وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤۡمِنٍ أَن يَقۡتُلَ مُؤۡمِنًا إِلَّا خَطَـٔٗاۚ وَمَن قَتَلَ مُؤۡمِنًا خَطَـٔٗا فَتَحۡرِيرُ رَقَبَةٖ مُّؤۡمِنَةٖ وَدِيَةٞ مُّسَلَّمَةٌ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَن يَصَّدَّقُواْۚ فَإِن كَانَ مِن قَوۡمٍ عَدُوّٖ لَّكُمۡ وَهُوَ مُؤۡمِنٞ فَتَحۡرِيرُ رَقَبَةٖ مُّؤۡمِنَةٖۖ وَإِن كَانَ مِن قَوۡمِۭ بَيۡنَكُمۡ وَبَيۡنَهُم مِّيثَٰقٞ فَدِيَةٞ مُّسَلَّمَةٌ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهِۦ وَتَحۡرِيرُ رَقَبَةٖ مُّؤۡمِنَةٖۖ فَمَن لَّمۡ يَجِدۡ فَصِيَامُ شَهۡرَيۡنِ مُتَتَابِعَيۡنِ تَوۡبَةٗ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمٗا ٩٢
And never is it for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake. And whoever kills a believer by mistake - then the freeing of a believing slave and a compensation payment [diyah] presented to his [i.e., the deceased's] family [is required], unless they give [up their right as] charity. But if he [i.e., the deceased] was from a people at war with you and he was a believer - then [only] the freeing of a believing slave; and if he was from a people with whom you have a treaty - then a compensation payment presented to his family and the freeing of a believing slave. And whoever does not find [one or cannot afford to buy one] - then [instead], a fast for two months consecutively,1 [seeking] acceptance of repentance from Allāh.2 And Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise.

نه دي پکار مومن لره چې ووژني بل مومن مګر که د خطا په ډول ترې ووژل شي، او چا چې وواژه مومن د خطا په ډول نو په ده باندې لازم دي ازادول د یو څټ چې مريی وي، مومن وي کفاره د ده د کار نه، او لازمه ده د قاتل په خپلوانو باندې هغه چې د دې قاتل څخه میراث وړي د دیت ورکول، پوره پوره به یې د وژل شوي کس وارثانو ته ورکوي، مګر که بخښنه وکړي دا وارثان له دیت اخیستلو څخه نو بیا نه لازمیږی په دوی باندې دیت ورکول، او که چیرته دا وژل شوی کس د داسې یو قوم څخه وي چې هغه ستاسو سره جنګ کوونکی وي او مومن وي؛ نو بیا واجب دي په قاتل باندې ازادول د څټ د یو مومن مريي، او په ده باندې دیت نشته، او که چیرته وژل شوی کس مومن نه وي خو لکن د داسې یو قوم څخه وي چې ستاسو او د هغوی ترمنځ لوظ وي لکه د ذمیانو په شان، نو بیا لازم دی د قاتل په خپلوانو باندې هغه چې وارثان وي د دې قاتل دیت پوره پوره به يې ورکوي د وژل شوي کس وارثانو ته، او لازم دي په قاتل باندې ازادول د څټ د یو مريی چې مومن وي کفاره د خپل کار څخه، نو که چیرته دا قاتل بیانه مومي څوک چې ازاد یې کړي او یا د قیمت ورکولو وس نه لري، نو پس لازم دي په ده باندې دوه میاشتی پرلپسي روژه نیول پر لپسې چې په منځ کې به یې روژه نه ماتوي، د دې لپاره چې الله تعالی رجوع د رحمت وکړي په ده باندې په سبب د هغه کار چې ده کړی دی، او دی الله تعالی پوهه د خپلو بندګانو په عملونو او د هغوی په نیتونو، حکیم ذات دي په خپل شریعت او تدبیر کې.

4:93
وَمَن يَقۡتُلۡ مُؤۡمِنٗا مُّتَعَمِّدٗا فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ جَهَنَّمُ خَٰلِدٗا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِ وَلَعَنَهُۥ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُۥ عَذَابًا عَظِيمٗا ٩٣
But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allāh has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment.
4:94
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِذَا ضَرَبۡتُمۡ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَتَبَيَّنُواْ وَلَا تَقُولُواْ لِمَنۡ أَلۡقَىٰٓ إِلَيۡكُمُ ٱلسَّلَٰمَ لَسۡتَ مُؤۡمِنٗا تَبۡتَغُونَ عَرَضَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا فَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ مَغَانِمُ كَثِيرَةٞۚ كَذَٰلِكَ كُنتُم مِّن قَبۡلُ فَمَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فَتَبَيَّنُوٓاْۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٗا ٩٤
O you who have believed, when you go forth [to fight] in the cause of Allāh, investigate; and do not say to one who gives you [a greeting of] peace, "You are not a believer,"1 aspiring for the goods of worldly life; for with Allāh are many acquisitions. You [yourselves] were like that before; then Allāh conferred His favor [i.e., guidance] upon you, so investigate. Indeed Allāh is ever, of what you do, Aware.
