(p-٦٩١)سُورَةُ الطُّورِ.
مَكِّيَّةٌ.
أخْرَجَ ابْنُ الضُّرَيْسِ، والنَّحّاسُ، وابْنُ مَرْدُويَهْ، والبَيْهَقِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبّاسٍ قالَ: نَزَلَتْ سُورَةُ ”الطُّورِ“ بِمَكَّةَ.
وأخْرَجَ ابْنُ مَرْدُويَهْ عَنِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، مِثْلَهُ.
وأخْرَجَ مالِكٌ وأحْمَدُ، والبُخارِيُّ، ومُسْلِمٌ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ قالَ: «سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ في المَغْرِبِ بِـ ”الطَّوْرِ“» .
وأخْرَجَ البُخارِيُّ وأبُو داوُدَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قالَتْ: «شَكَوْتُ إلى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أنِّي أشْتَكِي فَقالَ: طُوفِي مِن وراءِ النّاسِ وأنْتِ راكِبَةٌ. فَطُفْتُ ورَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي إلى جَنْبِ البَيْتِ يَقْرَأُ ﴿والطَّوْرِ﴾ ﴿وكِتابٍ مَسْطُورٍ﴾ [الطور»: ٢] .
قَوْلُهُ تَعالى: ﴿والطُّورِ﴾ ﴿وكِتابٍ مَسْطُورٍ﴾ ﴿فِي رَقٍّ مَنشُورٍ﴾ الآيَةَ. أخْرَجَ ابْنُ أبِي حاتِمٍ، والحاكِمُ وصَحَّحَهُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبّاسٍ في قَوْلِهِ: ﴿والطُّورِ﴾ قالَ: جَبَلٌ.
(p-٦٩٢)وأخْرَجَ ابْنُ مَرْدُويَهْ عَنْ أبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «الطُّورُ مِن جِبالِ الجَنَّةِ» .
وأخْرَجَ ابْنُ مَرْدُويَهْ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ عَنْ أبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «الطُّورُ جَبَلٌ مِن جِبالِ الجَنَّةِ» .
وأخْرَجَ عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، وابْنُ جَرِيرٍ، وابْنُ المُنْذِرِ، عَنْ مُجاهِدٍ: ﴿والطُّورِ﴾ قالَ: هو الجَبَلُ بِالسُّرْيانِيَّةِ ﴿وكِتابٍ مَسْطُورٍ﴾ قالَ: صُحُفٍ، ﴿فِي رَقٍّ مَنشُورٍ﴾ قالَ: الصَّحِيفَةُ.
وأخْرَجَ ابْنُ المُنْذِرِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ في قَوْلِهِ: ﴿وكِتابٍ﴾ قالَ: الذِّكْرُ، ﴿مَسْطُورٍ﴾ قالَ: مَكْتُوبٍ.
وأخْرَجَ عَبْدُ الرَّزّاقِ، والبُخارِيُّ، في ”خَلْقِ أفْعالِ العِبادِ“، وابْنُ جَرِيرٍ، وابْنُ المُنْذِرِ، والبَيْهَقِيُّ في ”الأسْماءِ والصِّفاتِ“، عَنْ قَتادَةَ في قَوْلِهِ: ﴿والطَّوْر﴾ ﴿وكِتابٍ مَسْطُورٍ﴾ قالَ: مَكْتُوبٍ، ﴿فِي رَقٍّ مَنشُورٍ﴾ قالَ: هو الكِتابُ.
وأخْرَجَ آدَمُ بْنُ أبِي إياسٍ، والبُخارِيُّ، في ”خَلْقِ أفْعالِ العِبادِ“، وابْنُ جَرِيرٍ والبَيْهَقِيُّ عَنْ مُجاهِدٍ في قَوْلِهِ: ﴿وكِتابٍ مَسْطُورٍ﴾ قالَ: صُحُفٍ مَكْتُوبَةٍ، (p-٦٩٣)﴿فِي رَقٍّ مَنشُورٍ﴾ قالَ: في صُحُفٍ.
وأخْرَجَ ابْنُ أبِي حاتِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبّاسٍ في قَوْلِهِ: ﴿فِي رَقٍّ مَنشُورٍ﴾ قالَ: في الكِتابِ.

51:52
كَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَتَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا قَالُواْ سَاحِرٌ أَوۡ مَجۡنُونٌ ٥٢
Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman."
51:53
أَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِهِۦۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمٞ طَاغُونَ ٥٣
Did they suggest it to them?1 Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people.

51:54
فَتَوَلَّ عَنۡهُمۡ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِمَلُومٖ ٥٤
So leave them, [O Muḥammad], for you are not to be blamed.
51:55
وَذَكِّرۡ فَإِنَّ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ تَنفَعُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٥٥
And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers.
51:56
وَمَا خَلَقۡتُ ٱلۡجِنَّ وَٱلۡإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعۡبُدُونِ ٥٦
And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.
51:57
مَآ أُرِيدُ مِنۡهُم مِّن رِّزۡقٖ وَمَآ أُرِيدُ أَن يُطۡعِمُونِ ٥٧
I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me.
51:58
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلرَّزَّاقُ ذُو ٱلۡقُوَّةِ ٱلۡمَتِينُ ٥٨
Indeed, it is Allāh who is the [continual] Provider,1 the firm possessor of strength.

51:59
فَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ ذَنُوبٗا مِّثۡلَ ذَنُوبِ أَصۡحَٰبِهِمۡ فَلَا يَسۡتَعۡجِلُونِ ٥٩
And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their companions [i.e., predecessors], so let them not impatiently urge Me.
51:60
فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن يَوۡمِهِمُ ٱلَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ ٦٠
And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised.

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
52:1
وَٱلطُّورِ ١
By the mount
52:2
وَكِتَٰبٖ مَّسۡطُورٖ ٢
And [by] a Book inscribed1

فِي رَقّٖ مَّنشُورٖ ٣
In parchment spread open
52:4
وَٱلۡبَيۡتِ ٱلۡمَعۡمُورِ ٤
And [by] the frequented House1

52:5
وَٱلسَّقۡفِ ٱلۡمَرۡفُوعِ ٥
And [by] the ceiling [i.e., heaven] raised high
52:6
وَٱلۡبَحۡرِ ٱلۡمَسۡجُورِ ٦
And [by] the sea set on fire,1

52:7
إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٞ ٧
Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will occur.
52:8
مَّا لَهُۥ مِن دَافِعٖ ٨
Of it there is no preventer.
52:9
يَوۡمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ مَوۡرٗا ٩
On the Day the heaven will sway with circular motion
52:10
وَتَسِيرُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ سَيۡرٗا ١٠
And the mountains will pass on, departing1 -

52:11
فَوَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ ١١
Then woe, that Day, to the deniers,
52:12
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ فِي خَوۡضٖ يَلۡعَبُونَ ١٢
Who are in [empty] discourse amusing themselves.
52:13
يَوۡمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا ١٣
The Day they are thrust toward the fire of Hell with a [violent] thrust, [its angels will say],
52:14
هَٰذِهِ ٱلنَّارُ ٱلَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ ١٤
"This is the Fire which you used to deny.
