تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡعَلِيمِ ٢
The revelation of the Book [i.e., the Qur’ān] is from Allāh, the Exalted in Might, the Knowing,
Jippinde Quraana ummaade e Alla Tedduɗo O hay gooto foolataa Mbo gannduɗo maslahaaji jiyaaɓe Makko e dow Nelaaɗo Makko.

غَافِرِ ٱلذَّنۢبِ وَقَابِلِ ٱلتَّوۡبِ شَدِيدِ ٱلۡعِقَابِ ذِي ٱلطَّوۡلِۖ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ إِلَيۡهِ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ ٣
The forgiver of sin, acceptor of repentance, severe in punishment, owner of abundance. There is no deity except Him; to Him is the destination.
Haforoowo junubaaji ɗin, Jaɓanoowo kala tuubuɗo e jeyaaɓe Makko ɓen, Saɗtuɗo leptugol saliiɗo tuubannde Mo, Jom neema yaajuɗo. Reweteeɗo e goonga alaa, si wanaa Kanko tun, ko ka Makko woni ruttorde nden, Ñalnde Darngal. O yoɓa ɓe, ko ɓe hanndi kon.

مَا يُجَٰدِلُ فِيٓ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَلَا يَغۡرُرۡكَ تَقَلُّبُهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ ٤
No one disputes concerning the signs of Allāh except those who disbelieve, so be not deceived by their [uninhibited] movement throughout the land.
Alaa ko wennjata e Aayeeje Allah ɓannginɗe tawhiidi e goonga Nulaaɓe ɓen, si wanaa yedduɓe Allah ɓen, sabu jiiɓagol haqille maɓɓe. Wata a sunor hoditoraa, ko ɓe woni dillirde jawle e neemaaji. Ko ɓe nennitiranaa, ko hebilangol ɓe fewjana ɓe.

كَذَّبَتۡ قَبۡلَهُمۡ قَوۡمُ نُوحٖ وَٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡۖ وَهَمَّتۡ كُلُّ أُمَّةِۭ بِرَسُولِهِمۡ لِيَأۡخُذُوهُۖ وَجَٰدَلُواْ بِٱلۡبَٰطِلِ لِيُدۡحِضُواْ بِهِ ٱلۡحَقَّ فَأَخَذۡتُهُمۡۖ فَكَيۡفَ كَانَ عِقَابِ ٥
The people of Noah denied before them and the [disbelieving] factions after them, and every nation intended [a plot] for their messenger to seize him, and they disputed by [using] falsehood to [attempt to] invalidate thereby the truth. So I seized them, and how [terrible] was My penalty.
Ado ɓee ɗoo, hari yimɓe Nuuhu ɓen fenniino Nulaaɓe mun, feddeeji ɗin ɓaawo maɓɓe kadi fenni Aadi, e Samuuda, e yimɓe Luutu ɓen, e wonndiiɓe Madyana ɓen e Fir'awna'en fow. Mofte kala e ɓen ɗon, himmiri nanngugol Nulaaɗo mun on, fii warugol mo. Ɓe wennjiri meere maɓɓe, fii bonnitirgol nde goonga kan. Kono Mi nanngi ɓe. Tesko no nanngal Am waɗtinirnoo e maɓɓe. Ɗum ko lepte saɗtuɗe wonunoo.

وَكَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَنَّهُمۡ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ ٦
And thus has the word [i.e., decree] of your Lord come into effect upon those who disbelieved that they are companions of the Fire.
Ko wano Allah ñaawiri non fii halkugol ɗen mofte fennunooɓe Nulaaɓe mun, Konngol Joomi maa ngol, an Nulaaɗo, jojjiri e yedduɓe ɓen: wonnde pellet, ko ɓe yimɓe Yiite.

ٱلَّذِينَ يَحۡمِلُونَ ٱلۡعَرۡشَ وَمَنۡ حَوۡلَهُۥ يُسَبِّحُونَ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّهِمۡ وَيُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦ وَيَسۡتَغۡفِرُونَ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْۖ رَبَّنَا وَسِعۡتَ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖ رَّحۡمَةٗ وَعِلۡمٗا فَٱغۡفِرۡ لِلَّذِينَ تَابُواْ وَٱتَّبَعُواْ سَبِيلَكَ وَقِهِمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ ٧
Those [angels] who carry the Throne and those around it exalt [Allāh] with praise of their Lord and believe in Him and ask forgiveness for those who have believed, [saying], "Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire.
Malaa'ikaaɓe ronndiiɓe Arsi Joomi maa kin, an Nulaaɗo, e ɓeya wonɓe sera makki, hiɓe laɓɓina Joomi maɓɓe, e kon ko hanndaa e Makko, ɓe gomɗina Mo, ɓe ɗaɓɓira Mo, haforangol gomɗimɓe Allah ɓen, ɓe wi'a: Joomi amen, ganndal Maa ngal e yurmeende Maa nden, yaajanii kala huunde. Yawtan tuubuɓe ɓen, junuubi maɓɓe ɗin, ɓen jokkuɓe diina Maa kan, daɗndaa ɓe kadi, Yiite ngen.

رَبَّنَا وَأَدۡخِلۡهُمۡ جَنَّٰتِ عَدۡنٍ ٱلَّتِي وَعَدتَّهُمۡ وَمَن صَلَحَ مِنۡ ءَابَآئِهِمۡ وَأَزۡوَٰجِهِمۡ وَذُرِّيَّٰتِهِمۡۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٨
Our Lord, and admit them to gardens of perpetual residence which You have promised them and whoever was righteous among their forefathers, their spouses and their offspring. Indeed, it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
Mala'ika'en wi'a kadi: Joomi amen, naadu gomɗimɓe ɓen ka Aljannaaji ñiiɓal, ɗin ɗi foduɗaa ɓe, waɗtidaaɓe e kala moƴƴinnoɗo golle, immorde e baabiraaɓe maɓɓe, e genndiraaɓe maɓɓe, e ɓiɗɓe maɓɓe. Pellet, ko An woni Fooluɗo Mo gooto foolataa, Ñeeñuɗo e eɓɓoore e toppitannde Mun.

وَقِهِمُ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِۚ وَمَن تَقِ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ يَوۡمَئِذٖ فَقَدۡ رَحِمۡتَهُۥۚ وَذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ ٩
And protect them from the evil consequences [of their deeds]. And he whom You protect from evil consequences that Day - You will have given him mercy. And that is the great attainment."
Daɗndaa ɓe golle maɓɓe bonɗe ɗen, hara A nanngitiraali ɓe ɗen. Kala non daɗnduɗaa ɗum Ñalnde Darngal, haray A yuminii mo. Ko ɗum woni malal mawnungal ngal sugu mun alaa.

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُنَادَوۡنَ لَمَقۡتُ ٱللَّهِ أَكۡبَرُ مِن مَّقۡتِكُمۡ أَنفُسَكُمۡ إِذۡ تُدۡعَوۡنَ إِلَى ٱلۡإِيمَٰنِ فَتَكۡفُرُونَ ١٠
Indeed, those who disbelieve will be addressed, "The hatred of Allāh for you was [even] greater than your hatred of yourselves [this Day in Hell] when you were invited to faith, but you disbelieved [i.e., refused]."
Yedduɓe e Nulaaɗo Makko on, noddoyte Ñalnde Darngal, tuma ɓe naadaa ka Yiite, ɓe tikkana ko'e maɓɓe, haa ɓe feññina ɗum, wonnde: ko tikkere Allah nden, ɓuri mawnude e dii ko tikkanɗon ko'e mon kon, tuma noddetenoɗon aduna, e fii gomɗingol Allah, yeddon Mo, kafidon Mo e reweteeɗi goo.

قَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ أَمَتَّنَا ٱثۡنَتَيۡنِ وَأَحۡيَيۡتَنَا ٱثۡنَتَيۡنِ فَٱعۡتَرَفۡنَا بِذُنُوبِنَا فَهَلۡ إِلَىٰ خُرُوجٖ مِّن سَبِيلٖ ١١
They will say, "Our Lord, You made us lifeless twice and gave us life twice, and we have confessed our sins. So is there to an exit any way?"
Yedduɓ ɓen qirritoo junuubi maɓɓe ɗin, ka qirritagol tuuba nafataa, ɓe wi'a: joomi amen, A warii men laawi ɗiɗi, tawde men woodanooko, taguɗaa Men, refti waruɗaa men ɓaawo ɗum. Wuurnituɗaa men kadi laawi ɗiɗi, ka tawnoo men woodanooka, e ka wuurnituɗaa men ɗon ummital. Haray men qirrike junuubi ɗi men faggitii ɗin. Taw si laawol no woodi, ka men yaltira e ngee Yiite, men yiltitoo aduna, fii moƴƴingol golle amen, jaɓanaa men ɗe?

ذَٰلِكُم بِأَنَّهُۥٓ إِذَا دُعِيَ ٱللَّهُ وَحۡدَهُۥ كَفَرۡتُمۡ وَإِن يُشۡرَكۡ بِهِۦ تُؤۡمِنُواْۚ فَٱلۡحُكۡمُ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡعَلِيِّ ٱلۡكَبِيرِ ١٢
[They will be told], "That is because, when Allāh was called upon alone, you disbelieved; but if others were associated with Him, you believed. So the judgement is with Allāh, the Most High, the Grand."
Ɗen lepte ɗe leptiraɗon, ko sabu tawde si Allah tun noddanooma, hara O sirkanaaka, on yeddayno ɗum, waɗanon Mo kafidiiɗi; si tawii non O kafidaama, gomɗinon. Awa ñaawoore nden, ko Kanko tun heeranii, On Toowuɗo e Jaati Mun e Kattal Mun, Mawnuɗo e hoore kala huunde.

هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُرِيكُمۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَيُنَزِّلُ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ رِزۡقٗاۚ وَمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ إِلَّا مَن يُنِيبُ ١٣
It is He who shows you His signs and sends down to you from the sky, provision. But none will remember except he who turns back [in repentance].
Ko Allah tun woni holliroowo on maandeeji Makko ɗin, ka tatteeri(jookli) e ka wonkiiji, ko ɓannginana on, Kattal e Gootaagu Makko. O jippinirana on toɓo ka kammu, fii ko arsikireɗon, immorde e puɗi e remuruuji ewk. Alaa non waajitoroowo maandeeji Allah ɗin, si wanaa tuuboowo laɓɓina, ruttoo e Makko on.

فَٱدۡعُواْ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ وَلَوۡ كَرِهَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ ١٤
So invoke Allāh, [being] sincere to Him in religion, although the disbelievers dislike it.
Onon ɓee gomɗimɓe, rewiree Allah, laɓɓinirangol Mo dewal e toraare, hara on kafidaali Mo e goɗɗum, hay si tawii ɗum welataa heeferɓe ɓen.
40:15Page 468
رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ ذُو ٱلۡعَرۡشِ يُلۡقِي ٱلرُّوحَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوۡمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ ١٥
[He is] the Exalted above [all] degrees, Owner of the Throne; He places the inspiration of His command [i.e., revelation] upon whom He wills of His servants to warn of the Day of Meeting.
Ko Kanko hanndi heertinaneede toraare e ɗoftaare, tawde ko O Jom darjaaji toowuɗi ɓanngi e kala tagu Makko ngun, Jeyɗo Arsi mawɗo on. Himo jippinira wahayu on, e mo o muuyani e jeyaaɓe Makko ɓen, no pittaali maɓɓe wuurira, ɓe wuurniira ɗum woɗɓe goo, e fii yo jertinir yimɓe ɓen, Ñalnde Darngal, nde aramɓe e sakkitiiɓe hawroyta.

يَوۡمَ هُم بَٰرِزُونَۖ لَا يَخۡفَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مِنۡهُمۡ شَيۡءٞۚ لِّمَنِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَۖ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡوَٰحِدِ ٱلۡقَهَّارِ ١٦
The Day they come forth nothing concerning them will be concealed from Allāh. To whom belongs [all] sovereignty this Day? To Allāh, the One, the Prevailing.1
Ñalnde ɓe feeñoyta nden, hara hiɓe mooɓondiri e nokku gooto. Huunde suuɗotaako Allah, e fii maɓɓe, wanaa kamɓe, wanaa golle maɓɓe ɗen, wanaa kadi njoɓdi maɓɓe ndin.
40:17Page 469
ٱلۡيَوۡمَ تُجۡزَىٰ كُلُّ نَفۡسِۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتۡۚ لَا ظُلۡمَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِيعُ ٱلۡحِسَابِ ١٧
This Day every soul will be recompensed for what it earned. No injustice today! Indeed, Allāh is swift in account.
Hannde, wonkii kala yoɓete ko feggitii e golle: woni moƴƴere maa bone. Tooñe woo alaa hannde, tawde ko Allah ñaawata, pellet, Allah ko yaawuɗo hasboore jeyaaɓe Makko ɓen, tawde Himo huɓindii fii maɓɓe.
40:18Page 469
وَأَنذِرۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡأٓزِفَةِ إِذِ ٱلۡقُلُوبُ لَدَى ٱلۡحَنَاجِرِ كَٰظِمِينَۚ مَا لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ مِنۡ حَمِيمٖ وَلَا شَفِيعٖ يُطَاعُ ١٨
And warn them, [O Muḥammad], of the Approaching Day, when hearts are at the throats, filled [with distress]. For the wrongdoers there will be no devoted friend and no intercessor [who is] obeyed.
Jertinirɓe an Nulaaɗo, Ñalaande Darngal nden, ɓadiinde, hewtunde. Tawde ko ɓadii fow, ko ko hewti. Nde ñalnde, hakkee ko ɓerɗe ɗen ngoƴata, ɗe ƴawtiray ka konondol, hara ɓe waawataa haalude, si wanaa mo Allah duŋanii e maɓɓe. Tooñirnooɓe sirku e geddi ɓen non, ɓe heɓoytaa giɗo maa musiɗɗo, wanaa kadi tefoowo jaɓanteeɗo, si ɓe aru heɓude on.

يَعۡلَمُ خَآئِنَةَ ٱلۡأَعۡيُنِ وَمَا تُخۡفِي ٱلصُّدُورُ ١٩
He knows that which deceives the eyes and what the breasts conceal.
Allah no anndi ko gite ɗen janforta e ndaarɗe, e ko ɓerɗe ɗen suuɗata. Huunde e mun wirnaaki Mo.
40:20Page 469
وَٱللَّهُ يَقۡضِي بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦ لَا يَقۡضُونَ بِشَيۡءٍۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡبَصِيرُ ٢٠
And Allāh judges with truth, while those they invoke1 besides Him judge not with anything. Indeed, Allāh - He is the Hearing, the Seeing.
Allah ko nunɗal ñaawirta, O tooñirtah goɗɗo ɗuytangol mo moƴƴi maa ɓeydangol mo bonɗi. Ɗin ɗi sirkooɓe ɓen rewata ko wanaa Allah, hay huunde ɗi ñaawataa, tawde ɗi jeyaa huunde. Pellet, ko Allah woni Nanoowo haala jeyaaɓe Mun, Yi'oowo annuyeeji e kuuɗe maɓɓe. O yoɓitoya ɓe ɗum.

۞ أَوَلَمۡ يَسِيرُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَيَنظُرُواْ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَانُواْ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ كَانُواْ هُمۡ أَشَدَّ مِنۡهُمۡ قُوَّةٗ وَءَاثَارٗا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمۡ وَمَا كَانَ لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَاقٖ ٢١
Have they not traveled through the land and observed how was the end of those who were before them? They were greater than them in strength and in impression on the land, but Allāh seized them for their sins. And they had not from Allāh any protector.
Hara ɓee sirkooɓe yiilaaki ka leydi, ɓe taskoo no mofte fennunooɓe ado maɓɓe ɓen wa'unoo? Ko battane bonɗe wonunoo. Hara le ɓeen no ɓurnoo ɓe tiiɗude ɓe doole e batteeji accaaɗi ka leydi, wano kubeeje ɗe ɓee ronki battinorde. Kono Allah halkitirno ɓe junuubi maɓɓe ɗin, ɓe heɓaano daɗndoowo ɓe e lepte Allah ɗen.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ كَانَت تَّأۡتِيهِمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَكَفَرُواْ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ قَوِيّٞ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ ٢٢
That was because their messengers were coming to them with clear proofs, but they disbelieved, so Allāh seized them. Indeed, He is Powerful and severe in punishment.
Ko waɗi kon ɓe leptaa, ko tawde Nulaaɓe maɓɓe ɓen addanayno ɓe hujjaaji ɓannguɗi, immorde ka Allah, ɓe yedda Allah, ɓe fenna Nulaaɓe Makko ɓen. E ko ɓe doolnunoo kon fow, Allah naangiri ɓe lepte, O halki fii maɓɓe, tawde pellet, ko O Doolnuɗo, Saɗtuɗo leptugol yedduɗo Mo, fenni Nulaaɓe Makko ɓen.

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٍ ٢٣
And We did certainly send Moses with Our signs and a clear authority1
Gomɗii Men nulirii Muusaa, Aayeeje Amen bannguɗe ɗen, e hujja ɓannguɗo.
40:24Page 469
إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَهَٰمَٰنَ وَقَٰرُونَ فَقَالُواْ سَٰحِرٞ كَذَّابٞ ٢٤
To Pharaoh, Hāmān and Qārūn, but they said, "[He is] a magician and a liar."
Men nuli mo haa e Fir'awna, e jaagoraaɗo makko on Haamaana, e Qaaruuna. Kono ɓe wi'i: Muusaa, ko mbileejo, ɗuuɗuɗo fenaande, e wi'ugol ko o Nulaaɗo.
40:25Page 469
فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ مِنۡ عِندِنَا قَالُواْ ٱقۡتُلُوٓاْ أَبۡنَآءَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُۥ وَٱسۡتَحۡيُواْ نِسَآءَهُمۡۚ وَمَا كَيۡدُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَٰلٖ ٢٥
And when he brought them the truth from Us, they said, "Kill the sons of those who have believed with him and keep their women alive." But the plan of the disbelievers is not except in error.
Nde Muusaa addannooɓe hujjaaji ɓannginɗo goonga makko kan, Fir'awna wi'i:waree ɓiɗɓe gomɗimdimɓe ɓen e makko, heddon rewɓe maɓɓe ɓen, hoynugol ɓe. Kono ko heeferɓe ɓen fewjirta ɗuytugol limoore gomɗimɓe ɓen wonaali, si wanaa mulata yaha, hara batte alanaa ɗum.

وَقَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ ذَرُونِيٓ أَقۡتُلۡ مُوسَىٰ وَلۡيَدۡعُ رَبَّهُۥٓۖ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُبَدِّلَ دِينَكُمۡ أَوۡ أَن يُظۡهِرَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ٱلۡفَسَادَ ٢٦
And Pharaoh said, "Let me kill Moses and let him call upon his Lord. Indeed, I fear that he will change your religion or that he will cause corruption1 in the land."
Fir'awana wi'i: Accee mi wara Muusaa, fii yaggingol mo, e no o noddira Joomi makko, fii haɗugol lam ɗum. Min mi haajaaka e ɗum. Mi hulu wata o waylu diina mon kan, maa o feññina bonnere ka leydi, woni warugol e bonnital.
40:27Page 470
وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنِّي عُذۡتُ بِرَبِّي وَرَبِّكُم مِّن كُلِّ مُتَكَبِّرٖ لَّا يُؤۡمِنُ بِيَوۡمِ ٱلۡحِسَابِ ٢٧
But Moses said, "Indeed, I have sought refuge in my Lord and your Lord from every arrogant one who does not believe in the Day of Account."
Nde Fir'awna gaynunoo kammbude, Annabai Muusaa maakani mo: Mi moolorii daɗndiragol Jeyɗo lam On, jeyi on, e bone mawnintinaniiɗo goonga e gomɗinal, mo gomɗinaa Ñalnde Darngal, e hasboore e lepte ko woni ton.

وَقَالَ رَجُلٞ مُّؤۡمِنٞ مِّنۡ ءَالِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ يَكۡتُمُ إِيمَٰنَهُۥٓ أَتَقۡتُلُونَ رَجُلًا أَن يَقُولَ رَبِّيَ ٱللَّهُ وَقَدۡ جَآءَكُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ مِن رَّبِّكُمۡۖ وَإِن يَكُ كَٰذِبٗا فَعَلَيۡهِ كَذِبُهُۥۖ وَإِن يَكُ صَادِقٗا يُصِبۡكُم بَعۡضُ ٱلَّذِي يَعِدُكُمۡۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي مَنۡ هُوَ مُسۡرِفٞ كَذَّابٞ ٢٨
And a believing man from the family of Pharaoh who concealed his faith said, "Do you kill a man [merely] because he says, 'My Lord is Allāh' while he has brought you clear proofs from your Lord? And if he should be lying, then upon him is [the consequence of] his lie; but if he should be truthful, there will strike you some of what he promises you. Indeed, Allāh does not guide one who is a transgressor and a liar.
Gorko goo, gomɗinɗo Allah, jeyaaɗo e yimɓe fir'awna ɓen, suuɗunooɗo yimɓe mun, gomɗinal makko ngal, saliiɗo fellitgol maɓɓe warugol Muusa ngol, o wi'i: E on waray gorko mo bonnaa, si wanaa fii o wi'i: Ko Allah woni Joomi am? Hara le o addanii on hujjaaji e ɓannganduyeeji, sembinayɗi goonga makko kan, wiide ko O nulaaɗo Joomi makko? Si tawii ko o fenuɗo, haray lorra fenaande makko nden, ko e makko yantata; si tawii non ko goonguɗo, haray yoga e ko o kammbirani on kon e lepte aduna ɗen, heɓay on. Pellet, Allah fewanataa e goonga, on tawɗo no yawti keeri Allah ɗin, fefindii fenaande, baki e Makko, Kanko e Nulaaɓe Makko ɓen.

يَٰقَوۡمِ لَكُمُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ ظَٰهِرِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَمَن يَنصُرُنَا مِنۢ بَأۡسِ ٱللَّهِ إِن جَآءَنَاۚ قَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ مَآ أُرِيكُمۡ إِلَّا مَآ أَرَىٰ وَمَآ أَهۡدِيكُمۡ إِلَّا سَبِيلَ ٱلرَّشَادِ ٢٩
O my people, sovereignty is yours today, [your being] dominant in the land. But who would protect us from the punishment of Allāh if it came to us?" Pharaoh said, "I do not show you except what I see, and I do not guide you except to the way of right conduct."
Ko onon yo yimɓe am, laamu no woodani on hanndi, hiɗon fooli e leydi Misra ndin. Kono ko hommbo daɗndata en, e lepte Allah ɗen, si ɗe arii e men, tuma waruɗen Muusaa? Fir'awna wi'i: Ko feere am nde mi ñaawi nden, jokketee. Mi yi'ii feere warugol Muusaa, fii haɗugol bone e bonnere. Mi tinndintaa on, si wanaa sawaaba.
40:30Page 470
وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِيٓ ءَامَنَ يَٰقَوۡمِ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُم مِّثۡلَ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابِ ٣٠
And he who believed said, "O my people, indeed I fear for you [a fate] like the day of the companies1 -
Gomɗinɗo on laaɓani reedu, o wi'itani yimɓe makko ɓen: min on miɗo hulani on - si tawii on arii Muusaa e hoore tooñe e jaggitere - lepte, sugu lepte yimɓe feddeeji ɓen, haɓunooɓe Nulaaɓe mun adinooɓe, Allah halki ɓe.
40:31Page 470
مِثۡلَ دَأۡبِ قَوۡمِ نُوحٖ وَعَادٖ وَثَمُودَ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡۚ وَمَا ٱللَّهُ يُرِيدُ ظُلۡمٗا لِّلۡعِبَادِ ٣١
Like the custom of the people of Noah and of ʿAad and Thamūd and those after them. And Allāh wants no injustice for [His] servants.
Wano mbowka yeddaynooɓe fenna Nulaaɓe ɓen, sugu yimɓe Nuuhu ɓen, e Aadi'en, e Samuuda'en, e arunooɓe ɓaawo maɓɓe ɓen. Allah halkirno ɓe, yeddugol maɓɓe fenna Nulaaɓe ɓen. Allah non faandanaaki jeyaaɓe ɓen, tooñe. Ko junuubi maɓɓe, O leptirta ɓe, njoɓdi hawrondindi e golle maɓɓe ɗen.
40:32Page 470
وَيَٰقَوۡمِ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلتَّنَادِ ٣٢
And O my people, indeed I fear for you the Day of Calling1 -
Ko onon yo yimɓe am, min miɗo hulani on, Ñalnde Darngal: nden Ñalaande, nde yimɓe ɓen noddindiroyta, sabu ɓadandiral maa jaahu, sikkugol ɓe ɗum nafay nden Ñalnde hulɓiniinde.
40:33Page 470
يَوۡمَ تُوَلُّونَ مُدۡبِرِينَ مَا لَكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مِنۡ عَاصِمٖۗ وَمَن يُضۡلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِنۡ هَادٖ ٣٣
The Day you will turn your backs fleeing; there is not for you from Allāh any protector. And whoever Allāh sends astray - there is not for him any guide.
Ñalnde huccitiroyton, dugugol, sabu kulol Yiite ngen, hara daɗndoowo on e lepte Allah ɗen, alanaa on nden Ñalnde. Kala mo Allah hoyfii fii mun, O ɗawi mo gomɗingol, haray fewoowo mo alaa. Tawde ko Allah tun fewnata.
40:34Page 471
وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَكُمۡ يُوسُفُ مِن قَبۡلُ بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَمَا زِلۡتُمۡ فِي شَكّٖ مِّمَّا جَآءَكُم بِهِۦۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا هَلَكَ قُلۡتُمۡ لَن يَبۡعَثَ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ رَسُولٗاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَنۡ هُوَ مُسۡرِفٞ مُّرۡتَابٌ ٣٤
And Joseph had already come to you before with clear proofs, but you remained in doubt of that which he brought to you, until when he died, you said, 'Never will Allāh send a messenger after him.' Thus does Allāh leave astray he who is a transgressor and skeptic."
Gomɗii Yuusufu ardaniino on ko adii, e hujjaaji ɓannginɗi wootinɗingol Allah, kono on seeraano e sikkitagol fenna, kon ko o addani on. Haa nde o faatinoo, ɓeyduɗon sikkitagol, wi'uɗon. Allah nultataa Nulaaɗo goo, ɓaawo makko. Ko wano majjirɗon nii e goonga kan, Allah majjinirta kala yawtoowo keeri Allah ɗin, sikkitiiɗo e gootaaku Makko.
40:35Page 471
ٱلَّذِينَ يُجَٰدِلُونَ فِيٓ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ بِغَيۡرِ سُلۡطَٰنٍ أَتَىٰهُمۡۖ كَبُرَ مَقۡتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَعِندَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يَطۡبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ قَلۡبِ مُتَكَبِّرٖ جَبَّارٖ ٣٥
Those who dispute concerning the signs of Allāh without an authority1 having come to them - great is hatred [of them] in the sight of Allāh and in the sight of those who have believed. Thus does Allāh seal over every heart [belonging to] an arrogant tyrant.
Ɓen wenjirooɓe Aayeeje Allah ɗen, fii bonnitirgol ɗe ko aldaa e hujja arɗo ɓe, kuuɗe maɓɓe ɗen mawnii tikkere mun ka Allah, e ka gomɗimɓe Mo gomɗini Nulaaɓe Makko ɓen. Ko wano Allah notiri non e ɓerɗe ɓee wenjooɓe ɗoo ɓen, O notirta e ɓernde kala mawnintinaniiɗo goonga, dundarankeejo feewnetaake e peewal maa e jam.
40:36Page 471
وَقَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ يَٰهَٰمَٰنُ ٱبۡنِ لِي صَرۡحٗا لَّعَلِّيٓ أَبۡلُغُ ٱلۡأَسۡبَٰبَ ٣٦
And Pharaoh said, "O Hāmān, construct for me a tower that I might reach the ways1 -
Fir'awna wi'ani jaagoraaɗo makko on Haaamaana: Ko an yo Haamaana, mahanam soorooru toowundu, no gasa ka mi yottoo ɗate ɗen.
40:37Page 471
أَسۡبَٰبَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ فَأَطَّلِعَ إِلَىٰٓ إِلَٰهِ مُوسَىٰ وَإِنِّي لَأَظُنُّهُۥ كَٰذِبٗاۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِفِرۡعَوۡنَ سُوٓءُ عَمَلِهِۦ وَصُدَّ عَنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِۚ وَمَا كَيۡدُ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِلَّا فِي تَبَابٖ ٣٧
The ways into the heavens - so that I may look at the deity of Moses; but indeed, I think he is a liar." And thus was made attractive to Pharaoh the evil of his deed, and he was averted from the [right] way. And the plan of Pharaoh was not except in ruin.
Fii no mi yottora e laawi ƴawruɗi ɗin ka kammuuli, mi ƴeewa Reweteeɗo Muusaa, On mo o aaƴii wiide On ko Reweteeɗo e goonga, sabu miɗo sikki ko o fenoowo. Ko wano non Fir'awna cuɗiranaa, kuuɗe makko bonɗe ɗen, no de ɗaɓɓiraynoo Haamaana, waɗugol ɗum; o sakkaa e laawol goonga ngol, o heddii e laawol majjere ngol. Feere Fir'awna nden non - e fii feññingol meere makko nden, bonnita goonga Muusaa kan - wonaali, si wanaa e hayrere, tawde ko nimse e sooyugol ko sakkitori, e makiseede poomaa.
40:38Page 471
وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِيٓ ءَامَنَ يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱتَّبِعُونِ أَهۡدِكُمۡ سَبِيلَ ٱلرَّشَادِ ٣٨
And he who believed said, "O my people, follow me; I will guide you to the way of right conduct.
Gorko gomɗinɗo, jeyaaɗo e yimɓe Fir'awna ɓen, woni e laaɓangol reedu, o wi'i: Ko onon yo yimɓe am, jokkee lam, mi tinndina on, laawol sawaaba e peewal ngol.
40:39Page 471
يَٰقَوۡمِ إِنَّمَا هَٰذِهِ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا مَتَٰعٞ وَإِنَّ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةَ هِيَ دَارُ ٱلۡقَرَارِ ٣٩
O my people, this worldly life is only [temporary] enjoyment, and indeed, the Hereafter - that is the home of [permanent] settlement.
Ko onon yo yimɓe am, anndee ɗam nguurndam aduna, ko dakamme daƴondirayɗo, wata ɗum hodu on. Anndon ko laakara on, e neemaaji makko duumotooɗi ɗin, woni galle ñiiɓal ɗen. Golliranee ɗen ɗon, ɗoftagol Allah, rentoo e soklirgol nguurndam mon aduna, yejjiton gollangol laakara.
40:40Page 471
مَنۡ عَمِلَ سَيِّئَةٗ فَلَا يُجۡزَىٰٓ إِلَّا مِثۡلَهَاۖ وَمَنۡ عَمِلَ صَٰلِحٗا مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوۡ أُنثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤۡمِنٞ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ يَدۡخُلُونَ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ يُرۡزَقُونَ فِيهَا بِغَيۡرِ حِسَابٖ ٤٠
Whoever does an evil deed will not be recompensed except by the like thereof; but whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - those will enter Paradise, being given provision therein without account.
Mo gollii ko boni, o yoɓitetaake, si wanaa yeru ɗum, o ɓeydantaake lepte e mun; kala kadi golluɗo ko moƴƴi, hara ko fii Allah, woni gorko maa debbo, hara ko gomɗinɗo Allah e Nulaaɗo Makko on, ɓen ɗon e sifaaji maɓɓe yettiniiɗi ɗin, ɓe naatoyay Aljanaa, Ñalnde Darngal, ɓe arsikoyee ton: kon ko Allah fodunooɓe e dimɗe, e neemaaji duumiiɗi, ɗi taƴondirtaa, ko aldaa e limoore.
40:41Page 472
۞ وَيَٰقَوۡمِ مَا لِيٓ أَدۡعُوكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلنَّجَوٰةِ وَتَدۡعُونَنِيٓ إِلَى ٱلنَّارِ ٤١
And O my people, how is it that I invite you to salvation while you invite me to the Fire?
Ko onon yo yimɓe am, ko waɗi si miɗo nodda on e daɗirgol hayrude aduna e laakara, gomɗinde Allah, golla ko moƴƴi, onon, hiɗon noddira lam naatugol Yiite, ɗaɓɓirgol lam, yeddugol Allah?
40:42Page 472
تَدۡعُونَنِي لِأَكۡفُرَ بِٱللَّهِ وَأُشۡرِكَ بِهِۦ مَا لَيۡسَ لِي بِهِۦ عِلۡمٞ وَأَنَا۠ أَدۡعُوكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡغَفَّٰرِ ٤٢
You invite me to disbelieve in Allāh and associate with Him that of which I have no knowledge, and I invite you to the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver.1
Hiɗon noddira lam e meere mon nden, jortagol no mi yeddira Allah, mi kafida Mo e goɗɗum goo, ko mi alanaa ɗum ganndal, hara non, min miɗo noddude on e gomɗingol Allah, Fooluɗo Mo gooto foolataa, Surroowo bakkaatu, Mawnuɗo haforangol jeyaaɓe Makko ɓen.
40:43Page 472
لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّمَا تَدۡعُونَنِيٓ إِلَيۡهِ لَيۡسَ لَهُۥ دَعۡوَةٞ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَلَا فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَأَنَّ مَرَدَّنَآ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَأَنَّ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ هُمۡ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ ٤٣
Assuredly, that to which you invite me has no [response to a] supplication in this world or in the Hereafter; and indeed, our return is to Allāh, and indeed, the transgressors will be companions of the Fire.
Tigi on, ko noddoton lam e mun kon, gomɗingol ɗoftoo, noddaandu goonga woo alanaa ɗum aduna, wanaa laakara, gooto kadi noototaakau ndun noddaandu. E wonnde pellet, ruttorde men nden, en fow, ko ka Allah tun, e wonnde fantimɓe geddi ɓen, ko ɓen woni yimɓe Yiite ɓen, duumotooɓe ton, Ñalnde Darngal.
40:44Page 472
فَسَتَذۡكُرُونَ مَآ أَقُولُ لَكُمۡۚ وَأُفَوِّضُ أَمۡرِيٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَصِيرُۢ بِٱلۡعِبَادِ ٤٤
And you will remember what I [now] say to you, and I entrust my affair to Allāh. Indeed, Allāh is Seeing of [His] servants."
Ɓe salii laaɓal makko reedu ngal, o wi'ani ɓe: aray nde anndoton, fii ko mi laaɓani on reedu kon, nimson salaare mon nden; min non, mi fawii fiyaaku am on fow, e Allah Gooto On. Pellet, huunde suuɗaaki Allah, e golle jeyaaɓe Makko ɓen.
40:45Page 472
فَوَقَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ سَيِّـَٔاتِ مَا مَكَرُواْۖ وَحَاقَ بِـَٔالِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ سُوٓءُ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٤٥
So Allāh protected him from the evils they plotted, and the people of Pharaoh were enveloped by the worst of punishment -
Allah daɗndi mo, boneeji ɗi ɓe fewjunannoo mo ɗin, fii warugol mo, O huuɓitiri yimɓe Fir'awna ɓen, lepte yoolagol. Allah yooli mo kanko Fir'awna, e konu maɓɓe ngun fow.
40:46Page 472
ٱلنَّارُ يُعۡرَضُونَ عَلَيۡهَا غُدُوّٗا وَعَشِيّٗاۚ وَيَوۡمَ تَقُومُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ أَدۡخِلُوٓاْ ءَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ أَشَدَّ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٤٦
The Fire; they are exposed to it morning and evening.1 And the Day the Hour appears [it will be said], "Make the people of Pharaoh enter the severest punishment."
Caggal ɓe maayii, ɓe weeɓitoyte e Yiite ngen, ka genaale maɓɓe, bimmbi e kiikiiɗe. Ñalnde Darngal darotoo (wi'oyte): Naadee jokkunooɓe Fir'awna ɓen, ka ɓuri saɗtude e lepte. Sabu ko ɓe yeddiraynoo kon, ɓe fenna ɓe falatoo e laawol Allah ngol.
40:47Page 472
وَإِذۡ يَتَحَآجُّونَ فِي ٱلنَّارِ فَيَقُولُ ٱلضُّعَفَٰٓؤُاْ لِلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُوٓاْ إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمۡ تَبَعٗا فَهَلۡ أَنتُم مُّغۡنُونَ عَنَّا نَصِيبٗا مِّنَ ٱلنَّارِ ٤٧
And [mention] when they will argue within the Fire, and the weak will say to those who had been arrogant, "Indeed, we were [only] your followers, so will you relieve us of a share of the Fire?"
Janto an Nulaaɗo, tuma jokkunooɓe ɓen yeddondiroyta e jokkanooɓe ɓen, ka nder Yiite, ɓe wi'ana ɓen jokkonooɓe towninitinooɓe: Menen, ko onon men jokkunoo aduna, e majjere, taw si on duncanay men geɓal e lepte Allah ɗen, ronnditanoɗon men ɗe?
40:48Page 472
قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُوٓاْ إِنَّا كُلّٞ فِيهَآ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَدۡ حَكَمَ بَيۡنَ ٱلۡعِبَادِ ٤٨
Those who had been arrogant will say, "Indeed, all [of us] are in it. Indeed, Allāh has judged between the servants."
Townitiniiɓe jokkanooɓe ɓen kadi wi'a: En fow meeɗen, jokkunooɓe e jokkanooɓe fow, hino e Yiite ngen, gooto ronnditantaako goɗɗo goo, geɓal e lepte laakara ɗen. Tawde pellet, Alah ñaawii hakkunde jeyaaɓe ɓen. O yoɓiti kala e ko hanndi e mun kon.
40:49Page 472
وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي ٱلنَّارِ لِخَزَنَةِ جَهَنَّمَ ٱدۡعُواْ رَبَّكُمۡ يُخَفِّفۡ عَنَّا يَوۡمٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٤٩
And those in the Fire will say to the keepers of Hell, "Supplicate your Lord to lighten for us a day from the punishment."
Wonaaɓe lepteede ɓen ka Yiite fow wi'ana Malaa'ika'en, ayninaaɓe Yiite ngen, tuma ɓe taƴii yaltugol e magge, ruttoo aduna, fii tuubugol: Toranee men Joomi mon, O hoynana men ñalaande wootere, e ɗee lepte duumiiɗe.
40:50Page 473
قَالُوٓاْ أَوَلَمۡ تَكُ تَأۡتِيكُمۡ رُسُلُكُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِۖ قَالُواْ بَلَىٰۚ قَالُواْ فَٱدۡعُواْۗ وَمَا دُعَٰٓؤُاْ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَٰلٍ ٥٠
They will say, "Did there not come to you your messengers with clear proofs?" They will say, "Yes." They will reply, "Then supplicate [yourselves], but the supplication of the disbelievers is not except in error [i.e., futility]."
Ayninaaɓe Jahannama ɓen jaaboo heeferɓe ɓen: Nulaaɓe mon ɓen ardanaano on e hujjaaji ɓannguɗi? Heeferɓe ɓen wi'a: oo'owoye ! Ɓe arduno e mun few ! Malaa'ika'en jaabitoo: awa toree, onon tigiri. Menen men tefantaa keefeero. Kono toraare heeferɓe ɓen wonaali, si wanaa e meere. Tawde ɓe jaɓirantaake, sabu keeferaaku maɓɓe ngun.
40:51Page 473
إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَيَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلۡأَشۡهَٰدُ ٥١
Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand -
Pellet, Men wallay Nulaaɓe Amen ɓen, e gomɗimɓe Allah e Nulaaɓe Mun ɓen, aduna ɗoo, ɓanngingol hujjaajii maɓɓe ɗin, foolna ɓe e ayɓe maɓɓe ɓen. Men walliroya ɓe kadi Ñalnde Darngal, naadugol ɓe Aljanna, leptira yeddondiraynooɓe e maɓɓe aduna ɓen, naatugol Yiite, ɓaawo nde Annabaaɓe e Malaa'ikaaɓe e gomɗimɓe ɓen fow seeditaade, wonnde Nule ɗen yottino e mofte ɗen.
40:52Page 473
يَوۡمَ لَا يَنفَعُ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ مَعۡذِرَتُهُمۡۖ وَلَهُمُ ٱللَّعۡنَةُ وَلَهُمۡ سُوٓءُ ٱلدَّارِ ٥٢
The Day their excuse will not benefit the wrongdoers, and they will have the curse, and they will have the worst home [i.e., Hell].
Ñalnde nde tooñunooɓe geddi e keeferaaku ɓen nafiroytaa hoore-maɓɓe, ngatinagol, hara kuddi Allah no woodani ɓe nden ñalnde, e galle bonɗe ka laakara, ka ɓe hawroyta e lepte muusuɗe.
40:53Page 473
وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡهُدَىٰ وَأَوۡرَثۡنَا بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ ٥٣
And We had certainly given Moses guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture
Gomɗii Men okkii Muusaa ganndal, ngal o fewnirta ɓiɗɓe Israa'iila ɓen, e goonga, Men waɗi Tawreetaare nden, Deftere roneteende, hakkunde ɓiɗɓe Israa'iila ɓen.
40:54Page 473
هُدٗى وَذِكۡرَىٰ لِأُوْلِي ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ ٥٤
As guidance and a reminder for those of understanding.
Ko nde fewnaynde e goonga, e waaju wonannde joomiraaɓe haqqille hisuɗe ɓen.
40:55Page 473
فَٱصۡبِرۡ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقّٞ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لِذَنۢبِكَ وَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّكَ بِٱلۡعَشِيِّ وَٱلۡإِبۡكَٰرِ ٥٥
So be patient, [O Muḥammad]. Indeed, the promise of Allāh is truth. And ask forgiveness for your sin1 and exalt [Allāh] with praise of your Lord in the evening and the morning.

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُجَٰدِلُونَ فِيٓ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ بِغَيۡرِ سُلۡطَٰنٍ أَتَىٰهُمۡ إِن فِي صُدُورِهِمۡ إِلَّا كِبۡرٞ مَّا هُم بِبَٰلِغِيهِۚ فَٱسۡتَعِذۡ بِٱللَّهِۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡبَصِيرُ ٥٦
Indeed, those who dispute concerning the signs of Allāh without [any] evidence having come to them - there is not within their breasts except pride, [the extent of] which they cannot reach. So seek refuge in Allāh. Indeed, it is He who is the Hearing, the Seeing.

لَخَلۡقُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَكۡبَرُ مِنۡ خَلۡقِ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ٥٧
The creation of the heavens and earth is greater than the creation of mankind, but most of the people do not know.
Pellet, ko tagugol kammuuli ɗin e leydi ndin, sabu cemmbe e yañji majji, ɓuri mawnude e dii tagugol yimɓe ɓen. Tagirɗo ɗi mawneendi majji On, ko hattanɗo wuurnitugol maayɓe, fii ñaawugol ɓe yoɓita ɓe. Kono ko ɓuri ɗuuɗude e yimɓe ɓen, ɓe anndaa, sakko ɓe waajitora ɗum, ɓe waɗa ɗum dalil, e fii ummital.

وَمَا يَسۡتَوِي ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ وَٱلۡبَصِيرُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَلَا ٱلۡمُسِيٓءُۚ قَلِيلٗا مَّا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ ٥٨
And not equal are the blind and the seeing, nor are those who believe and do righteous deeds and the evildoer. Little do you remember.
Bunɗo fotataa e yi'oowo, wanaa gomɗimɓe Allah ɓen, goongini Nulaaɓe Makko ɓen, ɓe moƴƴini golle, woni ko fotata e bonnirɗo golle mun, finnde bonnde e geddi. Kono on waajitortaa, si wanaa seeɗa. Tawde si ɗon waajitoraynoo ko yoni, on anndayno ko senndi ɓen ɗiɗo, fii no yaccoron wa'ude wa gomɗimɓe golli moƴƴuɗi yamiraaɗi ɗin, no jortoron weleyee Allah.
40:59Page 474
إِنَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ لَأٓتِيَةٞ لَّا رَيۡبَ فِيهَا وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ ٥٩
Indeed, the Hour is coming - no doubt about it - but most of the people do not believe.
Pellet, Darngal, ngal Allah wuurnitata maayɓe ɓen e mun, fii ñaawugol ɓe yoɓa, ko ko arata, feere mun alaa, sikka alaa e ɗum. Kono ɓurɓe ɗuuɗude e yimɓe ɓen, ɓe gomɗinaa ɗum. Ko ɗum haɗi ɓe hebilanagol nden ñalnde
40:60Page 474
وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ٱدۡعُونِيٓ أَسۡتَجِبۡ لَكُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ عَنۡ عِبَادَتِي سَيَدۡخُلُونَ جَهَنَّمَ دَاخِرِينَ ٦٠
And your Lord says, "Call upon Me; I will respond to you." Indeed, those who disdain My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible.
Joomi mon, onon yimɓe ɓen, daali: heertinanee Lam, Min tun, dewal e toraare, Mi jaabinana on toraare mon, Mi yawtana on, Mi yurmina on. Mawnintinantooɓe ɗum ɓen, ko pellet, Ñalnde Darngal, ɓe naatoyay Jahannama, ko ɓe hoyɓe jaasinaa.
40:61Page 474
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيۡلَ لِتَسۡكُنُواْ فِيهِ وَٱلنَّهَارَ مُبۡصِرًاۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَذُو فَضۡلٍ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَشۡكُرُونَ ٦١
It is Allāh who made for you the night that you may rest therein and the day giving sight.1 Indeed, Allāh is the possessor of bounty for the people, but most of them are not grateful.
Ko Allah woni waɗiranɗo on jemma on, niɓɓitirɗo, fii ka deeƴon fowtoɗon e mun, O waɗirani on nyalorma on, ndayginɗo, fii ka gollon e mun. Pellet, Allah ko Jom ɓural mawngal e yimɓe ɓen, tawde O timminirii neemaaji Makko ɗin e maɓɓe, no feeñiri e no wirnori. Kono ko ɓuri ɗuuɗude e yimɓe ɓen, ɓe yettataa Allah, e naamaaji Makko ɗin, dow maɓɓe.
40:62Page 474
ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمۡ خَٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤۡفَكُونَ ٦٢
That is Allāh, your Lord, Creator of all things; there is no deity except Him, so how are you deluded?
Ko On mooɗon Allah, waɗanɗo on ɗin neemaaji, woni Taguɗo kala huunde. Wanaa goɗɗo goo. Rewteeɗo e goonga alaa, si wanaa Kanko. Ko honno ferlisoraɗon gaay e rewugol Mo, jokka rewugol ko nafataa lorrataa?
40:63Page 474
كَذَٰلِكَ يُؤۡفَكُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَانُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ يَجۡحَدُونَ ٦٣
Thus were those [before you] deluded who were rejecting the signs of Allāh.
Ko wano ɓee ɗoo ferlisoraa non e gomɗingol Allah rewa Mo Kanko tun, ɓeya yeddaynooɓe Aayeeje Allah tindinayɗi fii tawhiidi on, ferlisortenoo e kala jamaanu, ɓe feewataano e goonga, ɓe hawrataano e sawaaba.

ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ قَرَارٗا وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بِنَآءٗ وَصَوَّرَكُمۡ فَأَحۡسَنَ صُوَرَكُمۡ وَرَزَقَكُم مِّنَ ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمۡۖ فَتَبَارَكَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ٦٤
It is Allāh who made for you the earth a place of settlement and the sky a structure [i.e., ceiling] and formed you and perfected your forms and provided you with good things. That is Allāh, your Lord; then blessed is Allāh, Lord of the worlds.
Ko Allah woni waɗanɗo on, onon yimɓe ɓen, ndii leydi, dunngal ñiiɓirgal mon, O waɗi kammu ngun, ñeñaangu dow mon, hara yanataa e mon, O mbaadini on ka renngaaji yumma mon'en - O moƴƴini mbaadiiji mon, - O arsiki on laaɓuɗi dagiiɗi. Ko On mooɗon, neeminirɗo on ɗum, woni Allah Joomi mon. Senaare heewii e Jeyɗo tageefo ngon fow. Reweteeɗo alanaa ngo, si wanaa Kanko seniiɗo On.
40:65Page 474
هُوَ ٱلۡحَيُّ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَٱدۡعُوهُ مُخۡلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَۗ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ٦٥
He is the Ever-Living;1 there is no deity except Him, so call upon Him, [being] sincere to Him in religion. [All] praise is [due] to Allāh, Lord of the worlds.
Ko Kanko woni wuurɗo Mo maayataa On. reweteeɗo e goonga alaa, si wanaa Kanko. Noddiree Mo dewal e toraare; faandoɗon Mo Kanko tun, hara on kafidaali Mo e taguuji Makko goo. Yettoore woodanii Allah, Jeyɗo tageefo ngon.
40:66Page 474
۞ قُلۡ إِنِّي نُهِيتُ أَنۡ أَعۡبُدَ ٱلَّذِينَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَمَّا جَآءَنِيَ ٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتُ مِن رَّبِّي وَأُمِرۡتُ أَنۡ أُسۡلِمَ لِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ٦٦
Say, [O Muḥammad], "Indeed, I have been forbidden to worship those you call upon besides Allāh once the clear proofs have come to me from my Lord, and I have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds."
Maaku an Nulaaɗo: min, Allah haɗii lam rewugol, ɗin ɗi rewoton, hara wanaa Allah; sanamuuji ɗi nafataa, ɗi lorrataa. Mi haɗa ɗum, nde hujjaaji ɗin arunoo e am, fii ɓanngingol meere rewugol ɗin. Allah yamiri lam kadi, nde mi jebbilantoo Mo, Kanko tun, ka dewal. Tawde ko Kanko woni Jeyɗo tageefo ngon fow. Jeyɗo ngo alaa, si wanaa Kanko.
40:67Page 475
هُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن تُرَابٖ ثُمَّ مِن نُّطۡفَةٖ ثُمَّ مِنۡ عَلَقَةٖ ثُمَّ يُخۡرِجُكُمۡ طِفۡلٗا ثُمَّ لِتَبۡلُغُوٓاْ أَشُدَّكُمۡ ثُمَّ لِتَكُونُواْ شُيُوخٗاۚ وَمِنكُم مَّن يُتَوَفَّىٰ مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَلِتَبۡلُغُوٓاْ أَجَلٗا مُّسَمّٗى وَلَعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ ٦٧
It is He who created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot; then He brings you out as a child; then [He develops you] that you reach your [time of] maturity, then [further] that you become elders. And among you is he who is taken in death before [that], so that you reach a specified term;1 and perhaps you will use reason.
Ko Kanko tagiri ben mon Aadam, immorde e mbulmbulndi, refti O tagiri on ɓaawo ɗum, e toɓɓere maniiyu, refti e heɗɗere ƴiiƴam, refti ɓaawo ɗum, O yaltiniri on e deedi neeniraaɓe mon ɓen, entoy tokosoy, fii no yottoron cukaaku ngun, mawnon haa wonton nayeeɓe, - kono hara woɗɓe e mo'on, maayay ado ɗum, - haa no yottoron dumunna happaaɗo ka Allah, mo ɗuytotaako ɓeydotaako, belajo'o, ka nafitoron ɗii hujjaaji fii anndugol kattal e gootaagu Allah ngun.
40:68Page 475
هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ ٦٨
He it is who gives life and causes death; and when He decrees a matter, He but says to it, "Be," and it is.
Ko Kanko Allah tun, woni wuurnoowo, e waroowo. Si O haajii e fiyaaku, ko O wi'anay mo tun: "wonu", o wona.
40:69Page 475
أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يُجَٰدِلُونَ فِيٓ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ أَنَّىٰ يُصۡرَفُونَ ٦٩
Do you not consider those who dispute concerning the signs of Allāh - how are they averted?
A tinaali, an Nulaaɗo, ɓen wennjondirteeɓe e Aayeeje Allah ɗen, fennooɓe ɗe, e hoore ko ɗe feeñi kon? a ŋalɗay e maɓɓe, e ko ɓe ɗuurnotoo e goonga kon, hoore ko ka feeñi kon.
40:70Page 475
ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَبِمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا بِهِۦ رُسُلَنَاۖ فَسَوۡفَ يَعۡلَمُونَ ٧٠
Those who deny the Book [i.e., the Qur’ān] and that with which We sent Our messengers - they are going to know,
Ɓen fennuɓe Alqur'aana, e ko Men immindini kon e Nulaaɓe Amen ɓen, immorde e goonga, aray ka ɓen fennooɓe annda, battane e bone mun.
40:71Page 475
إِذِ ٱلۡأَغۡلَٰلُ فِيٓ أَعۡنَٰقِهِمۡ وَٱلسَّلَٰسِلُ يُسۡحَبُونَ ٧١
When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged
Ɓe anndoyay battane fennugol maɓɓe ngol, tuma nde kolmboyaa ka daaɗe maɓɓe, ɓe jolkiree ka koyɗe, halfinaaɓe lepte ɗen daasa ɓe.
40:72Page 475
فِي ٱلۡحَمِيمِ ثُمَّ فِي ٱلنَّارِ يُسۡجَرُونَ ٧٢
In boiling water; then in the Fire they will be filled [with flame].
Ɓe ndaasee e ndiyam wulɗam haa fati, refti ɓe huɓɓee Yiite ngen.
40:73Page 475
ثُمَّ قِيلَ لَهُمۡ أَيۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡ تُشۡرِكُونَ ٧٣
Then it will be said to them, "Where is that which you used to associate [with Him in worship]
Refti ɓe feliree wi'aneede: ko honto woni reweteeɗi mon, ɗi aaƴinoɗon wonnde on sirkiraniiɗi dewal?
40:74Page 475
مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِۖ قَالُواْ ضَلُّواْ عَنَّا بَل لَّمۡ نَكُن نَّدۡعُواْ مِن قَبۡلُ شَيۡـٔٗاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ ٧٤
Other than Allāh?" They will say, "They have departed from us; rather, we did not used to invoke previously anything." Thus does Allāh put astray the disbelievers.
Ko honto ɗin sanamuuji, ɗi rewaynoɗon, hara wanaa Allah, ɗi nafataa ɗi lorrataa? Heeferɓe ɓen jaaboo: Ɗi majjitorike men. Wurin, men wonaano aduna, e rewugol ko hanndunoo e reweede. Ko wano ɓee ɗoo majjiri non, Allah majjinirta yedduɓe goonga ɓen, e kala nokku e jamaanu.
40:75Page 475
ذَٰلِكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَفۡرَحُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ بِغَيۡرِ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَمۡرَحُونَ ٧٥
[The angels will say], "That was because you used to exult upon the earth without right and you used to behave insolently.
Ɓe wi'anee : ko fawi on ɗee lepte, ko sabu ko weltoraynoɗon kon, sirku on, e ko wewlaynoɗon kon fantinon.
40:76Page 475
ٱدۡخُلُوٓاْ أَبۡوَٰبَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَاۖ فَبِئۡسَ مَثۡوَى ٱلۡمُتَكَبِّرِينَ ٧٦
Enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and wretched is the residence of the arrogant."
Natiree dame Jahannama ɗen, luttugol ton poomaa. Nge bonii jaaƴorde townitaniiɓe goonga ɓen.
40:77Page 475
فَٱصۡبِرۡ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقّٞۚ فَإِمَّا نُرِيَنَّكَ بَعۡضَ ٱلَّذِي نَعِدُهُمۡ أَوۡ نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ فَإِلَيۡنَا يُرۡجَعُونَ ٧٧
So be patient, [O Muḥammad]; indeed, the promise of Allāh is truth. And whether We show you some of what We have promised them or We take you in death, it is to Us they will be returned.
Muñño, an Nulaaɗo, e ko yimɓe maa lorrete ɓe fenne kon. Pellet, ko Allah fodu maa wallude kon, ko goonga, mo sikke alaa e mu'un. Ko si Men holle yoga e ko Men kammbirani ɓe kon e lepte, e nguurndam maa, wano feƴƴirnoo ka hare Badri, maa hara Men ƴettite ado mun, fow e mun, ko ka Amen tun, woni ruttorde maɓɓe, Ñalnde Darngal, Men yoɓa ɓe golle maɓɓe ɗen, Men naatnaɓe ka Yiite, ɓe lutta ton poomaa.
40:78Page 476
وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلٗا مِّن قَبۡلِكَ مِنۡهُم مَّن قَصَصۡنَا عَلَيۡكَ وَمِنۡهُم مَّن لَّمۡ نَقۡصُصۡ عَلَيۡكَۗ وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَن يَأۡتِيَ بِـَٔايَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ فَإِذَا جَآءَ أَمۡرُ ٱللَّهِ قُضِيَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ ٱلۡمُبۡطِلُونَ ٧٨
And We have already sent messengers before you. Among them are those [whose stories] We have related to you, and among them are those [whose stories] We have not related to you. And it was not for any messenger to bring a sign [or verse] except by permission of Allāh. So when the command of Allāh comes, it will be concluded [i.e., judged] in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose [all].
Gomɗii Men imminii Nulaaɓe ɗuuɗuɓe, haa e yimɓe mun, ado maa, an Nulaaɗo. Ɓen fenni ɓe, ɓe lorri ɓe. Kono ɓe muññii e ɗin fow. Hino e ɓen Nulaaɓe, ɓe Men fillani maa fii mun; hino e maɓɓe, ɓe Men fillanaaki ma fii mun. Haananaa Nulaaɗo woo, nde o addanta yimɓe makko ɓen Aaya, immorde e Joomi makko, si wanaa hara ko e duŋayee Makko. Ko heeferɓe ɓen lamndotoo mofte maɓɓe ɗen addugol Aaya, ko tooñe. Si yamiroore Allah fii ñaawugol sennda hakkunde Nulaaɓe ɓen e yimɓe maɓɓe ɓen arii, ko nunɗal ñaawirtee. Heeferɓe ɓen halkee, Nulaaɓe ɓen daɗndee; nden ñalnde, yimɓe meere ɓen sooyira yollugol ko'e maɓɓe e halkaare, sabu keeferaaku maɓɓe ngun.
40:79Page 476
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمَ لِتَرۡكَبُواْ مِنۡهَا وَمِنۡهَا تَأۡكُلُونَ ٧٩
It is Allāh who made for you the grazing animals upon which you ride, and some of them you eat.
Ko Allah woni waɗanɗo on gelooɗi ɗin, e na'i ɗin e dammi ɗin, ko waɗɗoron yoga e majji, ñaamon tebbeeli yoga majji.
40:80Page 476
وَلَكُمۡ فِيهَا مَنَٰفِعُ وَلِتَبۡلُغُواْ عَلَيۡهَا حَاجَةٗ فِي صُدُورِكُمۡ وَعَلَيۡهَا وَعَلَى ٱلۡفُلۡكِ تُحۡمَلُونَ ٨٠
And for you therein are [other] benefits and that you may realize upon them a need which is in your breasts;1 and upon them and upon ships you are carried.
Hino woodani on e ɗii neemoraaɗi, nafooreeji ɗuuɗuɗi, heyɗitayɗi jamaanu kala. Hiɗon heɓira ɗi, kala ko faaleteɗon e haajuuji, wano setagol ka njorndi e ka maayo.
40:81Page 476
وَيُرِيكُمۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ فَأَيَّ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ تُنكِرُونَ ٨١
And He shows you His signs. So which of the signs of Allāh do you deny?
Allah no holla on maandeeji tindinayɗi e kattal e gootaagu Makko ngun. E ko honɗum e maandeeji Allah ɗin, woni yeddoton, ɓaawo nde yananaɗon, wonnde ko ɗi maandeeji Makko?
40:82Page 476
أَفَلَمۡ يَسِيرُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَيَنظُرُواْ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ كَانُوٓاْ أَكۡثَرَ مِنۡهُمۡ وَأَشَدَّ قُوَّةٗ وَءَاثَارٗا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَمَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ ٨٢
Have they not traveled through the land and observed how was the end of those before them? They were more numerous than themselves and greater in strength and in impression on the land, but they were not availed by what they used to earn.
E ɓee fennooɓe yiilaaki ka leydi, ɓe taskoo ko honno battane ɗeya mofte fennunooɓe ado maɓɓe wattinirnoo, ɓe waajitora ɗum? Gomɗii ɗen mofte no ɓurnoo ɓe jawle e cemmbe, ɓe ɓuri ɓe batteeji accaaɗi ka leydi. Kono kon ko ɓe faggotonoo e cemmbe, duncanaano ɓe goɗɗum, nde lepte Allah ɗen arunoo halkugol ɓe.
40:83Page 476
فَلَمَّا جَآءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَرِحُواْ بِمَا عِندَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡعِلۡمِ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ ٨٣
And when their messengers came to them with clear proofs, they [merely] rejoiced in what they had of knowledge, but they were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
Nde Nulaaɓe maɓɓe ɓen addaannoɓe hujjaaji ɓannguɗi ɗin, ɓe fenni ɗi, ɓe welaa jogitagol ganndal ko woni ka maɓɓe kon, lunndiingal ko Nulaaɓe ɓen addani ɓe kon. Ontuma, ɓe huuɓitiraa lepte ɗe ɓe jalkitaynoo ɗen, si Nulaaɓe ɓen hulɓiniriino ɓe ɗe.

فَلَمَّا رَأَوۡاْ بَأۡسَنَا قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَحۡدَهُۥ وَكَفَرۡنَا بِمَا كُنَّا بِهِۦ مُشۡرِكِينَ ٨٤
And when they saw Our punishment, they said, "We believe in Allāh alone and disbelieve in that which we used to associate with Him."
Nde ɓe yi*unoo lepte Amen ɗen, ɓe jaɓi ka jaɓugol nafataa, ɓe wi'i: Men gomɗinii Allah tun, men yeddii ɗin kafidaaɗi e sanamuuji ɗi men rewaynoo, hara wanaa Kanko.
