فَٱخۡتَلَفَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِهِمۡۖ فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنۡ عَذَابِ يَوۡمٍ أَلِيمٍ ٦٥
But the denominations from among them differed [and separated], so woe to those who have wronged from the punishment of a painful Day.

Commentary on 43:65
ثم بين - سبحانه - موقف أهل الكتاب من دعوة عيسى - عليه السلام - فقال ( فاختلف الأحزاب مِن بَيْنِهِمْ ) .والأحزاب : جمع حزب ، والمراد بهم الفرق التى تحزبت وتجمعت على الباطل من بعد عيسى .وضمير الجمع فى قوله ( مِن بَيْنِهِمْ ) يعود إلى من بعث إليهم عيسى - عليه السلام - من اليهود والنصارى .وقيل : يعود إلى النصارى خاصة ، لأنهم هم الذين اختلفوا فى شأنه ، فمنهم من قال : هو الله ومنهم من قال : هو ابن الله . ومنهم من قال : ثالث ثلاثة .قال الآلوسى : قوله : ( فاختلف الأحزاب ) أى : الفرق المتحزبة ( مِن بَيْنِهِمْ ) أى : من بين من بعث إليهم ، وخاطبهم بما خاطبهم من اليهود والنصارى وهم أمة دعوته - عليه السلام - .وقيل : المراد النصارى ، وهم أمة إجابته ، وقد اختلفوا فرقا : ملكانية ، ونسطورية ، ويعقوبية .وقوله - تعالى - : ( فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمٍ أَلِيمٍ ) بيان للعقاب الشديد الذى أعده الله - تعالى - لهم ، بسبب اختلافهم وبغيهم ، ونسبتهم إلى عيسى ما هو برئ منه .أى : فهلاك وعذاب شديد للذين ظلموا أنفسهم بالكفر ، وبافترائهم على عيسى - عليه السلام - ، وما أشد حسرتهم فى هذا اليوم العصيب .

43:61
وَإِنَّهُۥ لَعِلۡمٞ لِّلسَّاعَةِ فَلَا تَمۡتَرُنَّ بِهَا وَٱتَّبِعُونِۚ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطٞ مُّسۡتَقِيمٞ ٦١
And indeed, he [i.e., Jesus] will be [a sign for] knowledge of the Hour, so be not in doubt of it, and follow Me.1 This is a straight path.

43:62
وَلَا يَصُدَّنَّكُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوّٞ مُّبِينٞ ٦٢
And never let Satan avert you. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.
43:63
وَلَمَّا جَآءَ عِيسَىٰ بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ قَالَ قَدۡ جِئۡتُكُم بِٱلۡحِكۡمَةِ وَلِأُبَيِّنَ لَكُم بَعۡضَ ٱلَّذِي تَخۡتَلِفُونَ فِيهِۖ فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ ٦٣
And when Jesus brought clear proofs, he said, "I have come to you with wisdom [i.e., prophethood] and to make clear to you some of that over which you differ, so fear Allāh and obey me.
43:64
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكُمۡ فَٱعۡبُدُوهُۚ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطٞ مُّسۡتَقِيمٞ ٦٤
Indeed, Allāh is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path."
43:65
فَٱخۡتَلَفَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِهِمۡۖ فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنۡ عَذَابِ يَوۡمٍ أَلِيمٍ ٦٥

43:66
هَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا ٱلسَّاعَةَ أَن تَأۡتِيَهُم بَغۡتَةٗ وَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ ٦٦
Are they waiting except for the Hour to come upon them suddenly while they perceive not?
43:67
ٱلۡأَخِلَّآءُ يَوۡمَئِذِۭ بَعۡضُهُمۡ لِبَعۡضٍ عَدُوٌّ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ ٦٧
Close friends, that Day, will be enemies to each other, except for the righteous
43:68
يَٰعِبَادِ لَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ وَلَآ أَنتُمۡ تَحۡزَنُونَ ٦٨
[To whom Allāh will say], "O My servants, no fear will there be concerning you this Day, nor will you grieve,
43:69
ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَكَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ ٦٩
[You] who believed in Our verses and were Muslims.
43:70
ٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ أَنتُمۡ وَأَزۡوَٰجُكُمۡ تُحۡبَرُونَ ٧٠
Enter Paradise, you and your kinds,1 delighted."

43:71
يُطَافُ عَلَيۡهِم بِصِحَافٖ مِّن ذَهَبٖ وَأَكۡوَابٖۖ وَفِيهَا مَا تَشۡتَهِيهِ ٱلۡأَنفُسُ وَتَلَذُّ ٱلۡأَعۡيُنُۖ وَأَنتُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ ٧١
Circulated among them will be plates and vessels of gold. And therein is whatever the souls desire and [what] delights the eyes, and you will abide therein eternally.
43:72
وَتِلۡكَ ٱلۡجَنَّةُ ٱلَّتِيٓ أُورِثۡتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ ٧٢
And that is Paradise which you are made to inherit for what you used to do.
43:73
لَكُمۡ فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةٞ كَثِيرَةٞ مِّنۡهَا تَأۡكُلُونَ ٧٣
For you therein is much fruit1 from which you will eat.
