Fatir 35:32

ثُمَّ أَوۡرَثۡنَا ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱصۡطَفَيۡنَا مِنۡ عِبَادِنَاۖ فَمِنۡهُمۡ ظَالِمٞ لِّنَفۡسِهِۦ وَمِنۡهُم مُّقۡتَصِدٞ وَمِنۡهُمۡ سَابِقُۢ بِٱلۡخَيۡرَٰتِ بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلۡفَضۡلُ ٱلۡكَبِيرُ ٣٢
Then We caused to inherit the Book those We have chosen of Our servants;1 and among them is he who wrongs himself [i.e., sins], and among them is he who is moderate, and among them is he who is foremost in good deeds by permission of Allāh. That [inheritance] is what is the great bounty.

Commentary on 35:30–32
﴿لِيُوَفِّيَهُمْ﴾ اللام لام الصيرورة أو لام التعليل ويوفيهم مضارع منصوب بأن المضمرة واللام وما بعدها متعلقان بتبور والهاء مفعول به أول ﴿أُجُورَهُمْ﴾ مفعول به ثان ﴿وَيَزِيدَهُمْ﴾ معطوف على ما قبله ﴿مِنْ فَضْلِهِ﴾ متعلقان بالفعل قبلهما ﴿إِنَّهُ غَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ﴾ إن واسمها وغفور شكور خبراها ﴿وَالَّذِي﴾ الواو عاطفة واسم الموصول مبتدأ والجملة معطوفة ﴿أَوْحَيْنا﴾ ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة ﴿إِلَيْكَ﴾ متعلقان بأوحينا ﴿مِنَ الْكِتابِ﴾ متعلقان بمحذوف حال ﴿هُوَ الْحَقُّ﴾ هو ضمير فصل والحق خبر الذي أو هو الحق مبتدأ وخبر والجملة خبر الذي ﴿مُصَدِّقاً﴾ حال منصوبة ﴿لِما﴾ اللام حرف جر وما موصولية ومتعلقان بمصدقا ﴿بَيْنَ﴾ ظرف مكان متعلق بمحذوف صلة ما ﴿يَدَيْهِ﴾ مضاف إليه مجرور بالياء لأنه مثنى والهاء مضاف إليه ﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ﴾ لفظ الجلالة اسم إن ﴿بِعِبادِهِ﴾ متعلقان بخبير والهاء مضاف إليه ﴿لَخَبِيرٌ بَصِيرٌ﴾ خبران لإن واللام المزحلقة/ ﴿ثُمَّ﴾ عاطفة ﴿أَوْرَثْنَا﴾ ماض وفاعله والجملة معطوفة ﴿الْكِتابَ﴾ مفعول به ﴿الَّذِينَ﴾ اسم موصول مفعول به ثان ﴿اصْطَفَيْنا﴾ ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة ﴿مِنْ عِبادِنا﴾ متعلقان بمحذوف حال ﴿فَمِنْهُمْ﴾ الفاء للتفريع ومتعلقان بخبر مقدم لظالم ﴿ظالِمٌ﴾ مبتدأ ﴿لِنَفْسِهِ﴾ متعلقان بظالم ﴿وَمِنْهُمْ مُقْتَصِدٌ﴾ معطوف على فمنهم ظالم السابقة ﴿وَمِنْهُمْ سابِقٌ﴾ معطوفة على ما سبق ﴿بِالْخَيْراتِ﴾ متعلقان بسابق ﴿بِإِذْنِ﴾ متعلقان بمحذوف حال ﴿اللَّهِ﴾ لفظ الجلالة مضاف إليه ﴿ذلِكَ﴾ اسم الإشارة مبتدأ واللام للبعد والكاف للخطاب ﴿هُوَ﴾ ضمير فصل ﴿الْفَضْلُ﴾ خبر ذلك ﴿الْكَبِيرُ﴾ صفة لفضل.

35:31
وَٱلَّذِيٓ أَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ مِنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ هُوَ ٱلۡحَقُّ مُصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ لَخَبِيرُۢ بَصِيرٞ ٣١
And that which We have revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], of the Book is the truth, confirming what was before it. Indeed Allāh, of His servants, is Aware and Seeing.
35:32

35:33
جَنَّٰتُ عَدۡنٖ يَدۡخُلُونَهَا يُحَلَّوۡنَ فِيهَا مِنۡ أَسَاوِرَ مِن ذَهَبٖ وَلُؤۡلُؤٗاۖ وَلِبَاسُهُمۡ فِيهَا حَرِيرٞ ٣٣
[For them are] gardens of perpetual residence which they will enter. They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and pearls, and their garments therein will be silk.
35:34
وَقَالُواْ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَذۡهَبَ عَنَّا ٱلۡحَزَنَۖ إِنَّ رَبَّنَا لَغَفُورٞ شَكُورٌ ٣٤
And they will say, "Praise to Allāh, who has removed from us [all] sorrow. Indeed, our Lord is Forgiving and Appreciative -
35:35
ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحَلَّنَا دَارَ ٱلۡمُقَامَةِ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦ لَا يَمَسُّنَا فِيهَا نَصَبٞ وَلَا يَمَسُّنَا فِيهَا لُغُوبٞ ٣٥
He who has settled us in the home of duration [i.e., Paradise] out of His bounty. There touches us not in it any fatigue, and there touches us not in it weariness [of mind]."
35:36
وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَهُمۡ نَارُ جَهَنَّمَ لَا يُقۡضَىٰ عَلَيۡهِمۡ فَيَمُوتُواْ وَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنۡهُم مِّنۡ عَذَابِهَاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي كُلَّ كَفُورٖ ٣٦
And for those who disbelieve will be the fire of Hell. [Death] is not decreed for them1 so they may die, nor will its torment be lightened for them. Thus do We recompense every ungrateful one.

35:37
وَهُمۡ يَصۡطَرِخُونَ فِيهَا رَبَّنَآ أَخۡرِجۡنَا نَعۡمَلۡ صَٰلِحًا غَيۡرَ ٱلَّذِي كُنَّا نَعۡمَلُۚ أَوَلَمۡ نُعَمِّرۡكُم مَّا يَتَذَكَّرُ فِيهِ مَن تَذَكَّرَ وَجَآءَكُمُ ٱلنَّذِيرُۖ فَذُوقُواْ فَمَا لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ مِن نَّصِيرٍ ٣٧
And they will cry out therein, "Our Lord, remove us;1 we will do righteousness - other than what we were doing!" But did We not grant you life enough for whoever would remember therein to remember, and the warner had come to you? So taste [the punishment], for there is not for the wrongdoers any helper.

35:38
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَٰلِمُ غَيۡبِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ ٣٨
Indeed, Allāh is Knower of the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and earth. Indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts.
