11:1Page 221
الٓرۚ كِتَٰبٌ أُحۡكِمَتۡ ءَايَٰتُهُۥ ثُمَّ فُصِّلَتۡ مِن لَّدُنۡ حَكِيمٍ خَبِيرٍ ١
Alif, Lām, Rā.1 [This is] a Book whose verses are perfected and then presented in detail from [one who is] Wise and Aware2
Alif, Laam, Raa: Yewtere fii sugu ɗee karfe yawtiino ka cortewol Baqarah. Deftere Alqur'aana nden ko ɗigginaande Aayeeje mun ka njuɓɓudi e ka maanaa. A hawrataa e ella maa ko ɗuytal e mayre. Refti ɗen ɓannginiraa janntagol harmi e ko dagii, yamira haɗa, foda kammba, fillaayeeji ekn. Ko nde immorde ka Ñeeñuɗo e toppitagol Mun e saria Mun, Humpitiiɗo fiyakuuji jeyaaɓe Makko ɓen e kon ko moƴƴani ɓe.

أَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّنِي لَكُم مِّنۡهُ نَذِيرٞ وَبَشِيرٞ ٢
[Through a messenger, saying], "Do not worship except Allāh. Indeed, I am to you from Him a warner and a bringer of good tidings,"
Coomdi ɗee Aayeeje jippinaaɗe e Muhammadu (yo o his) : Ko haɗugol jeyaaɓe ɓen nde ɓe rewida- ta goɗɗum goo e Alla. Min on, wonannde on onon ɓee yimɓe, ko mi hulɓiniroowo on e lepte Alla ɗen si on yeddii Mo, e wewliniroowo on mbarjaari Makko ndin si on gomɗinii Mo, on gollitirii sari'a Makko on.

وَأَنِ ٱسۡتَغۡفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمۡ ثُمَّ تُوبُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِ يُمَتِّعۡكُم مَّتَٰعًا حَسَنًا إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗى وَيُؤۡتِ كُلَّ ذِي فَضۡلٖ فَضۡلَهُۥۖ وَإِن تَوَلَّوۡاْ فَإِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٖ كَبِيرٍ ٣
And [saying], "Seek forgiveness of your Lord and repent to Him, [and] He will let you enjoy a good provision for a specified term and give every doer of favor his favor [i.e., reward]. But if you turn away, then indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a great Day.
Onon ɓee yimɓe, ɗaɓɓiree Joomi mon haforaneede junuubi, ruttoron e Makko ninsugol e kon ko fantinɗon e Makko. O dakmitiray on ka nguurndam aduna dakamme labaaɗo haa e waqtu lannugol laje mon happaaɗe ɗen, O jonna kala jom ɓural ka ɗoftaare e ka golle, njoɓdi ɓural Makko ngal no timmiri hara ɗuytaaki. Si on ɗuurnike gomɗingol ko mi addi kon immorde ka Joomi am, haray min mi hulanii on lepte ñalaande kulol sattunde, nden woni Ñalaande Darngal.

إِلَى ٱللَّهِ مَرۡجِعُكُمۡۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ ٤
To Allāh is your return, and He is over all things competent."
Ko ka Alla tun woni ruttorde mon nden Ñalnde Darngal, onon ɓee yiimɓe, Kanko Seniiɗo On, ko O hattanɗo kala huunde, huunde ronkintaa Mo, wanaa wuurnugol on maa wuurnita on hasba on ɓaawo maayde mon.

أَلَآ إِنَّهُمۡ يَثۡنُونَ صُدُورَهُمۡ لِيَسۡتَخۡفُواْ مِنۡهُۚ أَلَا حِينَ يَسۡتَغۡشُونَ ثِيَابَهُمۡ يَعۡلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّونَ وَمَا يُعۡلِنُونَۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ ٥
Unquestionably, they [i.e., the disbelievers] turn away their breasts to hide themselves from him. Unquestionably, [even] when they cover themselves in their clothing, He [i.e., Allāh] knows what they conceal and what they declare. Indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts.
Anndee ɓee sirkooɓe hino sowa ɓerɗe maɓɓe ɗen fii suuɗugol ko woni e majje kon e sikkitoragol Alla sabu ko ɓe majjaa Mo. Anndee tuma ɓe suumirta ko'e maɓɓe ɗen comci maɓɓe ɗin, Alla no anndi ko ɓe suuɗata e ko ɓe feññinta. Pellet ko O annduɗo ko ɓerɗe maɓɓe ɗen suuɗata.

۞ وَمَا مِن دَآبَّةٖ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱللَّهِ رِزۡقُهَا وَيَعۡلَمُ مُسۡتَقَرَّهَا وَمُسۡتَوۡدَعَهَاۚ كُلّٞ فِي كِتَٰبٖ مُّبِينٖ ٦
And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allāh is its provision, and He knows its place of dwelling and place of storage.1 All is in a clear register.
Alaa e tagaangel ruugayngel ka hoore leydi, no ngel foti e waade, si wanaa Alla no fawtorii arsike maggel ɓural Makko ngal. Kanko Seniiɗo on Himo anndi ñiiɓirde maggel ka leydi, Himo anndi kadi nokku ka ngel maayata. Ruugayɗi ɗin fow e arsike majji on, e nokku ñiiɓirde majji on e ka ɗi maayata ɗon, hino e Deftere ɓanngunde; nden woni Alluwal Reenaanagl ngal.

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٖ وَكَانَ عَرۡشُهُۥ عَلَى ٱلۡمَآءِ لِيَبۡلُوَكُمۡ أَيُّكُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ عَمَلٗاۗ وَلَئِن قُلۡتَ إِنَّكُم مَّبۡعُوثُونَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ لَيَقُولَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحۡرٞ مُّبِينٞ ٧
And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days - and His Throne had been upon water - that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed. But if you say, "Indeed, you are resurrected after death," those who disbelieve will surely say, "This is not but obvious magic."
Ko Kanko Seniiɗo On tagi kammuuli ɗin e leydi ndin no ɗi mawniri. O tagi kon ko woni e majji nder balɗe jeegoo, hari arsi Makko kin ado ɗin ɗiɗi tageede no ka hoore ndiyam. O tagiri on onon ɓee yimɓe, fii ndaarndagol on ko hommbo e mo'on ɓurata moƴƴinnde gollal welayngal Alla, O annda ko hommbo ɓurata bonude gollal tikkinayngal Mo, O yoɓita kala ko haandi kon. Pellet an Nulaaɗo, si a wi'anii ɓe: Onon ɓee yimɓe, ko on immintinoyteeɓe ɓaawo maayde fii ñaawoore, maa ɓen yedduɓe Alla e immital wi'ane: Ndee Alqur'aanaare nde janngataa wonaali si wanaa mbilewu ɓanngungu, ko nde meere feeñunde ɓanngunde meere-mun.

وَلَئِنۡ أَخَّرۡنَا عَنۡهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابَ إِلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٖ مَّعۡدُودَةٖ لَّيَقُولُنَّ مَا يَحۡبِسُهُۥٓۗ أَلَا يَوۡمَ يَأۡتِيهِمۡ لَيۡسَ مَصۡرُوفًا عَنۡهُمۡ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ ٨
And if We hold back from them the punishment for a limited time, they will surely say,1 "What detains it?" Unquestionably, on the Day it comes to them, it will not be averted from them, and they will be enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
Pellet si Men nennitanii sirkooɓe ɓen ko ɓe haandi kon e lepte ka nguurndam adun haa e dumunna lintaaɗo, maa ɓe wi'ir hawjere e jalkitugol ɗum: Ko honɗum tonngi lepte ɗen e amen? Anndee lepte ɗen ɗe hannduɗon, hiɗe happaa ka Alla. Ñalnde ɗe arat e maɓɓe, ɓe heɓatah fes suroowo ɓe e majje, ko maa ɗe yana e maɓɓe. Lepte ɗen ɗe hawjirnoo jalkitugol na fiiltiiɓe.

وَلَئِنۡ أَذَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ مِنَّا رَحۡمَةٗ ثُمَّ نَزَعۡنَٰهَا مِنۡهُ إِنَّهُۥ لَيَـُٔوسٞ كَفُورٞ ٩
And if We give man a taste of mercy from Us and then We withdraw it from him, indeed, he is despairing and ungrateful.
Si tawii Men yeɗii neɗɗanke on neema immorde ka Amen; wano neema cellal e ngalu, refti men ɓoori ɗin neemaaji e makko, pellet kanko ko o heewuɗo taƴaade e yurmeende Alla, mawnuɗo yeddugol neemaaji Makko. O yejjita ɗi si Alla ɓoorii ɗi e Makko.

وَلَئِنۡ أَذَقۡنَٰهُ نَعۡمَآءَ بَعۡدَ ضَرَّآءَ مَسَّتۡهُ لَيَقُولَنَّ ذَهَبَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتُ عَنِّيٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَفَرِحٞ فَخُورٌ ١٠
But if We give him a taste of favor after hardship has touched him, he will surely say, "Bad times have left me." Indeed, he is exultant and boastful -
Si tawii Men meminirii mo arsike e cellal, ɓaawo baasal e ñawu ko heɓunoo mo, ko maa o wi'oy: Bone on iwii e am, lorra kan yehii. O ronka yettude Alla e ɗum. On ɗon ko heewuɗo weltaare, ɗuuɗuɗo ñaañagol e yimɓe ɓen ko Alla neemini kon e makko.

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ صَبَرُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُم مَّغۡفِرَةٞ وَأَجۡرٞ كَبِيرٞ ١١
Except for those who are patient and do righteous deeds; those will have forgiveness and great reward.
Si wanaa ɓen muññiiɓe e waawneede, e tottugol dewe ɗen, ɓe muññii e faggagol goopi, ɓe golli golle moƴƴe. Hino woodani ɓen ɗon alhaali goo, tawde taƴaare heɓataaɓe, wanah yeddugol neema Alla, wanaa kadi ñaaƴagol e yimɓe. Ɓen siforiiɓe ɗin sifaaji, hino woodani ɓe immorde ka Joomi maɓɓe, haforaneede junuubi, hino woodani ɓe kadi njoɓdi mawnundi ka laakara.

فَلَعَلَّكَ تَارِكُۢ بَعۡضَ مَا يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَيۡكَ وَضَآئِقُۢ بِهِۦ صَدۡرُكَ أَن يَقُولُواْ لَوۡلَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَيۡهِ كَنزٌ أَوۡ جَآءَ مَعَهُۥ مَلَكٌۚ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ نَذِيرٞۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَكِيلٌ ١٢
Then would you possibly leave [out] some of what is revealed to you,1 or is your breast constrained by it because they say, "Why has there not been sent down to him a treasure or come with him an angel?" But you are only a warner. And Allāh is Disposer of all things.
Belajo'o an Nulaaɗo, sabu ko hawruɗaa kon e keeferaaku maɓɓe e sattere feere maɓɓe e Aayee-je ɗeɓe lanndii ɗen, haawnaaki accaa yottingol yoga e ko Alla yamiru maa kon, fii ko ɗum sattanta ɓe gllugol kon, e ko ɓernde maa nden ɓiɗtorta kon yottingol ɗum, fii wata ɓe wi'oy: Ko haɗno ngalu jippinee e makko ko o yonndinora? maa Malaa'ikaajo arda e makko ko goongina mo? Wata a accu yottingol yoga e ko wahayinaa e maaɗa fii ɗum. Aan a wonaali si wanaa jertinoowo ko Alla yamiru-maa yottingol kon. Fawaaki ma addugol ko ɓe lanndotoo e Aayeeje. Alla ko reenuɗo kala huunde.

أَمۡ يَقُولُونَ ٱفۡتَرَىٰهُۖ قُلۡ فَأۡتُواْ بِعَشۡرِ سُوَرٖ مِّثۡلِهِۦ مُفۡتَرَيَٰتٖ وَٱدۡعُواْ مَنِ ٱسۡتَطَعۡتُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ ١٣
Or do they say, "He invented it"? Say, "Then bring ten sūrahs like it that have been invented and call upon [for assistance] whomever you can besides Allāh, if you should be truthful."
Kaa hara sirkooɓe ɓen wi'ay: Muhammadu fefindi Alqur'aana, hara wanaa nde wayahu immorde ka Alla? Maakiran ɓe an Nulaaɗo teeragol: Addee Corteeji(cimooje) sappo yeru ndee Alqur'aanaare, cincaande, hara on hatonjina e ko goonngina ɗi sifa Alqur'aana nde aaƴiɗon nden ko fefindaande, noddon kala mo haɗtanɗon ko wallitoron e ɗum, si on laatike goonguɓe e nodditagol wonnde Alqur'aana ko fefindaande.

فَإِلَّمۡ يَسۡتَجِيبُواْ لَكُمۡ فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّمَآ أُنزِلَ بِعِلۡمِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَن لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ فَهَلۡ أَنتُم مُّسۡلِمُونَ ١٤
And if they do not respond to you - then know that it [i.e., the Qur’ān] was revealed with the knowledge of Allāh1 and that there is no deity except Him. Then,2 would you [not] be Muslims?
Si ɓe addaali ko lanndiɗon ɓe kon -tawde ɓe hatta- naani ɗum-, haray onon ɓee gomɗimɓe, anndiree pellital wonnde Alqur'aana ko Alla jippininde e ganndal Makko dow Nulaaɗo Makko on, wanah nde fefindaande. Anndon kadi alah rewe- teeɗo e goonga si wanaa Alla. Hara onon ko on jebbilora- niiɓe Mo e ɗii hujjaaji taƴoral ɗoo?

مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَزِينَتَهَا نُوَفِّ إِلَيۡهِمۡ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ فِيهَا وَهُمۡ فِيهَا لَا يُبۡخَسُونَ ١٥
Whoever desires the life of this world and its adornments - We fully repay them for their deeds therein,1 and they therein will not be deprived.
Kala on tawɗo ko o faandorii golle makko ɗen ko nguurnadam aduna e cuɗaari majjam lannoojam, wanah laakara on faandori ɗe, Men hunnanay ɓe baraaji golle maɓɓe ɗen aduna, Men yeɗaɓe cellal, e hoolaare, e yaajireede arsike ko aldaa e ɗuytaneede huunde e baraaji golle maɓɓe ɗin.

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَيۡسَ لَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ إِلَّا ٱلنَّارُۖ وَحَبِطَ مَا صَنَعُواْ فِيهَا وَبَٰطِلٞ مَّا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ ١٦
Those are the ones for whom there is not in the Hereafter but the Fire. And lost is what they did therein,1 and worthless is what they used to do.
Ɓen siforiiɓe nden faandaare ŋiñaande, alanaaɓe e baraaji Ñalnde Darngal, si wanah naadeede Yiite. Baraaji golle maɓɓe ɗen sooya, golle maɓɓe ɗen wona meere; tawde ɗe ardiniranooka gomɗinal, wanaa faandaare sellunde. Ɓe faandoranooki golle maɓɓe ɗen fii Alla e galle laakara ɗen.

أَفَمَن كَانَ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦ وَيَتۡلُوهُ شَاهِدٞ مِّنۡهُ وَمِن قَبۡلِهِۦ كِتَٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِمَامٗا وَرَحۡمَةًۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦۚ وَمَن يَكۡفُرۡ بِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابِ فَٱلنَّارُ مَوۡعِدُهُۥۚ فَلَا تَكُ فِي مِرۡيَةٖ مِّنۡهُۚ إِنَّهُ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ ١٧
So is one who [stands] upon a clear evidence from his Lord [like the aforementioned]? And a witness1 from Him follows it,2 and before it was the Scripture of Moses to lead and as mercy. Those [believers in the former revelations] believe in it [i.e., the Qur’ān]. But whoever disbelieves in it from the [various] factions - the Fire is his promised destination. So be not in doubt about it. Indeed, it is the truth from your Lord, but most of the people do not believe.
Fototah Annabiijo Muhammadu (yo o his) hino wondi e burhaanu immorde ka Joomi makko, hino jokkiti mo seediiɗo immorde ka Joomi makko, on woni Jibriilu. Hino seedanoo mo kadi e Annabaaku makko ngun ko adii, Tawreeta jippinanoonde nden e Muusaa (yo o his), nden ɗoworde yimɓe yurmeende maɓɓe. Kanko e ɓen gomɗimɓe wonnduɓe e makko ɓe fotatah e ɓen heeferɓe yooliiɓe e majjere; tawde ɓeya kan hino gomɗini Alqur'aana e Muhammadu on mo nde jippinaa e muuɗum. Kala yedduɗo mo e ɗiya diinaaji, haray ko Yiite ngen woni fodoore makko nden Ñalnde Darngal. Wata a laato an Nulaaɗo, e sikkitagol Alqur'aana e kon ko ɓe fadaa. Pellet ɗum ko goonga ka sikke alah e mu'un, ko woni tun, ko ɓuri ɗuuɗude e yimɓe ɓen gomɗintaa, e hoore kon ko ɗuɗɗinaa e dalilaaji ɓannguɗi.

وَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًاۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ يُعۡرَضُونَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمۡ وَيَقُولُ ٱلۡأَشۡهَٰدُ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَبُواْ عَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمۡۚ أَلَا لَعۡنَةُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَى ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ١٨
And who is more unjust than he who invents a lie about Allāh? Those will be presented before their Lord, and the witnesses will say, "These are the ones who lied against their Lord." Unquestionably, the curse of Allāh is upon the wrongdoers
Alah ɓurɗo tooñude haa hewta on fefindiiɗo fenaande e hoore Alla, o dammbira Mo sirku maa ɓiɗɗo. Ɓen faggitotooɓe ɗen penaale e hoore Alla, ɓe weeɓitoyte ka Joomi maɓɓe Ñalnde Darangal, fii yo O lanndito ɓe golle maɓɓe ɗen. Malaa'ikaaɓe e Nulaaɓe seedinooɓe ɓen wi'a: "Ko ɓee ɗoo woni fenunooɓe baKki e Alla ɓen, ɓe dammbi e Makko sirku e ɗiɓɓo. Hey, kuddi Alla ndin wonii e ɓen tooñirɓe ko'e mun fenugol e Alla.

ٱلَّذِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَبۡغُونَهَا عِوَجٗا وَهُم بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ هُمۡ كَٰفِرُونَ ١٩
Who averted [people] from the way of Allāh and sought to make it [seem] deviant while they, concerning the Hereafter, were disbelievers.
Ɓen sakkotooɓe yimɓe ɓen gaay e laawol Ala focciingol ngol, hiɓe ɗaɓɓana ngol ooñaare gaay e foccagol ngol fii wata gooto jokku ngol. Kamɓe kadi hiɓe yedda immital ɓaawo maayde.

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَمۡ يَكُونُواْ مُعۡجِزِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا كَانَ لَهُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِنۡ أَوۡلِيَآءَۘ يُضَٰعَفُ لَهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُۚ مَا كَانُواْ يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَمَا كَانُواْ يُبۡصِرُونَ ٢٠
Those were not causing failure [to Allāh] on earth, nor did they have besides Allāh any protectors. For them the punishment will be multiplied. They were not able to hear, nor did they see.1
Ɓen siforiiɓe ɗin sifaaji, ɓe laatanooki hattanɓe laa- wagol lepte Alla ɗen ka leydi si ɗe jippike e maɓɓe. Alanaaɓe kadi yiɗɓe wallondirteeɓe gaanin Alla ko duñana ɓe Makko ɗen. Lepte ɗen sowoyte ɓe Ñal- Ñalnde Darngal sabu ko ɓe woɗɗitori ɓe laatanoo-ki woɗɗintini woɗɓe goo e laawol Alla ngol. Ɓe laa- tanooki hattanɓe nanooɓe jaɓa goonga e peewal, ɓewa wonaano kadi yi'ooɓe taskoo Aayeeje Alla ɗen ka Winndere, tawde ko ɓe lunndorinooɓe goonga kan ko tiiɗi.

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ وَضَلَّ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَفۡتَرُونَ ٢١
Those are the ones who will have lost themselves, and lost from them is what they used to invent.
Ko ɓen siforiiɓe ɗin sifaaji woni sooyimɓe ko'e mun naadugol ɗe e halkaare sabu ko ɓe kafidi(renndini) kon e Alla. Kon ko ɓe luurunoo e kafideteeɗi e tefooji majjiri ɓe.

لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ هُمُ ٱلۡأَخۡسَرُونَ ٢٢
Assuredly, it is they in the Hereafter who will be the greatest losers.
Sikke alaa wonnde ɓen ɗon Ñalnde Darngal, ko kamɓe ɓuroyta sooyude, tawde ɓe waɗtitirii liimanaaku ngun keeferaaku, laakara on aduna, yurmeende nden lepte.

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَأَخۡبَتُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمۡ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡجَنَّةِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ ٢٣
Indeed, they who have believed and done righteous deeds and humbled themselves to their Lord - those are the companions of Paradise; they will abide eternally therein.
Ɓen gomɗimɓe Alla e Nulaaɗo Makko on, ɓe golli golle moƴƴe, ɓe yankinanni Alla, ko ɓen woni yimɓe Aljanna ɓen, kamɓe koɓe duumotooɓe ton poomaa.

۞ مَثَلُ ٱلۡفَرِيقَيۡنِ كَٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ وَٱلۡأَصَمِّ وَٱلۡبَصِيرِ وَٱلسَّمِيعِۚ هَلۡ يَسۡتَوِيَانِ مَثَلًاۚ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ ٢٤
The example of the two parties is like the blind and deaf, and the seeing and hearing. Are they equal in comparison? Then, will you not remember?
Misal feddeji ɗiɗi ɗin ka heefereɓe e ka gomɗimɓe: ko wano bunɗo mo yi'ataa, e faaɗuɗo mo nanataa, ɗum ko misal heeferɓe ɓen ɓe nanatah jaɓa goonga, ɓe yi'atah ɓe taskoo ko nafata ɓe. Misal goo ko nanoowo e yi'oowo, ko ɓen woni misal fedde gomɗimɓe ɓen hawtuɓe nanugol yi'a. E nee, ɗin feddeeji ɗiɗi no fata sifa e fiyaaku? Ɓe fotatah. E on waajitotaako e kon ko ɓe fotatah?

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنِّي لَكُمۡ نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٌ ٢٥
And We had certainly sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Indeed, I am to you a clear warner
Gomɗii Men Nulii Nuuhu e yimɓe makko ɓen, o maakani ɓe: ko onon yo yimɓe, min komi jertinoowo on e lepte Alla, ɓannginanɗo on komi Nulaa kon e mooɗon.

أَن لَّا تَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَۖ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ أَلِيمٖ ٢٦
That you not worship except Allāh. Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a painful day."
Miɗo nodda on e rewugol Alla tun, hara on rewaali si wanaa Kanko. Min miɗo hulani on lepte ñalaande muusunde.

فَقَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن قَوۡمِهِۦ مَا نَرَىٰكَ إِلَّا بَشَرٗا مِّثۡلَنَا وَمَا نَرَىٰكَ ٱتَّبَعَكَ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ أَرَاذِلُنَا بَادِيَ ٱلرَّأۡيِ وَمَا نَرَىٰ لَكُمۡ عَلَيۡنَا مِن فَضۡلِۭ بَلۡ نَظُنُّكُمۡ كَٰذِبِينَ ٢٧
So the eminent among those who disbelieved from his people said, "We do not see you but as a man like ourselves, and we do not see you followed except by those who are the lowest of us [and] at first suggestion.1 And we do not see in you over us any merit; rather, we think you are liars."
Mbatu tedduɓe e hooreeɓe yedduɓe ɓen ka yimɓe makko wi'i: Men noototaako noddaandu maa; tawde a hanndaa e huunde, an ko a ɓanndinke sifa amen, e tawde kadi men yi'aali ɓen jokkuɓe ma si wanaa jaasuɓe amen e ko feeñani men e giiɗe, tawde kadi on ɓeydoraa teddungal e jawdi e jaahu ko men jokkira on. Worin meɗen sikki on fenooɓe e ko noddoton e mun.

قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِن كُنتُ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّي وَءَاتَىٰنِي رَحۡمَةٗ مِّنۡ عِندِهِۦ فَعُمِّيَتۡ عَلَيۡكُمۡ أَنُلۡزِمُكُمُوهَا وَأَنتُمۡ لَهَا كَٰرِهُونَ ٢٨
He said, "O my people, have you considered: if I should be upon clear evidence from my Lord while He has given me mercy from Himself but it has been made unapparent to you, should we force it upon you while you are averse to it?
Nuuhu maakani ɓe: Ko onon yo yimɓe am, yeetee lam si tawii miɗo e ɓanngannduyee immorde ka Joomi am ko seeditoo e goonga am; waɗɗina on googingol lam, O yeɗii lam yurmeende Annabaaku e Nuleede immorde ka Makko, ɗum wirniraa e mon majjeede mon ɗum, e men waawnay on e gomɗingol nde naada e ɓerɗe mon? Men hattanaaka ɗum. Ko Alla tun hawrindinta e gomɗinal.

وَيَٰقَوۡمِ لَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مَالًاۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِطَارِدِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْۚ إِنَّهُم مُّلَٰقُواْ رَبِّهِمۡ وَلَٰكِنِّيٓ أَرَىٰكُمۡ قَوۡمٗا تَجۡهَلُونَ ٢٩
And O my people, I ask not of you for it any wealth. My reward is not but from Allāh. And I am not one to drive away those who have believed. Indeed, they will meet their Lord, but I see that you are a people behaving ignorantly.
Ko onon yo yimɓe am, mi ɗaɓɓirah on njoɓdi e yottingol Nulal ngal, njoɓdi am ndin ko Alla fawtii. Minmi raɗotaako waasuɓe gomɗimɓe ɓen e jonnde am fii on ɗaɓɓirii lam ɗum. Kamɓe ko ɓe hawrayoo- ɓe e Joomi maɓɓe Ñalnde Darngal, O yoɓita ɓe njoɓdi gomɗinal maɓɓe. Ko woni tun, min miɗo yi'ii on yimɓe ɓe faamataa haqiiqa noddaandu am ndun, tawde hiɗon ɗaɓɓira lam raɗagol lo'uɓe gomɗimɓe ɓen.
11:30Page 225
وَيَٰقَوۡمِ مَن يَنصُرُنِي مِنَ ٱللَّهِ إِن طَرَدتُّهُمۡۚ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ ٣٠
And O my people, who would protect me from Allāh if I drove them away? Then will you not be reminded?
Ko onon yo yimɓe am, ko hommbo duñanoyta lam lepte Alla ɗen si mi raɗorike ɓee gomɗimɓe tooñe ko aldaa e bakkaatu? E on waajitotaako, etoɗon huuwude ko nafata on?

وَلَآ أَقُولُ لَكُمۡ عِندِي خَزَآئِنُ ٱللَّهِ وَلَآ أَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبَ وَلَآ أَقُولُ إِنِّي مَلَكٞ وَلَآ أَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ تَزۡدَرِيٓ أَعۡيُنُكُمۡ لَن يُؤۡتِيَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ خَيۡرًاۖ ٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ إِنِّيٓ إِذٗا لَّمِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ٣١
And I do not tell you that I have the depositories [containing the provision] of Allāh or that I know the unseen, nor do I tell you that I am an angel, nor do I say of those upon whom your eyes look down that Allāh will never grant them any good. Allāh is most knowing of what is within their souls. Indeed, I would then be among the wrongdoers [i.e., the unjust]."
Mi wi'antaa on, onon ɓee yimɓe am, miɗo mari ngaluuji Alla ɗi arsike Makko on woni e mun, fii ko mi jonna on si on gomɗinii. Mi wi'atah on kadi: miɗo anndi ko wirinii, mi wi'ataa on kadi: ko mi mayko. Si ko woni, min ko mi ɓanndinke sifa mon. Mi wi'atah waasuɓe ɓen ɓe gite mon yawitii haa fanɗinɗon fii maɓɓe: Alla yeɗataa ɓe hawrineede maa peewal. Ko Alla ɓuri anndude annuyeeji maɓɓe e fiyakuuji maɓe. Min ontuma si mi waɗii ɗum, haray mi jeyaama e tooñuɓe jojjuuɓe e lepte Alla ɓen.

قَالُواْ يَٰنُوحُ قَدۡ جَٰدَلۡتَنَا فَأَكۡثَرۡتَ جِدَٰلَنَا فَأۡتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَآ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ ٣٢
They said, "O Noah, you have disputed [i.e., opposed] us and been frequent in dispute of us. So bring us what you threaten us, if you should be of the truthful."
Ɓe wi'i: ƴaggugol e townitagol an Nuuhu, gomɗii a wenjondirii e amen, a ɗuɗɗinii wenjondiral ngal e amen. Addan men kon ko fodu-ɗaa men e lepte, si a laatke jeyaaɗo e goonguɓe e ko nodditto-ɗaa ko.

قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَأۡتِيكُم بِهِ ٱللَّهُ إِن شَآءَ وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُعۡجِزِينَ ٣٣
He said, "Allāh will only bring it to you if He wills, and you will not cause [Him] failure.
Nuuhu maakani ɓe: Min mi addantah on lepte, ko Alla addanta on ɗum -si O muuyii- on wonaali hattanayɓe laawagol lepte Alla ɗen si O faandike leptugol on.
11:34Page 225
وَلَا يَنفَعُكُمۡ نُصۡحِيٓ إِنۡ أَرَدتُّ أَنۡ أَنصَحَ لَكُمۡ إِن كَانَ ٱللَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَن يُغۡوِيَكُمۡۚ هُوَ رَبُّكُمۡ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ ٣٤
And my advice will not benefit you - although I wished to advise you - if Allāh should intend to put you in error. He is your Lord, and to Him you will be returned."
Laaɓalam reedu e waaju am nafataa on, si tawii Alla no faandii majjingol on e laawol focciingol ngol, o woɗɗina on e peewal ngal sabu ƴaggere mon nden. Ko Kanko woni Joomi mon, ko Kanko anndi fii mon: Himo majjina on si O muuyii, ko ka Makko tun woni ruttorde mon Ñalnde Darngal, O yoɓita on njoɓdi golle mon.

أَمۡ يَقُولُونَ ٱفۡتَرَىٰهُۖ قُلۡ إِنِ ٱفۡتَرَيۡتُهُۥ فَعَلَيَّ إِجۡرَامِي وَأَنَا۠ بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تُجۡرِمُونَ ٣٥
Or do they say [about Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ)], "He invented it"? Say, "If I have invented it, then upon me is [the consequence of] my crime; but I am innocent of what [crimes] you commit."
Ko yimɓe Nuuhu ɓen yeddiri kon, ko sabu ko ɓe aaƴƴii kon wonnde Alla o fefidni diina ka o addi kan o fawi e Alla. Maakan ɓe an Nulaaɗo: "Si mi fefindi nde, ko min tun lepte bonnere am nden fawii, mi fawtotaako huunde e bakkaatu bonnere fennugol mon ngol. Min ko daɗndiiɗo e ɗum.

وَأُوحِيَ إِلَىٰ نُوحٍ أَنَّهُۥ لَن يُؤۡمِنَ مِن قَوۡمِكَ إِلَّا مَن قَدۡ ءَامَنَ فَلَا تَبۡتَئِسۡ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفۡعَلُونَ ٣٦
And it was revealed to Noah that, "No one will believe from your people except those who have already believed, so do not be distressed by what they have been doing.
Alla wahayini e Nuuhu wonnde: Gomɗintah e yimɓe maa ɓen an Nuuhu, si wanaa ɓen gomɗin- nooɓe ko adii. Wata a sunor yo Nuuhu, e ko ɓe gollaynoo e fennugol jalkita on dumunna juutuɗo.

وَٱصۡنَعِ ٱلۡفُلۡكَ بِأَعۡيُنِنَا وَوَحۡيِنَا وَلَا تُخَٰطِبۡنِي فِي ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓاْ إِنَّهُم مُّغۡرَقُونَ ٣٧
And construct the ship under Our observation and Our inspiration and do not address Me concerning those who have wronged; indeed, they are [to be] drowned."
Moƴƴinir laana kan e dankata Amen, e yamiroore Amen tinndingol ma no moƴƴiniraa ka. Wata a yewtidoy e Am ɗaɓɓirgol Lam nennangol tooñirɓe wonkiiji mun ɗin keeferaaku. Pellet, ko ɓe yooliroy- teeɓe Ilam Tuufaan on -feere mun alaa-; ɗum ko lepte maɓɓe ko ɓe haɓɓitii kon e keeferaaku.

وَيَصۡنَعُ ٱلۡفُلۡكَ وَكُلَّمَا مَرَّ عَلَيۡهِ مَلَأٞ مِّن قَوۡمِهِۦ سَخِرُواْ مِنۡهُۚ قَالَ إِن تَسۡخَرُواْ مِنَّا فَإِنَّا نَسۡخَرُ مِنكُمۡ كَمَا تَسۡخَرُونَ ٣٨
And he constructed the ship, and whenever an assembly of the eminent of his people passed by him, they ridiculed him. He said, "If you ridicule us, then we will ridicule you just as you ridicule.
Nuuhu waɗi yamiroore Joomi mun, o woni e lesugol laana kan. Tuma kala nde dental hoorewal yimɓe makko ɓen rewi ɗon, ɓe jalkita mo ko o lesirta laana kan ka leydi ndi alah ndiyam e canɗi. Nde jalkitugol ngol filli-fillini, o maaki: Ko onon yo dental hooreeɓe, si on jalkitii men ka men lesata kaa laana ɗoo, menen kadi men jalkitoyay on majjere mon nden tuma nde yooloyteɗon.
11:39Page 226
فَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ مَن يَأۡتِيهِ عَذَابٞ يُخۡزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيۡهِ عَذَابٞ مُّقِيمٌ ٣٩
And you are going to know who will get a punishment that will disgrace him [on earth] and upon whom will descend an enduring punishment [in the Hereafter]."
Aray nde anndon ko hommbo lepte aduna hoynayɗe aroyta e muuɗum, lepte duumiiɗe jippoyoo e makko Ñalnde Darngal.

حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَ أَمۡرُنَا وَفَارَ ٱلتَّنُّورُ قُلۡنَا ٱحۡمِلۡ فِيهَا مِن كُلّٖ زَوۡجَيۡنِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِ وَأَهۡلَكَ إِلَّا مَن سَبَقَ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ وَمَنۡ ءَامَنَۚ وَمَآ ءَامَنَ مَعَهُۥٓ إِلَّا قَلِيلٞ ٤٠
[So it was], until when Our command came and the oven overflowed,1 We said, "Load upon it [i.e., the ship] of each [creature] two mates and your family, except those about whom the word [i.e., decree] has preceded, and [include] whoever has believed." But none had believed with him, except a few.
Annabi Nuuhu gayni lesude laana kan ka Alla yamiri mo lesugol, haa nde yamiroore Amen halkugol ɓe ngol ari, ndiyaɗam ka huɓɓinirde maɓɓe bireedi fatii, fii no ɓe anndira haacaango ngon, Men daalani Nuuhu: Ronndo ka laana e kala nooneeji ɗiɗi immorde e kulle leydi ɗen resindirayɗi, ronndoɗaa kadi ɓeynguure maa nden -si wanaa ɓen ɓe ñaawoore yoolagol ngol aditii e mun; tawde ɓe daɗataa- ronndoɗaa kadi ɓen gomɗinɓe e yimɓe maaɗa ɓen. Gomɗinaano mo si wanaa seeɗaaɓe nii, e hoore ko dumunna ñiiɓugol e maɓɓe ngol juutiri mo kon fow, himo nodda ɓe e gomɗingol Alla.
11:41Page 226
۞ وَقَالَ ٱرۡكَبُواْ فِيهَا بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ مَجۡر۪ىٰهَا وَمُرۡسَىٰهَآۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي لَغَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ ٤١
And [Noah] said, "Embark therein; in the name of Allāh [are] its course and its anchorage. Indeed, my Lord is Forgiving and Merciful."
Nuuhu maakani gomɗimɓe mo ɓen e yimɓe makko ɓen: Waɗɗoree ka laana. ko Innde Alla ka dogirta, ko Innde Makko ka teerata. Pellet, Joomi am ko Haforoowo junuubi kala tuubuɗo e jeyaaɓe Makko ɓen, Hinnotooɗo ɓe. Hino jeyaa e ko O yumertee gomɗimɓe ɓen, ko O daɗndiri ɓe kon halkagol.

وَهِيَ تَجۡرِي بِهِمۡ فِي مَوۡجٖ كَٱلۡجِبَالِ وَنَادَىٰ نُوحٌ ٱبۡنَهُۥ وَكَانَ فِي مَعۡزِلٖ يَٰبُنَيَّ ٱرۡكَب مَّعَنَا وَلَا تَكُن مَّعَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ ٤٢
And it sailed with them through waves like mountains, and Noah called to his son who was apart [from them], "O my son, come aboard with us and be not with the disbelievers."
Laana kan no dogina yimɓe e kala ko woni e makka e nder mollooɗe mawnuɗe waaɗe wa pelle. Sabu yurmeende baaba nden, Nuuhu noddi ɓiɗɗo makko yeddunooɗo on, hari on selindii e ben-mun e yimɓe mun: Ko an yo ɓinngel am, waɗɗida e amen ka laana fii yo a daɗu yoolagol, wata a wonndu e yedduɓe ɓen haa halkide-ɗaa e maɓɓe yoolagol.
11:43Page 226
قَالَ سَـَٔاوِيٓ إِلَىٰ جَبَلٖ يَعۡصِمُنِي مِنَ ٱلۡمَآءِۚ قَالَ لَا عَاصِمَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَۚ وَحَالَ بَيۡنَهُمَا ٱلۡمَوۡجُ فَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُغۡرَقِينَ ٤٣
[But] he said, "I will take refuge on a mountain to protect me from the water." [Noah] said, "There is no protector today from the decree of Allāh, except for whom He gives mercy." And the waves came between them, and he was among the drowned.
Ɓinngel Nuuhu ngel wi'i: Mi ƴawoyay e fello toowungo fii no mi daɗira ndiyam ɗam. Nuuhu maakani ɓinngel makko ngel: Alah ko daɗndata lepte Alla ɗen yoolirgol Tuufaan si wanaa Alla yurmirteeɗo yurmeende Makko nden on Mo O muuyi. Mollooɗe ɗen heedini hakkunde Nuuhu e ɓiɗɗo makko yedduɗo on, on laatodii e yooliraaɓe haacango ngon keeferaaku maɓɓe ngun.

وَقِيلَ يَٰٓأَرۡضُ ٱبۡلَعِي مَآءَكِ وَيَٰسَمَآءُ أَقۡلِعِي وَغِيضَ ٱلۡمَآءُ وَقُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ وَٱسۡتَوَتۡ عَلَى ٱلۡجُودِيِّۖ وَقِيلَ بُعۡدٗا لِّلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ٤٤
And it was said, "O earth, swallow your water, and O sky, withhold [your rain]." And the water subsided, and the matter was accomplished, and it [i.e., the ship] came to rest on the [mountain of] Jūdiyy. And it was said, "Away with the wrongdoing people."
Alla daalani leydi ndin ɓaawo tuufaana on gasude: Ko an yo leydi, moɗu ndiyam maa tuufaana ɗam. O daalani kadi kammu ngu: Ko an yo kammu, ɗoofu, wata a saaƴin ndiyam. Ndiyam ɗam ɗuytii haa leydi ndin yoori, Alla halki yedduɓe ɓen. Laana kan daroyii ka dow fello juudiiy. Wi'a: Goɗɗal e halakuyee woodanii yimɓe yawtirɓe keeri Alla ɗin keeferaaku.
11:45Page 226
وَنَادَىٰ نُوحٞ رَّبَّهُۥ فَقَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ ٱبۡنِي مِنۡ أَهۡلِي وَإِنَّ وَعۡدَكَ ٱلۡحَقُّ وَأَنتَ أَحۡكَمُ ٱلۡحَٰكِمِينَ ٤٥
And Noah called to his Lord and said, "My Lord, indeed my son is of my family; and indeed, Your promise is true; and You are the most just of judges!"
Annabi Nuuhu noddi Joomi makko himo faabinoo Mo, o maaki: Joomi am, pellet ɓiɗɗo am on ko e ɓeynguure am nde foduɗaa lam nden jeyaa, pellet fodoore Maa nden ko goonga nde tultatah. Ko An ɓuri nunɗude ñaawooɓe ɓen, ɓuri ɓe anndude.
11:46Page 227
قَالَ يَٰنُوحُ إِنَّهُۥ لَيۡسَ مِنۡ أَهۡلِكَۖ إِنَّهُۥ عَمَلٌ غَيۡرُ صَٰلِحٖۖ فَلَا تَسۡـَٔلۡنِ مَا لَيۡسَ لَكَ بِهِۦ عِلۡمٌۖ إِنِّيٓ أَعِظُكَ أَن تَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡجَٰهِلِينَ ٤٦
He said, "O Noah, indeed he is not of your family; indeed, he is [one whose] work was other than righteous, so ask Me not for that about which you have no knowledge. Indeed, I advise you, lest you be among the ignorant."
Alla daalani Nuuhu: Ko an yo Nuuhu, pellet ɓiɗɗo maa mo tori-ɗaa Lam daɗndugol on, o jeyaaka e ɓeynguure maa nde Mi fodu maa nden; tawde ko o keefeero. Pellet ndee toraare maa yo Nuuhu, ko gollal ngal moƴƴah, ngal yaadah e jogitiiɗo martaba maaɗa. Wata a toro Lam ko a alanaa ɗum ganndal. Min Miɗo rentina maa nde jeyete-ɗaa e majjuɓe ɓen, haa toro-ɗaa Lam ko lunndii ganndal Am e hikma Am.
11:47Page 227
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّيٓ أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنۡ أَسۡـَٔلَكَ مَا لَيۡسَ لِي بِهِۦ عِلۡمٞۖ وَإِلَّا تَغۡفِرۡ لِي وَتَرۡحَمۡنِيٓ أَكُن مِّنَ ٱلۡخَٰسِرِينَ ٤٧
[Noah] said, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from asking that of which I have no knowledge. And unless You forgive me and have mercy upon me, I will be among the losers."
Annabi Nuuhu maaki: Joomi am, miɗo moolora Maa, daɗndinora Maa nde mi lanndoto Maa ko mi alanaa ɗum ganndal. Si wanah A hafranam goopol am ngol, yurme-Ɗaa mi yurmeende Maa nden, mi jeyete e ɓen hayruɓe laakara.
11:48Page 227
قِيلَ يَٰنُوحُ ٱهۡبِطۡ بِسَلَٰمٖ مِّنَّا وَبَرَكَٰتٍ عَلَيۡكَ وَعَلَىٰٓ أُمَمٖ مِّمَّن مَّعَكَۚ وَأُمَمٞ سَنُمَتِّعُهُمۡ ثُمَّ يَمَسُّهُم مِّنَّا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ ٤٨
It was said, "O Noah, disembark in security from Us and blessings upon you and upon nations [descending] from those with you. But other nations [of them] We will grant enjoyment; then there will touch them from Us a painful punishment."
Alla daalani Nuuhu (yo o his): Ko an yo Nuuhu, jippor e laana kan ka leydi wonndude e kisal e hoolaare, e neemaaji ɗuuɗuɗi hoore-maaɗa immorde ka Alla -e hoore jurriiyaaji ɓen gomɗimɓe wonndunooɓe e maaɗa ka laana aroyooɓe ɓaawo maaɗa. Mofte goo e ɓiɗɓe maɓɓe yedduɓe ɓen, aray Men dakmita ɓe e ɗam nguurndam aduna, Men newinana ɓe ko ɓe wuurira; refti memoya ɓe ka laakara immorde e Amen, lepte muusuɗe.

تِلۡكَ مِنۡ أَنۢبَآءِ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ نُوحِيهَآ إِلَيۡكَۖ مَا كُنتَ تَعۡلَمُهَآ أَنتَ وَلَا قَوۡمُكَ مِن قَبۡلِ هَٰذَاۖ فَٱصۡبِرۡۖ إِنَّ ٱلۡعَٰقِبَةَ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ ٤٩
That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal to you, [O Muḥammad]. You knew it not, neither you nor your people, before this. So be patient; indeed, the [best] outcome is for the righteous.
Qissa Nuuhu on ko jeyaaɗo e kumpite wirniiɗe. An Nulaaɗo, a anndaano ɗe an, yimɓe maa ɓen kadi anndaano ɗe ado oo wahayu mo Men wahayini e maaɗa. Muññor lorra yimɓe maa ɓen e ko ɓe fennata kon, wano Annabi Nuuhu muññornoo. Pellet ballal ngal e poolal ngal, wonanii ɗoftotooɓe yamirooje Alla ɗen ɓe woɗɗitoo haɗaaɗi Makko ɗin.

وَإِلَىٰ عَادٍ أَخَاهُمۡ هُودٗاۚ قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنۡ إِلَٰهٍ غَيۡرُهُۥٓۖ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا مُفۡتَرُونَ ٥٠
And to ʿAad [We sent] their brother Hūd. He said, "O my people, worship Allāh; you have no deity other than Him. You are not but inventors [of falsehood].
Men Nuli kadi faade e Aadinkooɓe ɓen, musiɗɗo maɓɓe on Huudi (yo o his). O maakani ɓe: Ko onon yo yimɓe, rewee Alla tun, wata on kafidu Mo e gooto. Reweteeɗo e goonga alanah on ko woori Mo. On wonaali e ngol nodditagol mon wonnde himo mari kafidiiɗo, si wanaa ko on fenooɓe.

يَٰقَوۡمِ لَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ أَجۡرًاۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلَّذِي فَطَرَنِيٓۚ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ ٥١
O my people, I do not ask you for it [i.e., my advice] any reward. My reward is only from the one who created me. Then will you not reason?
Ko onon yo yimɓe am, mi ɗaɓɓiraa on njoɓdi e ko mi yottinta e mon kon, mi noddira on ɗum immorde ka Joomi am. Njoɓdi am wonaali si wanah ka Alla taguɗo lam on. E on haqqiltah ɗum? Nootoɗon noddaandu am ndun?
11:52Page 227
وَيَٰقَوۡمِ ٱسۡتَغۡفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمۡ ثُمَّ تُوبُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِ يُرۡسِلِ ٱلسَّمَآءَ عَلَيۡكُم مِّدۡرَارٗا وَيَزِدۡكُمۡ قُوَّةً إِلَىٰ قُوَّتِكُمۡ وَلَا تَتَوَلَّوۡاْ مُجۡرِمِينَ ٥٢
And O my people, ask forgiveness of your Lord and then repent to Him. He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in showers and increase you in strength [added] to your strength. And do not turn away, [being] criminals."
Ko onon yo yimɓe am, ɗaɓɓiree Alla haforanal, refti tuubanon Mo junuubi mon ɗin, ɓuri mawnude e majji ko sirku. O yoɓitiray on ɗum jippingol toɓo ɗuuɗungo, O ɓeyda on teddungal e hoore teddungal mon ngal ɗuuɗireede ɓiɗɓe e jawle. Wata on ɗuurno e ko mi noddata on kon, laatoron ngol ɗuurngal mon ɗon bomɓe e yedduɓe Alla fennuɓe ko mi addi kon.

قَالُواْ يَٰهُودُ مَا جِئۡتَنَا بِبَيِّنَةٖ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِتَارِكِيٓ ءَالِهَتِنَا عَن قَوۡلِكَ وَمَا نَحۡنُ لَكَ بِمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٥٣
They said, "O Hūd, you have not brought us clear evidence, and we are not ones to leave our gods on your say-so. Nor are we believers in you.
Yimɓe makko ɓen wi'i: "Ko an yo Huudu, a adda-ranaali men hujja ɓannguɗo fii no men gomɗinire. Men wonaali kadi accitirooɓe reweteeɗi amen ɗin fii konngol maa ko aldah hujja. Men wonaali gomɗi- nooɓe ma e kon ko noddataa e mun wonnde ko a Nulaaɗo.

إِن نَّقُولُ إِلَّا ٱعۡتَرَىٰكَ بَعۡضُ ءَالِهَتِنَا بِسُوٓءٖۗ قَالَ إِنِّيٓ أُشۡهِدُ ٱللَّهَ وَٱشۡهَدُوٓاْ أَنِّي بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تُشۡرِكُونَ ٥٤
We only say that some of our gods have possessed you with evil [i.e., insanity]." He said, "Indeed, I call Allāh to witness, and witness [yourselves] that I am free from whatever you associate with Allāh
Men wi'atah si wanaa yoga e reweteeɗi amen ɗin meminirii ma bone feetere, tawde hiɗa haɗude men e rewugol ɗi. Huudu maaki: "Min miɗo seedina Alla -seeditee onon kadi- wonnde min, ko mi daɗndiiɗo e rewugol reweteɗi mon ɗin gaanin Alla. Fewjanee lam onon e reweteeɗi mon ɗi aaƴotoɗon ɗin wonde ɗi memirii lam feetere, refti wata on nennitanam.

مِن دُونِهِۦۖ فَكِيدُونِي جَمِيعٗا ثُمَّ لَا تُنظِرُونِ ٥٥
Other than Him. So plot against me all together; then do not give me respite.
Men wi'atah si wanaa yoga e reweteeɗi amen ɗin meminirii ma bone feetere, tawde hiɗa haɗude men e rewugol ɗi. Huudu maaki: "Min miɗo seedina Alla -seeditee onon kadi- wonnde min, ko mi daɗndiiɗo e rewugol reweteɗi mon ɗin gaanin Alla. Fewjanee lam onon e reweteeɗi mon ɗi aaƴotoɗon ɗin wonnde ɗi memirii lam feetere, refti wata on nennitanam.

إِنِّي تَوَكَّلۡتُ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ رَبِّي وَرَبِّكُمۚ مَّا مِن دَآبَّةٍ إِلَّا هُوَ ءَاخِذُۢ بِنَاصِيَتِهَآۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ ٥٦
Indeed, I have relied upon Allāh, my Lord and your Lord. There is no creature but that He holds it by its forelock [i.e., controls it]. Indeed, my Lord is on a path [that is] straight.
Min mi fawike e Alla tun, Mo mi yowi fiyaake am e Mun. Ko Kanko woni Joomi am e Joomi mon. Alaa e ruugayngel ka hoore leydi, si wanaa ko yannkiniingel senngo Laamu Makko ngun. Himo firlita ɗum no O muuyiri. Pellet, Joomi am ko e goonga e nunɗal woni: O wurtatah on e hoore-am; tawde ko e goonga mi woni, onon kan hiɗon e meere.

فَإِن تَوَلَّوۡاْ فَقَدۡ أَبۡلَغۡتُكُم مَّآ أُرۡسِلۡتُ بِهِۦٓ إِلَيۡكُمۡۚ وَيَسۡتَخۡلِفُ رَبِّي قَوۡمًا غَيۡرَكُمۡ وَلَا تَضُرُّونَهُۥ شَيۡـًٔاۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٍ حَفِيظٞ ٥٧
But if you turn away, then I have already conveyed that with which I was sent to you. My Lord will give succession to a people other than you, and you will not harm Him at all. Indeed my Lord is, over all things, Guardian."1
Si on ɗuurnike on huccitii e ko mi addi kon, haray fawaaki lam si wanaa yottingol e mooɗon. Gomɗii non mi yottinanii on kala Alla Nulimmi kon O yamiri- mi yottingol. Hujja on ñiiɓii e mon, aray nde Joomi am halkata on, O adda yimɓe goo ko lontoo on. On lorrirtaa Alla ngol fennugol ɗuurnoo mon mawni fanɗi; tawde ko O yondiniiɗo e jeyaaɓe Makko ɓen. Pellet, Joomi am ko reenuɗo kala huunde, ko Kanko reenata lam e bone mo fewjanton lam on.

وَلَمَّا جَآءَ أَمۡرُنَا نَجَّيۡنَا هُودٗا وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُۥ بِرَحۡمَةٖ مِّنَّا وَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُم مِّنۡ عَذَابٍ غَلِيظٖ ٥٨
And when Our command came, We saved Hūd and those who believed with him, by mercy from Us; and We saved them from a harsh punishment.
Tuma nde yamiroore Amen halkugol ɓe ngol arno, Men hisiniri Huudu e ɓen gomɗimɓe wonnduɓe e makko yurmeende Amen. Men hisini ɓe e lepte tiiɗuɗe ɗe Men leptirnoo yimɓe makko yedduɓe ɓen.
11:59Page 228
وَتِلۡكَ عَادٞۖ جَحَدُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ وَعَصَوۡاْ رُسُلَهُۥ وَٱتَّبَعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيدٖ ٥٩
And that was ʿAad, who rejected the signs of their Lord and disobeyed His messengers and followed the order of every obstinate tyrant.
Ɓen Aadinkooɓe, ɓe yedduno Aayeeje Alla Joomi maɓɓe on, ɓe yeddi Nulaaɗo maɓɓe on Huudu, ɓe ɗoftii yamiroore kala townitaniiɗo goonga, bewɗo mo jaɓataa goonga.
11:60Page 228
وَأُتۡبِعُواْ فِي هَٰذِهِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا لَعۡنَةٗ وَيَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۗ أَلَآ إِنَّ عَادٗا كَفَرُواْ رَبَّهُمۡۗ أَلَا بُعۡدٗا لِّعَادٖ قَوۡمِ هُودٖ ٦٠
And they were [therefore] followed in this world with a curse and [as well] on the Day of Resurrection. Unquestionably, ʿAad denied their Lord; then away with ʿAad, the people of Hūd.
Ɓe jokkintinaa ka nguurndam aduna ɗoo, jaasere e kuddi Alla. Ko wano non Ñalnde Darngal, ko ɓe woɗɗintinoyteeɓe e yurmeende Alla, sabu ko ɓe yeddi Mo kon. Anndee Alla woɗɗintinii ɓe e kala moƴƴere, O ɓaɗnirii ɓe e kala bone.
11:61Page 228
۞ وَإِلَىٰ ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمۡ صَٰلِحٗاۚ قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنۡ إِلَٰهٍ غَيۡرُهُۥۖ هُوَ أَنشَأَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱسۡتَعۡمَرَكُمۡ فِيهَا فَٱسۡتَغۡفِرُوهُ ثُمَّ تُوبُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي قَرِيبٞ مُّجِيبٞ ٦١
And to Thamūd [We sent] their brother Ṣāliḥ. He said, "O my people, worship Allāh; you have no deity other than Him. He has produced you from the earth and settled you in it, so ask forgiveness of Him and then repent to Him. Indeed, my Lord is near and responsive."
Men Nulii kadi e Samuuda'en, musiɗɗo maɓɓe on Saalih, on maaki: Ko onon yo yimɓe am, rewee Alla tun. Reweteeɗo hannduɗo e dewal alanah on ko woori Mo. Ko Kanko woni taguɗo on immorde e mbullaari leydi ndin tagugol ben mon Aadama e mayri, O waɗi on wuurnoo ɓe ndi. Ɗaɓɓiree Mo haforanal, refti tuubiron ka Makko ɗoftagol tertoo geddi. Pellet, Joomi am ko ɓadiiɗo kala laɓɓinanɗo Mo dewal, jaabotooɗo kala toriiɗo Mo.

قَالُواْ يَٰصَٰلِحُ قَدۡ كُنتَ فِينَا مَرۡجُوّٗا قَبۡلَ هَٰذَآۖ أَتَنۡهَىٰنَآ أَن نَّعۡبُدَ مَا يَعۡبُدُ ءَابَآؤُنَا وَإِنَّنَا لَفِي شَكّٖ مِّمَّا تَدۡعُونَآ إِلَيۡهِ مُرِيبٖ ٦٢
They said, "O Ṣāliḥ, you were among us a man of promise before this. Do you forbid us to worship what our fathers worshipped? And indeed we are, about that to which you invite us, in disquieting doubt."
Yimɓe makko ɓen wi'ani mo: Ko an yo Saalihu, gomɗii a woniino hakkunde amen yaakoraaɗo ado nduu noddaandu maa. Hari meɗen sikku maa haqqilɗo laaɓa-reedu diisondirteeɗo. E a haɗay men an Saalih, rewugol ko baabiraaɓe amen rewaynoo? Menen non, men wonii e sikke e kon ko noddataa men e muuɗum fii rewugol Alla tun, ɗum waɗii meɗen tuumire bakugol fenaande e Alla.
11:63Page 229
قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِن كُنتُ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّي وَءَاتَىٰنِي مِنۡهُ رَحۡمَةٗ فَمَن يَنصُرُنِي مِنَ ٱللَّهِ إِنۡ عَصَيۡتُهُۥۖ فَمَا تَزِيدُونَنِي غَيۡرَ تَخۡسِيرٖ ٦٣
He said, "O my people, have you considered: if I should be upon clear evidence from my Lord and He has given me mercy from Himself, who would protect me from Allāh if I disobeyed Him? So you would not increase me except in loss.
Saalihu jaabii yimɓe makko ɓen o maaki: Ko onon yo yimɓe! Yeetee lam si mi woni e hujja ɓannguɗo ɓannguɗo immorde ka Joomi am, O okkii lam yur- meende Annabaaku immorde ka Makko, ko hombo daɗndata lam e lepte Makko ɗen si tawii mi yeddirii Mo ronnkude yottingol ko O Nuli lam kon e mon? On ɓeydatah lam si wanah majjere e woɗɗitagol welu Makko.
11:64Page 229
وَيَٰقَوۡمِ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةُ ٱللَّهِ لَكُمۡ ءَايَةٗۖ فَذَرُوهَا تَأۡكُلۡ فِيٓ أَرۡضِ ٱللَّهِۖ وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوٓءٖ فَيَأۡخُذَكُمۡ عَذَابٞ قَرِيبٞ ٦٤
And O my people, this is the she-camel of Allāh - [she is] to you a sign. So let her feed upon Allāh's earth and do not touch her with harm, or you will be taken by an impending punishment."
Ko onon yo yimɓe am, mbaa ɗoo ko ngelooba Alla maande goongugol am. Accee mba ñaama ka leydi Alla. Wata on memir-mba bone, sakko lepte ɓaɗiide heɓa on fewndo sodoton mba.
11:65Page 229
فَعَقَرُوهَا فَقَالَ تَمَتَّعُواْ فِي دَارِكُمۡ ثَلَٰثَةَ أَيَّامٖۖ ذَٰلِكَ وَعۡدٌ غَيۡرُ مَكۡذُوبٖ ٦٥
But they hamstrung her, so he said, "Enjoy yourselves in your homes for three days. That is a promise not to be denied [i.e., unfailing]."
Ɓe sodi mba ka fantingol fennude. Saalihu maaka-niɓe: Dakmitoree nguurdam ka leyɗe mon yeru balɗe tati gila sodu-ɗon mba, refti lepte Alla ɗen aray e mon. Arugol ɗen lepte ko fodoore nde fenne- taake, si ko woni, ko nde fodoore goonga.

فَلَمَّا جَآءَ أَمۡرُنَا نَجَّيۡنَا صَٰلِحٗا وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُۥ بِرَحۡمَةٖ مِّنَّا وَمِنۡ خِزۡيِ يَوۡمِئِذٍۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ ٱلۡقَوِيُّ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٦٦
So when Our command came, We saved Ṣāliḥ and those who believed with him, by mercy from Us, and [saved them] from the disgrace of that day.1 Indeed, it is your Lord who is the Powerful, the Exalted in Might.
Nde yamiroore Amen halkugol ɓe ngol arunoo, Men daɗndiri Saalihu e ɓen gomɗimɓe wonnduɓe e makko -yurmeende immorde ka Amen-, Men dandi- riɓe koyeera e jaasere nden ñalnde. Pellet, Joomi maa, an Nulaaɗo, ko Kanko woni Doolnuɗo, Fooluɗo Mo fooletaake. Ko ɗum waɗi O halki mofte fennooɓe ɓen.

وَأَخَذَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ ٱلصَّيۡحَةُ فَأَصۡبَحُواْ فِي دِيَٰرِهِمۡ جَٰثِمِينَ ٦٧
And the shriek1 seized those who had wronged, and they became within their homes [corpses] fallen prone
Haacaango tiiɗngo ngon halki Samuuda'en ɓe maayiri tiiɗere maggo. Ɓe waɗtini yanirɓe geece mun, leydi ndin notii e geece maɓɓe.
11:68Page 229
كَأَن لَّمۡ يَغۡنَوۡاْ فِيهَآۗ أَلَآ إِنَّ ثَمُودَاْ كَفَرُواْ رَبَّهُمۡۗ أَلَا بُعۡدٗا لِّثَمُودَ ٦٨
As if they had never prospered therein. Unquestionably, Thamūd denied their Lord; then, away with Thamūd.
A sikkay ɓe meeɗaano ñiiɓude e ndin leydi maɓɓe hiɓe neeminora nguuree e yaajireede. Anndee pellet Samuuda'en yedduno Alla Joomi maɓɓe on, haa jooni ko ɓe woɗɗintinaaɓe e yurmeende Alla.
11:69Page 229
وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَتۡ رُسُلُنَآ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ بِٱلۡبُشۡرَىٰ قَالُواْ سَلَٰمٗاۖ قَالَ سَلَٰمٞۖ فَمَا لَبِثَ أَن جَآءَ بِعِجۡلٍ حَنِيذٖ ٦٩
And certainly did Our messengers [i.e., angels] come to Abraham with good tidings; they said, "Peace." He said, "Peace," and did not delay in bringing [them] a roasted calf.
Gomɗii Malaa'ikaaɓe ɓen ardanii Ibraahiima e mbaadi worɓe, hiɓe wewlinira mo kanko e ɓeyngu makko Ishaaqa refi Yaaquube. Maalaa'ikaaɓe ɓen wi'i: "Kisal e mon". Ibraahiima ruttii jaabii: "Kisal e mon". O yaccii o addani ɓe ngaari juɗaandi fii ko ɓe nafoo, sikkude mo ko ɓe worɓe.
11:70Page 229
فَلَمَّا رَءَآ أَيۡدِيَهُمۡ لَا تَصِلُ إِلَيۡهِ نَكِرَهُمۡ وَأَوۡجَسَ مِنۡهُمۡ خِيفَةٗۚ قَالُواْ لَا تَخَفۡ إِنَّآ أُرۡسِلۡنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوۡمِ لُوطٖ ٧٠
But when he saw their hands not reaching for it, he distrusted them and felt from them apprehension.1 They said, "Fear not. We have been sent to the people of Lot."
Nde Ibraahiima yi'unoo juuɗe maɓɓe ɗen alaa hewtude ngaari ndin, o anndi ɓe ñaamatah ndi, o faytinii ɗum e maɓɓe, o soomi e makko kulol maɓ- ɓe. Nde Malaa'ikaaɓe ɓen yi'unoo o hulii ɓe, ɓe wi'ani mo: Wata a hulu men, ko Alla Nuli men e yimɓe Luuti ɓen fii leptugol ɓe.
11:71Page 229
وَٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ قَآئِمَةٞ فَضَحِكَتۡ فَبَشَّرۡنَٰهَا بِإِسۡحَٰقَ وَمِن وَرَآءِ إِسۡحَٰقَ يَعۡقُوبَ ٧١
And his wife was standing, and she smiled.1 Then We gave her good tidings of Isaac and after Isaac, Jacob.
Tawi suddiiɗo Ibraahiima on "Saarah" hino darii, Men humpiti mo ko welata mo, ɗum woni jibingol Ishaaqa, Ishaaqa kadi jibinoya Yaaquuba. O jali, o weltorii ko o nani kon.
11:72Page 230
قَالَتۡ يَٰوَيۡلَتَىٰٓ ءَأَلِدُ وَأَنَا۠ عَجُوزٞ وَهَٰذَا بَعۡلِي شَيۡخًاۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَشَيۡءٌ عَجِيبٞ ٧٢
She said, "Woe to me!1 Shall I give birth while I am an old woman and this, my husband, is an old man? Indeed, this is an amazing thing!"
Yumma Saarah wi'i -ɓaawo nde Malaa'ika'en welti- nirnoo mo kon ko haawnii-: Ko honno mi jibinirta e hoore ko mi yummiraawo taƴiiɗo ɓiɗɗo, e hino gor-ko am on kadi nawyii? Pellet ngol jibingol biɗɗo e oo fiyaaku, ko huunde haawniinde, wanaa woowaande.

قَالُوٓاْ أَتَعۡجَبِينَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِۖ رَحۡمَتُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَٰتُهُۥ عَلَيۡكُمۡ أَهۡلَ ٱلۡبَيۡتِۚ إِنَّهُۥ حَمِيدٞ مَّجِيدٞ ٧٣
They said, "Are you amazed at the decree of Allāh? May the mercy of Allāh and His blessings be upon you, people of the house. Indeed, He is Praiseworthy and Honorable."
Malaai'ka'en wi'ani Saarah ɓaawo nde o haawnii welo-welo ngon: E a haawete muyɗe Alla e kattal Makko ngal? Sugu maa hulanaaka nde hooloto wonnde Alla ko hattanɗo sugu ɗum. Yurmeende Alla e barkiiji Makko ɗin wonii e mon, onon yimɓe suudu Ibraahiima ɓen. Pellet Alla ko Yettiniiɗo e sifaaji Makko e golle Makko, Jom- Teddungal toowungal.

فَلَمَّا ذَهَبَ عَنۡ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ ٱلرَّوۡعُ وَجَآءَتۡهُ ٱلۡبُشۡرَىٰ يُجَٰدِلُنَا فِي قَوۡمِ لُوطٍ ٧٤
And when the fright had left Abraham and the good tidings had reached him, he began to argue [i.e., plead] with Us1 concerning the people of Lot.
Nde kulol hoɓɓe ɓen iwunoo e Annabi Ibraahiima, ɓaawo nde o anndude ɓe ñaamatah ko ɓe Malaaka enwelo-welo jibingol Ishaaqa refti Yaaquuba ngol ari e makko, o wattini himo wennjida e Nulaaɓe Amen ɓen fii yimɓe Luuti ɓen, fii no ɓe tonngiranee lepte ɗen, belajo'o ɓe daɗnda Luuti e yimɓe makko ɓen.

إِنَّ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ لَحَلِيمٌ أَوَّٰهٞ مُّنِيبٞ ٧٥
Indeed, Abraham was forbearing, grieving1 and [frequently] returning [to Allāh].
Pellet, Ibraahiima ko muññiiɗo, yiɗuɗo nennude lebte, ɗuuɗuɗo yankinangol Joomi mun, ɗuuɗuɗo du'agol, tuubanoowo Mo.

يَٰٓإِبۡرَٰهِيمُ أَعۡرِضۡ عَنۡ هَٰذَآۖ إِنَّهُۥ قَدۡ جَآءَ أَمۡرُ رَبِّكَۖ وَإِنَّهُمۡ ءَاتِيهِمۡ عَذَابٌ غَيۡرُ مَرۡدُودٖ ٧٦
[The angels said], "O Abraham, give up this [plea]. Indeed, the command of your Lord has come, and indeed, there will reach them a punishment that cannot be repelled."
Makaai'kaaɓe ɓen wi'i: Ko an yo Ibraahiima, ɗuurno e ngol wennjondirgol fii yimɓe Luuti ɓen. Gomɗii yamiroore Joomi maa nden e liɓugol lepte ɗen e maɓɓe arii, e pellet, yimɓe Luuti ɓen, lepte mawɗe aray e maɓɓe, wennjugol maa du'agol ruttatah ɗe.

وَلَمَّا جَآءَتۡ رُسُلُنَا لُوطٗا سِيٓءَ بِهِمۡ وَضَاقَ بِهِمۡ ذَرۡعٗا وَقَالَ هَٰذَا يَوۡمٌ عَصِيبٞ ٧٧
And when Our messengers, [the angels], came to Lot, he was anguished for them and felt for them great discomfort1 and said, "This is a trying day."
Nde Malaa'ikaaɓe ɓen arunoo ka Luuti e mbaadi worɓe, ardu maɓɓe ndun sunini mo, o ɓiɗtori fon-ndo makko ngon hulangol yimɓe makko yanayɓe e worɓe ɓen itta tuuyo acca ɗon rewɓe ɓen, o maaki: Ndee ɗoo ko ñalaande saɗtunde, sikkugol mo ɓe foolay mo e hoɓɓe makko ɓen.
