بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُحِلُّواْ شَعَٰٓئِرَ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا ٱلشَّهۡرَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ وَلَا ٱلۡهَدۡيَ وَلَا ٱلۡقَلَٰٓئِدَ وَلَآ ءَآمِّينَ ٱلۡبَيۡتَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ يَبۡتَغُونَ فَضۡلٗا مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ وَرِضۡوَٰنٗاۚ وَإِذَا حَلَلۡتُمۡ فَٱصۡطَادُواْۚ وَلَا يَجۡرِمَنَّكُمۡ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوۡمٍ أَن صَدُّوكُمۡ عَنِ ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِ أَن تَعۡتَدُواْۘ وَتَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى ٱلۡبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقۡوَىٰۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡعُدۡوَٰنِۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ ٢
O you who have believed, do not violate the rites of Allāh or [the sanctity of] the sacred month or [neglect the marking of] the sacrificial animals and garlanding [them] or [violate the safety of] those coming to the Sacred House seeking bounty from their Lord and [His] approval. But when you come out of iḥrām, then [you may] hunt. And do not let the hatred of a people for having obstructed you from al-Masjid al-Ḥarām lead you to transgress. And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allāh; indeed, Allāh is severe in penalty.

اې هغو کسانو چې ايمان مو راوړئ د الله هغه محرمات حلال مه ګرځوئ چې د تعظيم امر يې درته کړی دی او د احرام له ممنوعاتو لکه ګنډلو جامو او د حرم له محرماتو لکه ښکار څخه ډډه وکړئ، او د حرم په مياشتو کې چې هغه ذوالقعده، ذوالحجه، محرم او رجب دي جنګ حلال مه ګرځوئ، او کوم څاروي چې حرم ته د هديې په ډول لېږل کيږي هغه په غصب، ورته کړنه، خپل ځای ته په نه رسېدلو سره حلال مه ګرځوئ ترڅو هملته د الله لپاره ذبحه کړل شي، هغه څاروی حلال مه ګرځوئ چې د دغې خبرې په ډاګه کولو لپاره د وړيو يا بل څه قلاده (غاړه کۍ) پرې وي چې دا هديه ده، او مه هغه بيت الله الحرام ته تلونکي حلال ګرځوئ چې د سوداګرۍ او الله رضا لټوي، او کله چې د حج او عمرې له احرام څخه حلال شوئ او له حرم څخه ووتلئ؛ نو که مو غوښتل ښکار وکړئ او د هغو خلکو کينه دې تاسې پر هغوی ظلم او د عدالت پرېښودلو ته نه اړ نه کړي چې تاسې يې له مسجد حرام څخه را ګرځولي یاست، اې مؤمنانو د هغه څه په ترسره کولو کې د يوبل مرسته وکړئ چې امر درته پرې شوی دی او د هغه څه په پرېښودلو کې چې ترې راګرځول شوي یاست، او په هغو ګناهونو کې له يوبل سره مرسته مه کوئ چې ترسره کوونکی يې ګناهکاريږي او مه د خلکو د وينو، مالونو او عزتونو پر وړاندې په تيري کې له يوبل سره مرسته کوئ او له الله څخه د هغه د پيروۍ په التزام او له ګناهونو يې په لېرې والي وډار شئ، پرته له شکه الله سخت سزا ورکوونکی دی هغه چا لره چې سرغړونه ترې کوي؛ نو له سرغړونې يې ووېرېږئ.

يَسۡتَفۡتُونَكَ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُفۡتِيكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡكَلَٰلَةِۚ إِنِ ٱمۡرُؤٌاْ هَلَكَ لَيۡسَ لَهُۥ وَلَدٞ وَلَهُۥٓ أُخۡتٞ فَلَهَا نِصۡفُ مَا تَرَكَۚ وَهُوَ يَرِثُهَآ إِن لَّمۡ يَكُن لَّهَا وَلَدٞۚ فَإِن كَانَتَا ٱثۡنَتَيۡنِ فَلَهُمَا ٱلثُّلُثَانِ مِمَّا تَرَكَۚ وَإِن كَانُوٓاْ إِخۡوَةٗ رِّجَالٗا وَنِسَآءٗ فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثۡلُ حَظِّ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۗ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ أَن تَضِلُّواْۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمُۢ ١٧٦
They request from you a [legal] ruling. Say, "Allāh gives you a ruling concerning one having neither descendants nor ascendants [as heirs]." If a man dies, leaving no child but [only] a sister, she will have half of what he left. And he inherits from her if she [dies and] has no child. But if there are two sisters [or more], they will have two thirds of what he left. If there are both brothers and sisters, the male will have the share of two females.1 Allāh makes clear to you [His law], lest you go astray. And Allāh is Knowing of all things.

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
5:1
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَوۡفُواْ بِٱلۡعُقُودِۚ أُحِلَّتۡ لَكُم بَهِيمَةُ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ إِلَّا مَا يُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡ غَيۡرَ مُحِلِّي ٱلصَّيۡدِ وَأَنتُمۡ حُرُمٌۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحۡكُمُ مَا يُرِيدُ ١
O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts.1 Lawful for you are the animals of grazing livestock except for that which is recited to you [in this Qur’ān] - hunting not being permitted while you are in the state of iḥrām.2 Indeed, Allāh ordains what He intends.
5:2
