّ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَىٰٓ أَكۡثَرِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ ٧
Already the word [i.e., decree] has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe.
36:8
إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا فِيٓ أَعۡنَٰقِهِمۡ أَغۡلَٰلٗا فَهِيَ إِلَى ٱلۡأَذۡقَانِ فَهُم مُّقۡمَحُونَ ٨
Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft.
36:9
وَجَعَلۡنَا مِنۢ بَيۡنِ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ سَدّٗا وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِمۡ سَدّٗا فَأَغۡشَيۡنَٰهُمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يُبۡصِرُونَ ٩
And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see.
36:10
وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَأَنذَرۡتَهُمۡ أَمۡ لَمۡ تُنذِرۡهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ ١٠
And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.
36:11
إِنَّمَا تُنذِرُ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ ٱلذِّكۡرَ وَخَشِيَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنَ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِۖ فَبَشِّرۡهُ بِمَغۡفِرَةٖ وَأَجۡرٖ كَرِيمٍ ١١
You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward.
36:12
إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نُحۡيِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ وَنَكۡتُبُ مَا قَدَّمُواْ وَءَاثَٰرَهُمۡۚ وَكُلَّ شَيۡءٍ أَحۡصَيۡنَٰهُ فِيٓ إِمَامٖ مُّبِينٖ ١٢
Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register.
