بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُحِلُّواْ شَعَٰٓئِرَ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا ٱلشَّهۡرَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ وَلَا ٱلۡهَدۡيَ وَلَا ٱلۡقَلَٰٓئِدَ وَلَآ ءَآمِّينَ ٱلۡبَيۡتَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ يَبۡتَغُونَ فَضۡلٗا مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ وَرِضۡوَٰنٗاۚ وَإِذَا حَلَلۡتُمۡ فَٱصۡطَادُواْۚ وَلَا يَجۡرِمَنَّكُمۡ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوۡمٍ أَن صَدُّوكُمۡ عَنِ ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِ أَن تَعۡتَدُواْۘ وَتَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى ٱلۡبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقۡوَىٰۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡعُدۡوَٰنِۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ ٢
O you who have believed, do not violate the rites of Allāh or [the sanctity of] the sacred month or [neglect the marking of] the sacrificial animals and garlanding [them] or [violate the safety of] those coming to the Sacred House seeking bounty from their Lord and [His] approval. But when you come out of iḥrām, then [you may] hunt. And do not let the hatred of a people for having obstructed you from al-Masjid al-Ḥarām lead you to transgress. And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allāh; indeed, Allāh is severe in penalty.

Commentary on 5:2
﴿يا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا﴾ سبق إعرابها ﴿لا تُحِلُّوا شَعائِرَ اللَّهِ﴾ تحلوا فعل مضارع مجزوم وفاعله ومفعوله والله لفظ الجلالة مضاف إليه ﴿وَلَا الشَّهْرَ الْحَرامَ﴾ عطف على شعائر، الحرام صفة ﴿وَلَا الْقَلائِدَ﴾ عطف على ما قبله كذلك ﴿وَلَا الْهَدْيَ﴾ ﴿وَلَا آمِّينَ﴾ صفة لموصوف محذوف أي: ولا تحلوا قتال قوم آمّين ﴿الْبَيْتَ﴾ مفعول به لآمين ﴿الْحَرامَ﴾ صفة. ﴿يَبْتَغُونَ فَضْلًا مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ﴾ فعل مضارع وفاعل ومفعول به ومن ربهم متعلقان بفضل والجملة في محل نصب حال أي: حال كونهم مبتغين من ربهم ﴿وَرِضْواناً﴾ عطف على فضلا ﴿وَإِذا حَلَلْتُمْ فَاصْطادُوا﴾ إذا ظرف لما يستقبل من الزمن حللتم فعل ماض وفاعل والجملة في محل جر بالإضافة وجملة ﴿اصطادوا﴾ لا محل لها جواب شرط غير جازم ﴿وَلا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ﴾ فعل مضارع مبني على الفتح لاتصاله بنون التوكيد في محل جزم بلا ﴿شَنَآنُ﴾ فاعل والكاف هي المفعول الأول ﴿قَوْمٍ﴾ مضاف إليه ﴿أَنْ صَدُّوكُمْ﴾ فعل ماض وفاعل ومفعول به والفعل في محل نصب بأن والمصدر المؤول في محل جر بحرف الجر التقدير: لصدهم لكم وهما متعلقان بشنآن ﴿عَنِ الْمَسْجِدِ﴾ متعلقان بالفعل قبلهما ﴿الْحَرامَ﴾ صفة ﴿أَنْ تَعْتَدُوا﴾ المصدر المؤول في محل نصب مفعول به ثان أي: لا يكسبنكم الاعتداء.
﴿وَتَعاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ﴾ الجار والمجرور متعلقان بفعل الأمر قبلهما والواو فاعله والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها ﴿وَالتَّقْوى﴾ عطف على البر ﴿وَلا تَعاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوانِ﴾ ولا تعاونوا مضارع مجزوم بلا الناهية وعلامة جزمه حذف النون والواو فاعله. ﴿وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ﴾ فعل أمر وفاعل ومفعول به والجملة معطوفة ﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقابِ﴾ إن ولفظ الجلالة اسمها وشديد خبرها والجملة تعليلية.

يَسۡتَفۡتُونَكَ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُفۡتِيكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡكَلَٰلَةِۚ إِنِ ٱمۡرُؤٌاْ هَلَكَ لَيۡسَ لَهُۥ وَلَدٞ وَلَهُۥٓ أُخۡتٞ فَلَهَا نِصۡفُ مَا تَرَكَۚ وَهُوَ يَرِثُهَآ إِن لَّمۡ يَكُن لَّهَا وَلَدٞۚ فَإِن كَانَتَا ٱثۡنَتَيۡنِ فَلَهُمَا ٱلثُّلُثَانِ مِمَّا تَرَكَۚ وَإِن كَانُوٓاْ إِخۡوَةٗ رِّجَالٗا وَنِسَآءٗ فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثۡلُ حَظِّ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۗ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ أَن تَضِلُّواْۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمُۢ ١٧٦
They request from you a [legal] ruling. Say, "Allāh gives you a ruling concerning one having neither descendants nor ascendants [as heirs]." If a man dies, leaving no child but [only] a sister, she will have half of what he left. And he inherits from her if she [dies and] has no child. But if there are two sisters [or more], they will have two thirds of what he left. If there are both brothers and sisters, the male will have the share of two females.1 Allāh makes clear to you [His law], lest you go astray. And Allāh is Knowing of all things.

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
5:1
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَوۡفُواْ بِٱلۡعُقُودِۚ أُحِلَّتۡ لَكُم بَهِيمَةُ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ إِلَّا مَا يُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡ غَيۡرَ مُحِلِّي ٱلصَّيۡدِ وَأَنتُمۡ حُرُمٌۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحۡكُمُ مَا يُرِيدُ ١
O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts.1 Lawful for you are the animals of grazing livestock except for that which is recited to you [in this Qur’ān] - hunting not being permitted while you are in the state of iḥrām.2 Indeed, Allāh ordains what He intends.
5:2
