بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
An-Nur 24:64

أَلَآ إِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ قَدۡ يَعۡلَمُ مَآ أَنتُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ وَيَوۡمَ يُرۡجَعُونَ إِلَيۡهِ فَيُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا عَمِلُواْۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمُۢ ٦٤
Unquestionably, to Allāh belongs whatever is in the heavens and earth. Already He knows that upon which you [stand]1 and [knows] the Day2 when they will be returned to Him and He will inform them of what they have done. And Allāh is Knowing of all things.

Commentary on 24:64
أمّا قَوْلُهُ تَعالى: ﴿ألا إنَّ لِلَّهِ ما في السَّماواتِ والأرْضِ﴾ فَذاكَ كالدَّلالَةِ عَلى قُدْرَتِهِ تَعالى عَلَيْهِما وعَلى ما بَيْنَهُما وما فِيهِما، واقْتِدارِهِ عَلى المُكَلَّفِ فِيما يُعامَلُ بِهِ مِنَ المُجازاةِ بِثَوابٍ أوْ بِعِقابٍ، وعِلْمِهِ بِما يُخْفِيهِ ويُعْلِنُهُ، وكُلُّ ذَلِكَ كالزَّجْرِ عَنْ مُخالَفَةِ أمْرِهِ.
أمّا قَوْلُهُ تَعالى: ﴿قَدْ يَعْلَمُ ما أنْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ﴾ فَإنَّما أدْخَلَ ﴿قَدْ﴾ لِتَوْكِيدِ عِلْمِهِ بِما هم عَلَيْهِ مِنَ المُخالَفَةِ في الدِّينِ والنِّفاقِ. ويَرْجِعُ تَوْكِيدُ العِلْمِ إلى تَوْكِيدِ الوَعِيدِ؛ وذَلِكَ لِأنَّ ”قَدْ“ إذا أُدْخِلَتْ عَلى المُضارِعِ كانَتْ بِمَعْنى رُبَّما، فَوافَقَتْ رُبَّما في خُرُوجِها إلى مَعْنى التَّكْثِيرِ، كَما في قَوْلِ الشّاعِرِ:
فَإنْ يُمْسِ مَهْجُورَ الفِناءِ فَرُبَّما أقامَ بِهِ بَعْدَ الوُفُودِ وُفُودٌ
والخِطابُ والغَيْبَةُ في قَوْلِهِ تَعالى: ﴿قَدْ يَعْلَمُ ما أنْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ ويَوْمَ يُرْجَعُونَ إلَيْهِ﴾ يَجُوزُ أنْ يَكُونا جَمِيعًا لِلْمُنافِقِينَ عَلى طَرِيقِ الِالتِفاتِ، ويَجُوزُ أنْ يَكُونَ ”ما أنْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ“ عامًّا ”ويَرْجِعُونَ“ لِلْمُنافِقِينَ، وقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ في غَيْرِ مَوْضِعٍ أنَّ الرُّجُوعَ إلَيْهِ هو الرُّجُوعُ إلى حَيْثُ لا حُكْمَ إلّا لَهُ، فَلا وجْهَ لِإعادَتِهِ واللَّهُ أعْلَمُ.
وصَلّى اللَّهُ عَلى سَيِّدِنا مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ الأُمِّيِّ وعَلى آلِهِ وصَحْبِهِ وسَلَّمَ.

إِنَّمَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَإِذَا كَانُواْ مَعَهُۥ عَلَىٰٓ أَمۡرٖ جَامِعٖ لَّمۡ يَذۡهَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُوهُۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُونَكَ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦۚ فَإِذَا ٱسۡتَـٔۡذَنُوكَ لِبَعۡضِ شَأۡنِهِمۡ فَأۡذَن لِّمَن شِئۡتَ مِنۡهُمۡ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لَهُمُ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ ٦٢
The believers are only those who believe in Allāh and His Messenger and, when they are [meeting] with him for a matter of common interest, do not depart until they have asked his permission. Indeed, those who ask your permission, [O Muḥammad] - those are the ones who believe in Allāh and His Messenger. So when they ask your permission due to something of their affairs, then give permission to whom you will among them and ask forgiveness for them of Allāh. Indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.
24:63
لَّا تَجۡعَلُواْ دُعَآءَ ٱلرَّسُولِ بَيۡنَكُمۡ كَدُعَآءِ بَعۡضِكُم بَعۡضٗاۚ قَدۡ يَعۡلَمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَسَلَّلُونَ مِنكُمۡ لِوَاذٗاۚ فَلۡيَحۡذَرِ ٱلَّذِينَ يُخَالِفُونَ عَنۡ أَمۡرِهِۦٓ أَن تُصِيبَهُمۡ فِتۡنَةٌ أَوۡ يُصِيبَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ٦٣
Do not make [your] calling of the Messenger among yourselves as the call of one of you to another. Already Allāh knows those of you who slip away, concealed by others. So let those beware who dissent from his [i.e., the Prophet's] order,1 lest fitnah2 strike them or a painful punishment.
24:64

سورة الفرقان
Al-Furqan
The Criterion · Meccan · 77 ayahs
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
25:1
تَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِي نَزَّلَ ٱلۡفُرۡقَانَ عَلَىٰ عَبۡدِهِۦ لِيَكُونَ لِلۡعَٰلَمِينَ نَذِيرًا ١
Blessed is He who sent down the Criterion upon His Servant that he may be to the worlds a warner -
25:2
ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَمۡ يَتَّخِذۡ وَلَدٗا وَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُۥ شَرِيكٞ فِي ٱلۡمُلۡكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ تَقۡدِيرٗا ٢
He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and who has not taken a son and has not had a partner in dominion and has created each thing and determined it with [precise] determination.
