Al-Hujurat 49:9

وَإِن طَآئِفَتَانِ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٱقۡتَتَلُواْ فَأَصۡلِحُواْ بَيۡنَهُمَاۖ فَإِنۢ بَغَتۡ إِحۡدَىٰهُمَا عَلَى ٱلۡأُخۡرَىٰ فَقَٰتِلُواْ ٱلَّتِي تَبۡغِي حَتَّىٰ تَفِيٓءَ إِلَىٰٓ أَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ فَإِن فَآءَتۡ فَأَصۡلِحُواْ بَيۡنَهُمَا بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَأَقۡسِطُوٓاْۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُقۡسِطِينَ ٩
And if two factions among the believers should fight, then make settlement between the two. But if one of them oppresses the other, then fight against the one that oppresses until it returns to the ordinance of Allāh. And if it returns, then make settlement between them in justice and act justly. Indeed, Allāh loves those who act justly.

Commentary on 49:9
Nëse dy grupe besimtarësh bëjnë luftë midis tyre, ju pajtojini ata! -Kjo është një dispozitë që i ndalon besimtarët nga padrejtësia apo lufta ndaj njëri-tjetrit. Nëse dy grupe besimtarësh nisin luftë kundër njëri-tjetrit, është detyrë për besimtarët e tjerë që ta shuajnë këtë sherr të madh. Të gjithë e kanë detyrë që të pajtojnë palët në konflikt, duke shfrytëzuar çdo rrugë e mjet të lejuar për arritjen e këtij qëllimi të lartë. Nëse ia arrijnë t’i pajtojnë, kjo është mirësi e madhe. Por:Nëse njëri prej tyre e sulmon tjetrin, atëherë ju luftoni atë grup që ka sulmuar pa të drejtë, derisa t’i bindet udhëzimit të Allahut! -Luftoni atë grup që ka sulmuar pa të drejtë, derisa të kthehen në kufijtë e vendosur nga Zoti dhe të sqaruar nga Profeti i Tij. Allahu i Madhëruar urdhëron gjithmonë për të bërë mirë dhe për t’iu larguar të ligës dhe, pa dyshim, një ndër ligësitë më të mëdha është lufta mes besimtarëve dhe përçarja e tyre.Nëse kthejnë rrugë, atëherë bëni pajtimin e tyre me drejtësi dhe paanësi! -Ky është urdhër për rregullim të marrëdhënieve mes besimtarëve, por duke mbajtur drejtësinë e pa cenuar asnjë palë. Allahu i Madhëruar e ka theksuar një kusht të marrëveshjes, duke thënë: “me drejtësi”, sepse shpesh palët mund të bien dakord dhe të pajtohen, por duke shkelur të drejtën e njërës palë. Të tilla marrëveshje nuk janë të porositura nga Allahu i Drejtë dhe i Urtë. Drejtësia e kërkon që të mos i jepet përparësi njërës palë, në kurriz të tjetrës, për çfarëdolloj shkaku, si mund të jetë afërsia farefisnore apo ndonjë tjetër, që sjell devijimin nga drejtësia.Allahu i do të drejtët. - Allahu i do të drejtët në gjykimet e tyre mes njerëzve, në çdo çështje që u ngarkohet apo për të cilën u kërkohet gjykim. Madje, këtu mund të hyjë edhe drejtësia në familje apo në trajtimin e fëmijëve. Në një hadith të saktë të Profetit (a.s.) thuhet: “Të drejtët do të jenë tek Allahu në poltrona prej (nuri) drite. Këta janë njerëzit që gjykojnë me drejtësi në familjet e tyre dhe për çdo çështje me të cilën ngarko-hen.”

49:5
وَلَوۡ أَنَّهُمۡ صَبَرُواْ حَتَّىٰ تَخۡرُجَ إِلَيۡهِمۡ لَكَانَ خَيۡرٗا لَّهُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ ٥
And if they had been patient until you [could] come out to them, it would have been better for them. But Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.
49:6
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِن جَآءَكُمۡ فَاسِقُۢ بِنَبَإٖ فَتَبَيَّنُوٓاْ أَن تُصِيبُواْ قَوۡمَۢا بِجَهَٰلَةٖ فَتُصۡبِحُواْ عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلۡتُمۡ نَٰدِمِينَ ٦
O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful.
49:7
وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ فِيكُمۡ رَسُولَ ٱللَّهِۚ لَوۡ يُطِيعُكُمۡ فِي كَثِيرٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَمۡرِ لَعَنِتُّمۡ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ حَبَّبَ إِلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡإِيمَٰنَ وَزَيَّنَهُۥ فِي قُلُوبِكُمۡ وَكَرَّهَ إِلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡكُفۡرَ وَٱلۡفُسُوقَ وَٱلۡعِصۡيَانَۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلرَّٰشِدُونَ ٧
And know that among you is the Messenger of Allāh. If he were to obey you in much of the matter, you would be in difficulty, but Allāh has endeared to you the faith and has made it pleasing in your hearts and has made hateful to you disbelief, defiance and disobedience. Those are the [rightly] guided.
49:8
فَضۡلٗا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَنِعۡمَةٗۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٞ ٨
[It is] as bounty from Allāh and favor. And Allāh is Knowing and Wise.
49:9
وَإِن طَآئِفَتَانِ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٱقۡتَتَلُواْ فَأَصۡلِحُواْ بَيۡنَهُمَاۖ فَإِنۢ بَغَتۡ إِحۡدَىٰهُمَا عَلَى ٱلۡأُخۡرَىٰ فَقَٰتِلُواْ ٱلَّتِي تَبۡغِي حَتَّىٰ تَفِيٓءَ إِلَىٰٓ أَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ فَإِن فَآءَتۡ فَأَصۡلِحُواْ بَيۡنَهُمَا بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَأَقۡسِطُوٓاْۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُقۡسِطِينَ ٩

49:10
إِنَّمَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ إِخۡوَةٞ فَأَصۡلِحُواْ بَيۡنَ أَخَوَيۡكُمۡۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُونَ ١٠
The believers are but brothers, so make settlement between your brothers. And fear Allāh that you may receive mercy.
49:11
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا يَسۡخَرۡ قَوۡمٞ مِّن قَوۡمٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونُواْ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَلَا نِسَآءٞ مِّن نِّسَآءٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُنَّ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُنَّۖ وَلَا تَلۡمِزُوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمۡ وَلَا تَنَابَزُواْ بِٱلۡأَلۡقَٰبِۖ بِئۡسَ ٱلِٱسۡمُ ٱلۡفُسُوقُ بَعۡدَ ٱلۡإِيمَٰنِۚ وَمَن لَّمۡ يَتُبۡ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ ١١
O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them; nor let women ridicule [other] women; perhaps they may be better than them. And do not insult one another and do not call each other by [offensive] nicknames. Wretched is the name [i.e., mention] of disobedience after [one's] faith. And whoever does not repent - then it is those who are the wrongdoers.
