Saba 34:49

قُلۡ جَآءَ ٱلۡحَقُّ وَمَا يُبۡدِئُ ٱلۡبَٰطِلُ وَمَا يُعِيدُ ٤٩
Say, "The truth has come, and falsehood can neither begin [anything] nor repeat [it]."1

القول في تأويل قوله تعالى : قُلْ جَاءَ الْحَقُّ وَمَا يُبْدِئُ الْبَاطِلُ وَمَا يُعِيدُ (49)
(قُلْ جَاءَ الْحَقُّ) يقول: قل لهم يا محمد: جاء القرآن ووحي الله ( وَمَا يُبْدِئُ الْبَاطِلُ ) يقول: وما ينشىء الباطل خلقًا، والباطل هو فيما فسره أهل التأويل: إبليس (وَمَا يُعِيدُ) يقول: ولا يعيده حيًّا بعد فنائه.
وبنحو الذي قلنا في ذلك قال أهل التأويل.
* ذكر من قال ذلك:
حدثنا بشر، قال: ثنا يزيد، قال: ثنا سعيد، عن قتادة قوله إِنَّ رَبِّي يَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ : أي بالوحي عَلامُ الْغُيُوبِ * قُلْ جَاءَ الْحَقُّ أي: القرآن ( وَمَا يُبْدِئُ الْبَاطِلُ وَمَا يُعِيدُ ) والباطل: إبليس، أي: ما يخلق إبليس أحدًا ولا يبعثه.
حدثني يونس، قال: أخبرنا ابن وهب، قال: قال ابن زيد، في قوله قُلْ إِنَّ رَبِّي يَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلامُ الْغُيُوبِ فقرأ بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ ... إلى قوله وَلَكُمُ الْوَيْلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ قال: يزهق الله الباطل، ويثبت الله الحق الذي دمغ به الباطل، يدمغ بالحق على الباطل، فيهلك الباطل ويثبت الحق، فذلك قوله: قُلْ إِنَّ رَبِّي يَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلامُ الْغُيُوبِ .

34:50
قُلۡ إِن ضَلَلۡتُ فَإِنَّمَآ أَضِلُّ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِيۖ وَإِنِ ٱهۡتَدَيۡتُ فَبِمَا يُوحِيٓ إِلَيَّ رَبِّيٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ سَمِيعٞ قَرِيبٞ ٥٠
Say, "If I should err, I would only err against myself. But if I am guided, it is by what my Lord reveals to me. Indeed, He is Hearing and near."
34:51
وَلَوۡ تَرَىٰٓ إِذۡ فَزِعُواْ فَلَا فَوۡتَ وَأُخِذُواْ مِن مَّكَانٖ قَرِيبٖ ٥١
And if you could see1 when they are terrified but there is no escape, and they will be seized from a place nearby.

34:52
وَقَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ وَأَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ ٱلتَّنَاوُشُ مِن مَّكَانِۭ بَعِيدٖ ٥٢
And they will [then] say, "We believe in it!" But how for them will be the taking1 [of faith] from a place far away?2
34:53
وَقَدۡ كَفَرُواْ بِهِۦ مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَيَقۡذِفُونَ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ مِن مَّكَانِۭ بَعِيدٖ ٥٣
And they had already disbelieved in it before and would assault1 the unseen from a place far away.2
34:54
وَحِيلَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ وَبَيۡنَ مَا يَشۡتَهُونَ كَمَا فُعِلَ بِأَشۡيَاعِهِم مِّن قَبۡلُۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ فِي شَكّٖ مُّرِيبِۭ ٥٤
And prevention will be placed between them and what they desire,1 as was done with their kind before. Indeed, they were in disquieting doubt [i.e., denial].

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
35:1
ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ فَاطِرِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَاعِلِ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلًا أُوْلِيٓ أَجۡنِحَةٖ مَّثۡنَىٰ وَثُلَٰثَ وَرُبَٰعَۚ يَزِيدُ فِي ٱلۡخَلۡقِ مَا يَشَآءُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ ١
[All] praise is [due] to Allāh, Creator of the heavens and the earth, [who] made the angels messengers having wings, two or three or four. He increases in creation what He wills. Indeed, Allāh is over all things competent.
35:2
مَّا يَفۡتَحِ ٱللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحۡمَةٖ فَلَا مُمۡسِكَ لَهَاۖ وَمَا يُمۡسِكۡ فَلَا مُرۡسِلَ لَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٢
Whatever Allāh grants to people of mercy - none can withhold it; and whatever He withholds - none can release it thereafter. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
35:3
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡۚ هَلۡ مِنۡ خَٰلِقٍ غَيۡرُ ٱللَّهِ يَرۡزُقُكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤۡفَكُونَ ٣
O mankind, remember the favor of Allāh upon you. Is there any creator other than Allāh who provides for you from the heaven and earth? There is no deity except Him, so how are you deluded?
