بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Fatir 35:3

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡۚ هَلۡ مِنۡ خَٰلِقٍ غَيۡرُ ٱللَّهِ يَرۡزُقُكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤۡفَكُونَ ٣
O mankind, remember the favor of Allāh upon you. Is there any creator other than Allāh who provides for you from the heaven and earth? There is no deity except Him, so how are you deluded?

Commentary on 35:3
٣ - ﴿يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡۚ﴾ أي: اذكروا ما أنعم الله به عليكم من النّعم، بقلوبكم اعترافاً، وألسنتكم ثناء، وجوارحكم طاعة وانقياداً، واحفظوها بمعرفة حقّها، والإقرار بها، وشكر موليها وطاعته، وتخصيصه بالعبادة.ثم بيّن وَحْدانية المنعم بقوله:﴿هَلۡ مِنۡ خَٰلِقٍ غَيۡرُ ٱللَّهِ﴾ لكم ولغيركم؟ أي: لا خالق غيره سبحانه! وهو استفهام تقرير وتوبيخ، أو إنكار. ﴿يَرۡزُقُكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ﴾ بالمطر والنبات وغير ذلك، رزقاً حسناً فيه بقاؤكم . و جملة «يرزقكم» مستأنفة، أو: صفة «لخالق»، أي: فلا خالق رازق غيره سبحانه.و (غيرُ) بالرفع، خبر المبتدأ، وبالجرّ، نعت ل «خالق» لفظاً ومحلاً، قراءتان.﴿لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ ﴾ أي: لا معبـود بحـقّ إلا الله. جملـة مستأنفة لتقرير النفي المستفاد مما قبله، وهو أنه لا خالق ولا رازق إلاّ الله.﴿فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤۡفَكُونَ﴾ أي: فكيف تُصرفون عن توحيد خالقكم و رازقكم إلى الشرك في عبادته؟.من الأَفْك –بالفتح– وهو الصّرف.أو: فكيف يقع منكم التكذيب بتوحيده . من الإفك –بالكسر- وهو الكذب، وهو راجع إلى الأول، لأنه قول مصروف عن الصّدق.

34:49
قُلۡ جَآءَ ٱلۡحَقُّ وَمَا يُبۡدِئُ ٱلۡبَٰطِلُ وَمَا يُعِيدُ ٤٩
Say, "The truth has come, and falsehood can neither begin [anything] nor repeat [it]."1

34:50
قُلۡ إِن ضَلَلۡتُ فَإِنَّمَآ أَضِلُّ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِيۖ وَإِنِ ٱهۡتَدَيۡتُ فَبِمَا يُوحِيٓ إِلَيَّ رَبِّيٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ سَمِيعٞ قَرِيبٞ ٥٠
Say, "If I should err, I would only err against myself. But if I am guided, it is by what my Lord reveals to me. Indeed, He is Hearing and near."
34:51
وَلَوۡ تَرَىٰٓ إِذۡ فَزِعُواْ فَلَا فَوۡتَ وَأُخِذُواْ مِن مَّكَانٖ قَرِيبٖ ٥١
And if you could see1 when they are terrified but there is no escape, and they will be seized from a place nearby.

34:52
وَقَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ وَأَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ ٱلتَّنَاوُشُ مِن مَّكَانِۭ بَعِيدٖ ٥٢
And they will [then] say, "We believe in it!" But how for them will be the taking1 [of faith] from a place far away?2
34:53
وَقَدۡ كَفَرُواْ بِهِۦ مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَيَقۡذِفُونَ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ مِن مَّكَانِۭ بَعِيدٖ ٥٣
And they had already disbelieved in it before and would assault1 the unseen from a place far away.2
34:54
وَحِيلَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ وَبَيۡنَ مَا يَشۡتَهُونَ كَمَا فُعِلَ بِأَشۡيَاعِهِم مِّن قَبۡلُۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ فِي شَكّٖ مُّرِيبِۭ ٥٤
And prevention will be placed between them and what they desire,1 as was done with their kind before. Indeed, they were in disquieting doubt [i.e., denial].

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
35:1
ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ فَاطِرِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَاعِلِ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلًا أُوْلِيٓ أَجۡنِحَةٖ مَّثۡنَىٰ وَثُلَٰثَ وَرُبَٰعَۚ يَزِيدُ فِي ٱلۡخَلۡقِ مَا يَشَآءُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ ١
[All] praise is [due] to Allāh, Creator of the heavens and the earth, [who] made the angels messengers having wings, two or three or four. He increases in creation what He wills. Indeed, Allāh is over all things competent.
35:2
مَّا يَفۡتَحِ ٱللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحۡمَةٖ فَلَا مُمۡسِكَ لَهَاۖ وَمَا يُمۡسِكۡ فَلَا مُرۡسِلَ لَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٢
Whatever Allāh grants to people of mercy - none can withhold it; and whatever He withholds - none can release it thereafter. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
35:3
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡۚ هَلۡ مِنۡ خَٰلِقٍ غَيۡرُ ٱللَّهِ يَرۡزُقُكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤۡفَكُونَ ٣
O mankind, remember the favor of Allāh upon you. Is there any creator other than Allāh who provides for you from the heaven and earth? There is no deity except Him, so how are you deluded?
