بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Al-Munafiqun 63:4

۞ وَإِذَا رَأَيۡتَهُمۡ تُعۡجِبُكَ أَجۡسَامُهُمۡۖ وَإِن يَقُولُواْ تَسۡمَعۡ لِقَوۡلِهِمۡۖ كَأَنَّهُمۡ خُشُبٞ مُّسَنَّدَةٞۖ يَحۡسَبُونَ كُلَّ صَيۡحَةٍ عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ هُمُ ٱلۡعَدُوُّ فَٱحۡذَرۡهُمۡۚ قَٰتَلَهُمُ ٱللَّهُۖ أَنَّىٰ يُؤۡفَكُونَ ٤
And when you see them, their forms please you, and if they speak, you listen to their speech. [They are] as if they were pieces of wood propped up1 - they think that every shout is against them. They are the enemy, so beware of them. May Allāh destroy them; how are they deluded?

Commentary on 63:4
Kur i sheh ata, të mahnisin, e kur flasin, u dëgjohet fjala. –Po t’i shohësh, ata të mahnisin me pamjen e tyre; edhe kur flasin, atyre u dëgjohet fjala. Kështu, ata gjithmonë rregullojnë pamjen dhe fjalët e tyre, që të tjerët të çuditen me ta dhe të mos shohin se çfarë fshihet pas tyre. E vërteta është se pas fizionomisë dhe fjalëve të tyre nuk ka asgjë prej moralit të mirë dhe as prej udhëzimit të drejtë, për të cilin urdhëron feja e Zotit. Ata janë ashtu sikurse thotë Allahu i Lartësuar:Po ata janë si trungje bosh e të mbështetur. -Ata janë të padobishëm, madje sjellin veçse dëm. Allahu i Lartësuar vazhdon të tregojë të tjera cilësi të ulëta të tyre:Çdo thirrje e mendojnë sikur është kundër tyre. -Kjo ndodh për shkak të dobësisë së zemrës së tyre, sepse ata janë frikacakë. Zemra e tyre është e mbushur me dyshime dhe ata janë gjithmonë të frikësuar se mos u zbulohet ajo që e fshehin.Ata janë armiq, prandaj ruaju prej tyre! –Në fakt, këta janë armiq më të rrezikshëm sesa armiqtë e deklaruar. Munafikët shfaqen si miq dhe të dashur, por në të vërtetë janë armiq të përbetuar, që thurin kurthe dhe intriga. Për këtë arsye, duhet kujdes i madh për t’u ruajtur prej tyre. Më pas, Allahu i Lartësuar thotë:Allahu i vraftë, si shmangen nga e vërteta! -Si e braktisin ata fenë Islame, pasi iu bënë të qarta argumentet dhe mësimet e mrekullueshme të saj, për të përqafuar kufrin, i cili nuk u sjell asnjë dobi, por veçse dëshpërim dhe shkatërrim?!

62:9
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلَوٰةِ مِن يَوۡمِ ٱلۡجُمُعَةِ فَٱسۡعَوۡاْ إِلَىٰ ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِ وَذَرُواْ ٱلۡبَيۡعَۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٩
O you who have believed, when [the adhān] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allāh and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew.
62:10
فَإِذَا قُضِيَتِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةُ فَٱنتَشِرُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱبۡتَغُواْ مِن فَضۡلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ ١٠
And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allāh, and remember Allāh often that you may succeed.
62:11
وَإِذَا رَأَوۡاْ تِجَٰرَةً أَوۡ لَهۡوًا ٱنفَضُّوٓاْ إِلَيۡهَا وَتَرَكُوكَ قَآئِمٗاۚ قُلۡ مَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ خَيۡرٞ مِّنَ ٱللَّهۡوِ وَمِنَ ٱلتِّجَٰرَةِۚ وَٱللَّهُ خَيۡرُ ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ ١١
But [on one occasion] when they saw a transaction or a diversion, [O Muḥammad], they rushed to it and left you standing. Say, "What is with Allāh is better than diversion and than a transaction, and Allāh is the best of providers."
سورة المنافقون
Al-Munafiqun
The Hypocrites · Medinan · 11 ayahs
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
63:1
إِذَا جَآءَكَ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ قَالُواْ نَشۡهَدُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُهُۥ وَٱللَّهُ يَشۡهَدُ إِنَّ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ لَكَٰذِبُونَ ١
When the hypocrites come to you, [O Muḥammad], they say, "We testify that you are the Messenger of Allāh." And Allāh knows that you are His Messenger, and Allāh testifies that the hypocrites are liars.
63:2
ٱتَّخَذُوٓاْ أَيۡمَٰنَهُمۡ جُنَّةٗ فَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّهُمۡ سَآءَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٢
They have taken their oaths as a cover, so they averted [people] from the way of Allāh. Indeed, it was evil that they were doing.
63:3
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ ءَامَنُواْ ثُمَّ كَفَرُواْ فَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ ٣
That is because they believed, and then they disbelieved; so their hearts were sealed over, and they do not understand.
63:4
