ثَمَٰنِيَةَ أَزۡوَٰجٖۖ مِّنَ ٱلضَّأۡنِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِ وَمِنَ ٱلۡمَعۡزِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِۗ قُلۡ ءَآلذَّكَرَيۡنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِ أَمَّا ٱشۡتَمَلَتۡ عَلَيۡهِ أَرۡحَامُ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۖ نَبِّـُٔونِي بِعِلۡمٍ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ ١٤٣
[They are] eight mates - of the sheep, two and of the goats, two. Say, "Is it the two males He has forbidden or the two females or that which the wombs of the two females contain? Inform me with knowledge, if you should be truthful."

﴿ثَمانِيَةَ أزْواجٍ﴾ بَدَلٌ مِن ﴿حَمُولَةً وفَرْشًا﴾ ﴿مِنَ الضَأْنِ اثْنَيْنِ ومِنَ المَعْزِ اثْنَيْنِ﴾ زَوْجَيْنِ اثْنَيْنِ، يُرِيدُ: الذَكَرَ والأُنْثى، والواحِدُ إذا كانَ وحْدَهُ فَهو فَرْدٌ، وإذا كانَ مَعَهُ غَيْرُهُ مِن جِنْسِهِ سُمِّيَ كُلُّ واحِدٍ مِنهُما زَوْجًا، وهُما زَوْجانِ، بِدَلِيلِ قَوْلِهِ: ﴿خَلَقَ الزَوْجَيْنِ الذَكَرَ والأُنْثى﴾ [النَجْمُ: ٤٥] ويَدُلُّ عَلَيْهِ قَوْلُهُ: ﴿ثَمانِيَةَ أزْواجٍ﴾ ثُمَّ فَسَّرَها بِقَوْلِهِ: ﴿مِنَ الضَأْنِ اثْنَيْنِ ومِنَ المَعْزِ اثْنَيْنِ﴾ ﴿وَمِنَ الإبِلِ اثْنَيْنِ ومِنَ البَقَرِ اثْنَيْنِ﴾ والضَأْنُ، والمَعْزُ جَمْعُ: ضائِنٍ وماعِزٍ، كَتاجِرٍ وتَجْرٍ. وفَتْحُ عَيْنِ المَعَزِ: مَكِّيٌّ، وشامِيٌّ، وأبُو عَمْرٍو. وهُما لُغَتانِ. والهَمْزَةُ في ﴿قُلْ آلذَّكَرَيْنِ حَرَّمَ أمِ الأُنْثَيَيْنِ أمّا اشْتَمَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ أرْحامُ الأُنْثَيَيْنِ﴾ لِلْإنْكارِ، والمُرادُ بِالذَكَرَيْنِ: الذَكَرُ مِنَ الضَأْنِ، والذَكَرُ مِنَ المَعْزِ، وبِالأُنْثَيَيْنِ: الأُنْثى مِنَ الضَأْنِ، والأُنْثى مِنَ المَعْزِ. والمَعْنى: إنْكارُ أنْ يُحَرِّمَ اللهُ مِن جِنْسَيِ الغَنَمِ ضَأْنَها ومَعْزَها شَيْئًا مِن نَوْعَيْ ذُكُورِها وإناثِها، ولا مِمّا تَحْمِلُ الإناثُ، وذَلِكَ أنَّهم كانُوا يُحَرِّمُونَ ذُكُورَةَ الأنْعامِ تارَةً، وإناثَها طَوْرًا، وأوْلادَها كَيْفَما كانَتْ ذُكُورًا، أوْ إناثًا، أوْ مُخْتَلِطَةً تارَةً، وكانُوا يَقُولُونَ: قَدْ حَرَّمَها اللهُ، فَأنْكَرَ (p-٥٤٤)ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ. وانْتَصَبَ " آلذَّكَرَيْنِ" بِحَرَّمَ، وكَذا ﴿أمِ الأُنْثَيَيْنِ﴾ أيْ: أمْ حَرَّمَ الأُنْثَيَيْنِ، وكَذا ما في " أمًّا اشْتَمَلَتْ " ﴿نَبِّئُونِي بِعِلْمٍ﴾ أخْبِرُونِي بِأمْرٍ مَعْلُومٍ مِن جِهَةِ اللهِ يَدُلُّ عَلى تَحْرِيمِ ما حَرَّمْتُمْ ﴿إنْ كُنْتُمْ صادِقِينَ﴾ في أنَّ اللهَ حَرَّمَهُ.

6:144
وَمِنَ ٱلۡإِبِلِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِ وَمِنَ ٱلۡبَقَرِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِۗ قُلۡ ءَآلذَّكَرَيۡنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِ أَمَّا ٱشۡتَمَلَتۡ عَلَيۡهِ أَرۡحَامُ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۖ أَمۡ كُنتُمۡ شُهَدَآءَ إِذۡ وَصَّىٰكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِهَٰذَاۚ فَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبٗا لِّيُضِلَّ ٱلنَّاسَ بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٍۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ١٤٤
And of the camels, two and of the cattle, two. Say, "Is it the two males He has forbidden or the two females or that which the wombs of the two females contain? Or were you witnesses when Allāh charged you with this? Then who is more unjust than one who invents a lie about Allāh to mislead the people by [something] other than knowledge? Indeed, Allāh does not guide the wrongdoing people."
6:145
قُل لَّآ أَجِدُ فِي مَآ أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلَىٰ طَاعِمٖ يَطۡعَمُهُۥٓ إِلَّآ أَن يَكُونَ مَيۡتَةً أَوۡ دَمٗا مَّسۡفُوحًا أَوۡ لَحۡمَ خِنزِيرٖ فَإِنَّهُۥ رِجۡسٌ أَوۡ فِسۡقًا أُهِلَّ لِغَيۡرِ ٱللَّهِ بِهِۦۚ فَمَنِ ٱضۡطُرَّ غَيۡرَ بَاغٖ وَلَا عَادٖ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ ١٤٥
Say, "I do not find within that which was revealed to me [anything] forbidden to one who would eat it unless it be a dead animal or blood spilled out or the flesh of swine - for indeed, it is impure - or it be [that slaughtered in] disobedience, dedicated to other than Allāh.1 But whoever is forced [by necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit], then indeed, your Lord is Forgiving and Merciful."

6:146
وَعَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ حَرَّمۡنَا كُلَّ ذِي ظُفُرٖۖ وَمِنَ ٱلۡبَقَرِ وَٱلۡغَنَمِ حَرَّمۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ شُحُومَهُمَآ إِلَّا مَا حَمَلَتۡ ظُهُورُهُمَآ أَوِ ٱلۡحَوَايَآ أَوۡ مَا ٱخۡتَلَطَ بِعَظۡمٖۚ ذَٰلِكَ جَزَيۡنَٰهُم بِبَغۡيِهِمۡۖ وَإِنَّا لَصَٰدِقُونَ ١٤٦
And to those who are Jews We prohibited every animal of uncloven hoof; and of the cattle and the sheep We prohibited to them their fat, except what adheres to their backs or the entrails or what is joined with bone. [By] that We repaid them for their transgression. And indeed, We are truthful.
