وَءَاخَرِينَ مِنۡهُمۡ لَمَّا يَلۡحَقُواْ بِهِمۡۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٣
And [to] others of them who have not yet joined them. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

Commentary on 62:3
...por edhe të tjerëve, që ende nuk u janë bashkuar atyre. Ai është Ngadhënjimtari, i Urti. –Gjithashtu, nëpërmjet profetit Muhamed (a.s.) dhe Shpalljes së Tij, Allahu i Lartësuar e plotësoi mirësinë e Tij mbi të gjithë popujt e tjerë, dhe jo vetëm mbi ‘të palexuarit’. Kjo përfshin të gjithë popujt, si ata që jetuan në kohën e Profetit (a.s.), ashtu edhe ata që do të vinin më vonë, pas tij. Shpjegimi i mësipërm është njëri kuptim i fragmentit: “...që ende nuk u janë bashkuar atyre”. Po ka mundësi që kjo fjali të ketë për qëllim brezat e mëvonshëm, që do të vinin pas atyre që jetuan në kohën e Profetit dhe të cilët nuk do mund të arrinin gradën e brezave të parë në vepra të mira dhe shpërblim. Sidoqoftë, të dyja kuptimet janë të sakta dhe ajeti i përmban ato, pasi nuk ka dyshim se brezi mes të cilëve u dërgua Profeti (a.s.) dhe jetuan në kohën e Shpalljes, duke qenë luftëtarët e parë të Islamit, u dalluan me shumë veçori, aq sa askush pas tyre nuk mund t’i arrijë më ata. Dërgimi i profetëve që ata t’u lexonin popujve shpalljet e Zotit, për të pastruar zemrat e për t’u mësuar çdo gjë të dobishme për dynjanë dhe ahiretin e tyre, dëshmon për diturinë dhe urtësinë absolute të Allahut të Lartësuar, i Cili nuk do t’i braktiste kurrë krijesat e Tij për t’i lënë në çoroditje dhe përhumbje. Ai dërgoi mes tyre profetë, për t’i urdhëruar dhe për t’i ndaluar, për t’i ngarkuar me ligje e detyra që rregullojnë jetën e tyre dhe për t’i ringjallur pas vdekjes, që t’i shpërblejë me bujarinë, bamirësinë dhe drejtësinë e Tij.

Al-Jumu'ah

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
62:1
يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ٱلۡمَلِكِ ٱلۡقُدُّوسِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ ١
Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth is exalting Allāh,1 the Sovereign, the Pure, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.2
62:2
هُوَ ٱلَّذِي بَعَثَ فِي ٱلۡأُمِّيِّـۧنَ رَسُولٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ يَتۡلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَيُزَكِّيهِمۡ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ وَإِن كَانُواْ مِن قَبۡلُ لَفِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ ٢
It is He who has sent among the unlettered [Arabs] a Messenger from themselves reciting to them His verses and purifying them and teaching them the Book [i.e., the Qur’ān] and wisdom [i.e., the sunnah] - although they were before in clear error -
62:3
وَءَاخَرِينَ مِنۡهُمۡ لَمَّا يَلۡحَقُواْ بِهِمۡۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٣
And [to] others of them who have not yet joined them. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
62:4
ذَٰلِكَ فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤۡتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ ٤
That is the bounty of Allāh, which He gives to whom He wills, and Allāh is the possessor of great bounty.
62:5
مَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ حُمِّلُواْ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ ثُمَّ لَمۡ يَحۡمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ ٱلۡحِمَارِ يَحۡمِلُ أَسۡفَارَۢاۚ بِئۡسَ مَثَلُ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ٥
The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on1 is like that of a donkey who carries volumes [of books].2 Wretched is the example of the people who deny the signs of Allāh. And Allāh does not guide the wrongdoing people.
62:6
قُلۡ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُوٓاْ إِن زَعَمۡتُمۡ أَنَّكُمۡ أَوۡلِيَآءُ لِلَّهِ مِن دُونِ ٱلنَّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُاْ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ ٦
Say, "O you who are Jews, if you claim that you are allies of Allāh, excluding the [other] people, then wish for death, if you should be truthful."
62:7
وَلَا يَتَمَنَّوۡنَهُۥٓ أَبَدَۢا بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ أَيۡدِيهِمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ٧
But they will not wish for it, ever, because of what their hands have put forth. And Allāh is Knowing of the wrongdoers.
62:8
قُلۡ إِنَّ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ ٱلَّذِي تَفِرُّونَ مِنۡهُ فَإِنَّهُۥ مُلَٰقِيكُمۡۖ ثُمَّ تُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَٰلِمِ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ ٨
Say, "Indeed, the death from which you flee - indeed, it will meet you. Then you will be returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you about what you used to do."
