بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Al-Ahqaf 46:4

قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَمۡ لَهُمۡ شِرۡكٞ فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِۖ ٱئۡتُونِي بِكِتَٰبٖ مِّن قَبۡلِ هَٰذَآ أَوۡ أَثَٰرَةٖ مِّنۡ عِلۡمٍ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ ٤
Say, [O Muḥammad], "Have you considered that which you invoke besides Allāh? Show me what they have created of the earth; or did they have partnership in [creation of] the heavens? Bring me a scripture [revealed] before this or a [remaining] trace of knowledge, if you should be truthful."

Commentary on 46:4
* الإعراب:
(أرأيتم) بمعنى أخبرونى والهمزة للاستفهام (ما) اسم موصول في محلّ نصب مفعول به أوّل (من دون) متعلّق بحال من العائد المقدّر [[أو تمييز (ما) .]] ، (ماذا) مبتدأ وخبر (من الأرض) متعلّق ب (خلقوا) [[أو بحال من العائد المقدّر.]] ، (أم) هي المنقطعة بمعنى بل والهمزة (لهم) متعلّق بخبر مقدّم للمبتدأ شرك (في السموات) متعلّق ب (شرك) بحذف مضاف أي في خلق السموات (بكتاب) متعلّق ب (ائتوني) ، (من قبل) بنعت لكتاب (أو) حرف عطف (أثارة) معطوف على كتاب (من علم) متعلّق بنعت ل (أثارة) (كنتم) ماض ناقص في محلّ جزم فعل الشرط ...
جملة: «قل ... » لا محلّ لها استئنافيّة.
وجملة: «رأيتم ... » في محلّ نصب مقول القول.
وجملة: «تدعون» لا محلّ لها صلة الموصول (ما) .
وجملة: «أروني ... » لا محلّ لها استئناف بيانيّ.
وجملة: «ماذا خلقوا ... » في محلّ نصب مفعول به ثان لفعل الرؤية الثاني، ومفعول فعل الرؤية الأول محذوف دلّ عليه المذكور.
وجملة: «خلقوا ... » لا محلّ لها صلة الموصول (ذا) .
وجملة: «لهم شرك ... » لا محلّ لها استئناف في حيز القول.
وجملة: «ائتوني ... » لا محلّ لها استئناف في حيّز القول.
وجملة: «كنتم صادقين» لا محلّ لها استئنافيّة ... وجواب الشرط محذوف دلّ عليه ما قبله.
* الصرف:
(أثارة) ، مصدر سماعيّ لفعل أثر الثلاثيّ باب نصر أي ذكر الحديث أو الخبر أو غيره، وزنه فعالة بفتح الفاء كضلالة، أي بقيّة من علم..

45:33
وَبَدَا لَهُمۡ سَيِّـَٔاتُ مَا عَمِلُواْ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ ٣٣
And the evil consequences of what they did will appear to them, and they will be enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
45:34
وَقِيلَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ نَنسَىٰكُمۡ كَمَا نَسِيتُمۡ لِقَآءَ يَوۡمِكُمۡ هَٰذَا وَمَأۡوَىٰكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن نَّٰصِرِينَ ٣٤
And it will be said, "Today We will forget you as you forgot the meeting of this Day of yours, and your refuge is the Fire, and for you there are no helpers.
45:35
ذَٰلِكُم بِأَنَّكُمُ ٱتَّخَذۡتُمۡ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوٗا وَغَرَّتۡكُمُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۚ فَٱلۡيَوۡمَ لَا يُخۡرَجُونَ مِنۡهَا وَلَا هُمۡ يُسۡتَعۡتَبُونَ ٣٥
That is because you took the verses of Allāh in ridicule, and worldly life deluded you." So that Day they will not be removed from it, nor will they be asked to appease [Allāh].
45:36
فَلِلَّهِ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَرَبِّ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ٣٦
Then, to Allāh belongs [all] praise - Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the worlds.
45:37
وَلَهُ ٱلۡكِبۡرِيَآءُ فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٣٧
And to Him belongs [all] grandeur within the heavens and the earth, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

46:2
تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ ٢
The revelation of the Book is from Allāh, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
46:3
مَا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَأَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗىۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ عَمَّآ أُنذِرُواْ مُعۡرِضُونَ ٣
We did not create the heavens and earth and what is between them except in truth and [for] a specified term. But those who disbelieve, from that of which they are warned, are turning away.
46:4

46:5
وَمَنۡ أَضَلُّ مِمَّن يَدۡعُواْ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَن لَّا يَسۡتَجِيبُ لَهُۥٓ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ وَهُمۡ عَن دُعَآئِهِمۡ غَٰفِلُونَ ٥
And who is more astray than he who invokes besides Allāh those who will not respond to him until the Day of Resurrection [i.e., never], and they, of their invocation, are unaware.
