ذِكۡرُ رَحۡمَتِ رَبِّكَ عَبۡدَهُۥ زَكَرِيَّآ ٢
[This is] a mention of the mercy of your Lord to His servant Zechariah
Ɗum ko jaŋta Yurmeende Joomi maaɗa nde O yurminiri jeyaaɗo Makko on Jakariyaa (yo o his), Meɗen fillanomaa fii taskagol nde.
19:3Page 305
إِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥ نِدَآءً خَفِيّٗا ٣
When he called to his Lord a private call [i.e., supplication].
Tuma nde o noddunoo Joomi mako O Senike noddaandu suuɗiindu fii yo ndu laato ɓurndu ɓadaade jaabagol
19:4Page 305
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي وَهَنَ ٱلۡعَظۡمُ مِنِّي وَٱشۡتَعَلَ ٱلرَّأۡسُ شَيۡبٗا وَلَمۡ أَكُنۢ بِدُعَآئِكَ رَبِّ شَقِيّٗا ٤
He said, "My Lord, indeed my bones have weakened, and my head has filled1 with white, and never have I been in my supplication to You, my Lord, unhappy [i.e., disappointed].
O maaki: "Ko An Jooma, min dey ƴi'e am ɗen lo'ii, puri hoore am nden ɗuuɗii, mi wonaali sooyuɗo ka toragol Ma, ko woni, tuma kala mi toriMaa A jaabinanay lam.
19:5Page 305
وَإِنِّي خِفۡتُ ٱلۡمَوَٰلِيَ مِن وَرَآءِي وَكَانَتِ ٱمۡرَأَتِي عَاقِرٗا فَهَبۡ لِي مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيّٗا ٥
And indeed, I fear the successors1 after me, and my wife has been barren, so give me from Yourself an heir
Min dey mi hulii ɓadondiraaɓe am ɓen fii wata ɓe ronku daranaade Diina kan ɓaawo mayde am sabu soklirdeɓe aduna, sonnaajo am on kadi laatike dimaro o jibintaa, okkan immorde ka Maaɗa ɓiɗɗo walloowo.
19:6Page 305
يَرِثُنِي وَيَرِثُ مِنۡ ءَالِ يَعۡقُوبَۖ وَٱجۡعَلۡهُ رَبِّ رَضِيّٗا ٦
Who will inherit me1 and inherit from the family of Jacob. And make him, my Lord, pleasing [to You]."
O rona Annabaaku ngun e am o rona ngu kadi e ɓeynguure Yaaquuba nden (yo o his),o waɗu mbo ko An yo Jooma- weltoraaɗo ka Diina makko e ka njikku makko e ganndal makko.
19:7Page 305
يَٰزَكَرِيَّآ إِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلَٰمٍ ٱسۡمُهُۥ يَحۡيَىٰ لَمۡ نَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ مِن قَبۡلُ سَمِيّٗا ٧
[He was told],1 "O Zechariah, indeed We give you good tidings of a boy whose name will be John. We have not assigned to any before [this] name."
Alla jaabini toraare makko nden, O noddi mo: "Ko an Jakariyaa, Menen Meɗen humpitude ma ko weltinay maa, gomɗii Men jaabinii toraare maaɗa nden, Men okkii ma suka innde makko ko Yahyaa, Men waɗanaali goɗɗo goo ado makko ndee innde".
19:8Page 305
قَالَ رَبِّ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لِي غُلَٰمٞ وَكَانَتِ ٱمۡرَأَتِي عَاقِرٗا وَقَدۡ بَلَغۡتُ مِنَ ٱلۡكِبَرِ عِتِيّٗا ٨
He said, "My Lord, how will I have a boy when my wife has been barren and I have reached extreme old age?"
Jakariyaa maaki tawi ko o haawiiɗo kattanɗe Alla ɗen: "Ko honno jibinirantee lam ɓiɗɗo sonnaajo am on ko dimaro o jibintaa? gomɗii mi hewtirii hattirnde ngurndan ɗan sabu nayewu ngun e lo'ude ƴi'e ɗen.
19:9Page 305
قَالَ كَذَٰلِكَ قَالَ رَبُّكَ هُوَ عَلَيَّ هَيِّنٞ وَقَدۡ خَلَقۡتُكَ مِن قَبۡلُ وَلَمۡ تَكُ شَيۡـٔٗا ٩
[An angel] said, "Thus [it will be]; your Lord says, 'It is easy for Me, for I created you before, while you were nothing.'"
Malaa'ikaajo on wi'i: "Fiyaake on kono mi wi'iri non, fii kala sonnaajo maa on jiidotaako, an kadi a hewtii hattirde ngurndan ɗan sabu nayewu ngun e lo'ere ƴi'e ɗen, kono Joomi maaɗa Daalii: Tgugol Joomi maaɗa Yahyaa immorde e neeniraawo dimaro e baabiraawo hewtuɗo hattirde ngurndan ɗan ko newiiɗum, gomɗii Mi Tagiino ma -an Jakariyaa- ko adii ɗum hari a laataaki huunde jaŋteteende, sabu hari an ko a waasaaɗo.
19:10Page 305
قَالَ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَل لِّيٓ ءَايَةٗۖ قَالَ ءَايَتُكَ أَلَّا تُكَلِّمَ ٱلنَّاسَ ثَلَٰثَ لَيَالٖ سَوِيّٗا ١٠
[Zechariah] said, "My Lord, make for me a sign." He said, "Your sign is that you will not speak to the people for three nights, [being] sound."1
Jakariyaa maaki (yo o his): "Ko an yo Jooma, waɗanam maande nde miɗo deeƴira sabu mun hara hinde tinndini e gasugol ko Malaa'ikaajo on weltiniri lam kon". O Daali: "Maande maaɗa e gasugol ko weltiniraɗaa kon ko nde tawi a hattan-hattantaake wowlidude e yimɓe ɓen balɗe tati hara wanaa ñaw, ko woni, hara hiɗa wonndi e cellal e aafiya".
19:11Page 305
فَخَرَجَ عَلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلۡمِحۡرَابِ فَأَوۡحَىٰٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ أَن سَبِّحُواْ بُكۡرَةٗ وَعَشِيّٗا ١١
So he came out to his people from the prayer chamber and signaled to them to exalt [Allāh] in the morning and afternoon.
Jakariyaa yalti ka juulirde o acci yimɓe makko ɓen, o joopanii ɓe ko aldaa e haala: "Subuhinanee Alla Seniiɗo On ka arannde ñallal e ka sakkitoode maggal.
19:12Page 306
يَٰيَحۡيَىٰ خُذِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِقُوَّةٖۖ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلۡحُكۡمَ صَبِيّٗا ١٢
[Allāh said], "O John, take the Scripture [i.e., adhere to it] with determination." And We gave him judgement [while yet] a boy
Yahyaa jibinanaa mo, tuma nde o hewtunoo duuɓi yewtideede Men wi'ani mo: "Ko an yo Yahyaa, jogitor Tawreeta on soobee e tinnaare, Men Okki mo ganndal e faamu e soobinaare e pellital tawi ko duuɓe suka o jogii.
19:13Page 306
وَحَنَانٗا مِّن لَّدُنَّا وَزَكَوٰةٗۖ وَكَانَ تَقِيّٗا ١٣
And affection from Us and purity, and he was fearing of Allāh
Men Yurmini mo Yurmeende immrnde ka Amen, Men laɓɓini mo e junuubu, o woni kuldo Alla ɗoftiiɗo Yamaruyee Alla on, himo woɗɗitoo haɗaaɗi Makko ɗin.
19:14Page 306
وَبَرَّۢا بِوَٰلِدَيۡهِ وَلَمۡ يَكُن جَبَّارًا عَصِيّٗا ١٤
And dutiful to his parents, and he was not a disobedient tyrant.
O laatike ɗigganɗo yumma makko e bem makko, newaniiɗo ɓe, moƴƴotooɗo e maɓɓe, o laataaki mawnintinaniiɗo ɗoftagol Joomi makko maa ɗoftagol neene e baaba, o wonaa yedduɗo Joomi makko maa yumma makko e bem makko.
19:15Page 306
وَسَلَٰمٌ عَلَيۡهِ يَوۡمَ وُلِدَ وَيَوۡمَ يَمُوتُ وَيَوۡمَ يُبۡعَثُ حَيّٗا ١٥
And peace be upon him the day he was born and the day he dies and the day he is raised alive.
Kisiyee e hoolaare immorde ka Alla wonii e makko ñalnde o jibinaa, e ñalnde o maayata o yalta e ɗaam ngurndan ɗoo, e ñalnde o immintintee ko o wuuruɗo ɗun ko Ñalnde Darngal, e ɗii nokuuli tati ko ɗin ɓuri wulɗinnde e ko neɗɗanke rewata e mun, si o hoolike e ɗii, haray kulol fawaaki mo e nokkuuli goo.

وَٱذۡكُرۡ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مَرۡيَمَ إِذِ ٱنتَبَذَتۡ مِنۡ أَهۡلِهَا مَكَانٗا شَرۡقِيّٗا ١٦
And mention, [O Muḥammad], in the Book [the story of] Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place toward the east.
Jaŋto -an Nulaaɗo- ka Alqur'aanaare Tellinaande e maaɗa kumpital fii Mariyama (yo o his) tuma nde o pottitinoo(deestino) yimɓe makko ɓen, o weddii e nukkuure hikkornde funnaange maɓɓe.
19:17Page 306
فَٱتَّخَذَتۡ مِن دُونِهِمۡ حِجَابٗا فَأَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡهَا رُوحَنَا فَتَمَثَّلَ لَهَا بَشَرٗا سَوِيّٗا ١٧
And she took, in seclusion from them, a screen. Then We sent to her Our Angel [i.e., Gabriel], and he represented himself to her as a well-proportioned man.
O jogitanii hoore-makko gaanin yimɓe makko ɓen heedo wirnayngo mo haa tawa ɓe yi'ataa himo rewa Joomi makko, Men Nuli e makko Jibrila (yo o his), o nanndintinanii mo e mbaadi neɗɗanke timmuɗo tagu, [Mariyama] huli wata taw ko faalaaɗo waɗude mo ko boni.
19:18Page 306
قَالَتۡ إِنِّيٓ أَعُوذُ بِٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ مِنكَ إِن كُنتَ تَقِيّٗا ١٨
She said, "Indeed, I seek refuge in the Most Merciful from you, [so leave me], if you should be fearing of Allāh."
Tuma nde o yi'unoo mo e mbaadi neɗɗanke timmuɗo tagu himo fewti e makko, O maaki: "Min miɗo fattoo Yurmiteeɗo On immorde e maaɗa fii bone immorɗo e maaɗa wota hewtam -ko an o'o - si a laatike hiɗa hula Alla.
19:19Page 306
قَالَ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ رَسُولُ رَبِّكِ لِأَهَبَ لَكِ غُلَٰمٗا زَكِيّٗا ١٩
He said, "I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you [news of] a pure boy [i.e., son]."
Jibrila (yo o his) wi'i: "Min mi laataaki ɓanndinke, anndu min ko mi Nulaaɗo Joomi maaɗa O Nulii lam e maaɗa fii yo mi okke ɓiɗɗo moƴƴo laaɓuɗo.
19:20Page 306
قَالَتۡ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لِي غُلَٰمٞ وَلَمۡ يَمۡسَسۡنِي بَشَرٞ وَلَمۡ أَكُ بَغِيّٗا ٢٠
She said, "How can I have a boy while no man has touched me and I have not been unchaste?"
Mariyama maaki ko o haawiiɗo: "Ko honno woni- ranta lam ɓiɗɗo hara ɓadaaki lam genndo wanaa tanaa mun, mi laataaki kadi jeenoowo sakko mi heɓa ɓiɗɗo?!"
19:21Page 306
قَالَ كَذَٰلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِ هُوَ عَلَيَّ هَيِّنٞۖ وَلِنَجۡعَلَهُۥٓ ءَايَةٗ لِّلنَّاسِ وَرَحۡمَةٗ مِّنَّاۚ وَكَانَ أَمۡرٗا مَّقۡضِيّٗا ٢١
He said, "Thus [it will be]; your Lord says, 'It is easy for Me, and We will make him a sign to the people and a mercy from Us. And it is a matter [already] decreed.'"
Jibriila wi'ani mo: "Fiyaake on ko wano mi jaŋtori non, fii kala gorko meemaali ma wanaa tanaa mun a laataaki kadi jeenoowo, kono Joomi maaɗa Senayee woananii Mo O Daalii: "Tagugol ɓiɗɗo mo alaa baaba no newii e Makko, fii yo ɓiɗɗo mo okkaɗaa on laato maande wonannde yimɓe ɓen e Kattanɗe Alla, e Yurmeende Amen e maaɗa e kala gomɗimɗo mo, Tagugol ɓiɗɗo maa on laatike Ñaawoore immornde ka Alla eɓɓaande, winndaa- nde ka Alluwal Reenaangal".
19:22Page 306
۞ فَحَمَلَتۡهُ فَٱنتَبَذَتۡ بِهِۦ مَكَانٗا قَصِيّٗا ٢٢
So she conceived him, and she withdrew with him to a remote place.
O roondii mo ɓaawo wuttugol Malaa'ikaajo on, o pottitodi=deesti e makko faade e nokkuure woɗɗitiinde yimɓe ɓen.
19:23Page 306
فَأَجَآءَهَا ٱلۡمَخَاضُ إِلَىٰ جِذۡعِ ٱلنَّخۡلَةِ قَالَتۡ يَٰلَيۡتَنِي مِتُّ قَبۡلَ هَٰذَا وَكُنتُ نَسۡيٗا مَّنسِيّٗا ٢٣
And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm tree. She said, "Oh, I wish I had died before this and was in oblivion, forgotten."
Ŋata on fiɗi mo, sornoyi mo e mbinnde tamarohi, Mariyama (yo o his) wi'i: "Ee hara nun mi maayuno ko adii ngal ñallal, mi wona huunde nde anndite-taake fii wota mi sikkitore bonke".
19:24Page 306
فَنَادَىٰهَا مِن تَحۡتِهَآ أَلَّا تَحۡزَنِي قَدۡ جَعَلَ رَبُّكِ تَحۡتَكِ سَرِيّٗا ٢٤
But he1 called her from below her, "Do not grieve; your Lord has provided beneath you a stream.
Iisaa noddi mo ka ley koyɗe makko: "Wata a suno, gomɗii Joomi maaɗa waɗii ley maaɗa ilol ndiyam ngol yaarataa e mun"
19:25Page 306
وَهُزِّيٓ إِلَيۡكِ بِجِذۡعِ ٱلنَّخۡلَةِ تُسَٰقِطۡ عَلَيۡكِ رُطَبٗا جَنِيّٗا ٢٥
And shake toward you the trunk of the palm tree; it will drop upon you ripe, fresh dates.
Jogito jullere tamarohi kin dimmbaa nde, nde saama ɓennduɗe ɗaati teɓaaɗe e fewndo mun.
19:26Page 307
فَكُلِي وَٱشۡرَبِي وَقَرِّي عَيۡنٗاۖ فَإِمَّا تَرَيِنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡبَشَرِ أَحَدٗا فَقُولِيٓ إِنِّي نَذَرۡتُ لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ صَوۡمٗا فَلَنۡ أُكَلِّمَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ إِنسِيّٗا ٢٦
So eat and drink and be contented. And if you see from among humanity anyone, say, 'Indeed, I have vowed to the Most Merciful abstention, so I will not speak today to [any] man.'"
Ñaamu e ɓennduɗe, yaraa ndiyam ɗam, weltinir wonkii kin sanfaajo(cukulel) maa on wata a suno, si a yi'ii goɗɗo e yimɓe ɓen o lanndimaa kumpital fii sanfaajo on wi'an mo: "Min dey mi waɗɗinii e wonkii am fii Joomi am deƴƴere gaayi haala, hannde mi yewtidataa gooto e yimɓe ɓen.
19:27Page 307
فَأَتَتۡ بِهِۦ قَوۡمَهَا تَحۡمِلُهُۥۖ قَالُواْ يَٰمَرۡيَمُ لَقَدۡ جِئۡتِ شَيۡـٔٗا فَرِيّٗا ٢٧
Then she brought him to her people, carrying him. They said, "O Mary, you have certainly done a thing unprecedented.
Mariyama ardi e ɓiɗɗo makko on ka yimɓe makko ɓen himo tammbii mo, yimɓe makko ɓen wi'ani mo e hoore añugol: "Ko an yo Mariya, gomɗii a addii fiyaake mawɗo fefindaaɗo, nokku ka arduɗaa e ɓiɗɗo ko aldaa e baaba".
19:28Page 307
يَٰٓأُخۡتَ هَٰرُونَ مَا كَانَ أَبُوكِ ٱمۡرَأَ سَوۡءٖ وَمَا كَانَتۡ أُمُّكِ بَغِيّٗا ٢٨
O sister [i.e., descendant] of Aaron, your father was not a man of evil, nor was your mother unchaste."
Ko an yo nanndo Haaruuna ka dewal (on ko gorko moƴƴo) baaba maaɗa wonaali jeenoowo, neene maaɗa kadi wonaali jeenoowo, an ko a iwdi suudu laaɓundu anndiraandu moƴƴugol, ko honno addirtaa ɓiɗɗo mo alaa baaba.
19:29Page 307
فَأَشَارَتۡ إِلَيۡهِۖ قَالُواْ كَيۡفَ نُكَلِّمُ مَن كَانَ فِي ٱلۡمَهۡدِ صَبِيّٗا ٢٩
So she pointed to him. They said, "How can we speak to one who is in the cradle a child?"
O sappii ɓiɗɗo makko on Iisaa (yo o his) tawi himo ka wooforndu, yimɓe [Mariyama] ɓen wi'ani mo hiɓa haawoo: "Ko honno men yewtirta e boobo woofaaɗo?!"
19:30Page 307
قَالَ إِنِّي عَبۡدُ ٱللَّهِ ءَاتَىٰنِيَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَجَعَلَنِي نَبِيّٗا ٣٠
[Jesus] said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allāh. He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet.
Iisaa (yo o his) maaki: "Min dey ko mi jeyaaɗo Alla, O Okkii lam Linnjiila, O Waɗi lam Annabaajo immorde e Annabaaɓe Makko.
19:31Page 307
وَجَعَلَنِي مُبَارَكًا أَيۡنَ مَا كُنتُ وَأَوۡصَٰنِي بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَٱلزَّكَوٰةِ مَا دُمۡتُ حَيّٗا ٣١
And He has made me blessed wherever I am and has enjoined upon me prayer and zakāh as long as I remain alive
O Waɗi lam heewuɗo nafa wonannde jeyaaɓe ɓen nokku kala ka mi laatii, O Yamiri lam tottugol Julde nden e Jonnugol Jakka on juudde ngurndam am.
19:32Page 307
وَبَرَّۢا بِوَٰلِدَتِي وَلَمۡ يَجۡعَلۡنِي جَبَّارٗا شَقِيّٗا ٣٢
And [made me] dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me a wretched tyrant.
O Waɗi lam ɗigganɗo Yumma am, O Waɗaali lam mawnintinaniiɗo doftagol Joomi am, wanaa mi yeddoowo Mo.
19:33Page 307
وَٱلسَّلَٰمُ عَلَيَّ يَوۡمَ وُلِدتُّ وَيَوۡمَ أَمُوتُ وَيَوۡمَ أُبۡعَثُ حَيّٗا ٣٣
And peace is on me the day I was born and the day I will die and the day I am raised alive."
Hoolaare e [bone] Seytaane e wallooɓe mo ɓen wonii e am ñalnde mi jibinanoo e ñalnde mi maayata e Ñalnde mi immintintee ko mi wuuruɗo Ñalnde Darngal, Seytaane foppaaki lam e nder ɗii nokkuuli tati wulɗinɗi(njeewdi.)
19:34Page 307
ذَٰلِكَ عِيسَى ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَۖ قَوۡلَ ٱلۡحَقِّ ٱلَّذِي فِيهِ يَمۡتَرُونَ ٣٤
That is Jesus, the son of Mary - the word of truth about which they are in dispute.
On siforaaɗo ɗin sifaaji ko kanko woni Iisaa geɗal Mariyama, kaa haala ɗoo ko ɗum woni konngol Goongawol ngol e mu'un, wanaa ko majjuɓe ɓen wi'ata kon, ɓen sikkitotooɓe e fiyaake makko ɓe luutondira.
19:35Page 307
مَا كَانَ لِلَّهِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ مِن وَلَدٖۖ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥٓۚ إِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ ٣٥
It is not [befitting] for Allāh to take a son; exalted is He!1 When He decrees an affair, He only says to it, "Be," and it is.
Haananaa Alla nde O jogitotoo ɓiɗɗo, O Laaɓii gaayi ɗum O Senike, si O faandike huunde, pellet, yonay Mo Senayee wonanii Mo nde O Daalanta nden huunde: "Wonu", nde wona feere alaa, ko nii O woniri Kanko ko O Seniiɗo e gaayi ɓiɗɗo.
19:36Page 307
وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكُمۡ فَٱعۡبُدُوهُۚ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطٞ مُّسۡتَقِيمٞ ٣٦
[Jesus said], "And indeed, Allāh is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path."
Pellet, Alla Senayee wonanii Mo ko Kanko woni Joomi am, ko Kanko kadi woni Joomi mo'on, laɓɓinanee Mo Dewal ngal Kanko Tun, ɗum ko mi jaŋtanii on ko ɗum woni Laawol Focciingol ngol yottinayngol e Welayee Alla.
19:37Page 307
فَٱخۡتَلَفَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِهِمۡۖ فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن مَّشۡهَدِ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٍ ٣٧
Then the factions differed [concerning Jesus] from among them, so woe to those who disbelieved - from the scene of a tremendous Day.
luutrii luutruɓe ɓen fii fiyaake Iisaa (yo o his) ɓe luutondiri ɓe wonti feddeeji sertuɗi e hakkunde yimɓe makko, yoga maɓɓe gomɗini ɓe wi'i: "Ko o Nulaaɗo" woɗɓe goo yeddi mo wano Alyahuuda en, wano fedde goo yeewiri non e fii makko woɗɓe maɓɓe wi'i: "Ko Kanko woni Alla". Woɗɓe goo kadi wi'i: "Ko o ɓiɗɗo Alla". Alla Toowii gaayi ɗum, bone wonanii ɓen luutondirɓe e fii fiyaake makko e taweede Ñalnde Darngal Mawngal sabu ko woni e maggal e seedafuyeeji e Hasboore e Lepte.
19:38Page 307
أَسۡمِعۡ بِهِمۡ وَأَبۡصِرۡ يَوۡمَ يَأۡتُونَنَا لَٰكِنِ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ ٣٨
How [clearly] they will hear and see the Day they come to Us, but the wrongdoers today are in clear error.
Kaawee ko nanirta wa maɓɓe nden ñalnde kaawee ko yi'irta wa maɓɓe, ɓe nanii fewndo nanɗe nafataa ɓe, ɓe yi'ii fewndo giiɗe nafataa ɓe, kono tooñooɓe ɓen ka ngurndan aduna hiɓe e nder majjere ɓanngunde gaayi Laawol Focciingol ngol, ɓe alaa heblanaade Laakara on haa o ara e maɓɓe e juhayee hara kamɓe hiɓe e hoore tooñe maɓɓe ɗen.
19:39Page 308
وَأَنذِرۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡحَسۡرَةِ إِذۡ قُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ وَهُمۡ فِي غَفۡلَةٖ وَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ ٣٩
And warn them, [O Muḥammad], of the Day of Regret, when the matter will be concluded;1 and [yet], they are in [a state of] heedlessness, and they do not believe.
Hulɓinir -an Nulaaɗo- yimɓe ɓen Ñalnde Nimse tuma nimsata bonnuɗo on e hoore bonnere makko nden, moƴƴinɗo on kadi [nimsa] anngal hibbingol makko ɗoftaare nden, tuma nde ɗeri dewal ngal taggaa, hasboore maɓɓe nden timmi, gooto kala hikkondiri e ko o ardinnoo kon, hari kamɓe ka ngurndam maɓɓe aduna ko ɓe hoditorɓe ɗam, ko ɓe welsindiiɓe fii Laakara, toode kamɓe ɓe gomɗinaano Ñalnde Darngal.
19:40Page 308
إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَرِثُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَنۡ عَلَيۡهَا وَإِلَيۡنَا يُرۡجَعُونَ ٤٠
Indeed, it is We who will inherit the earth and whoever is on it, and to Us they will be returned.
Menen, ko Menen woni heddotooɓe ɓen ɓaawo re'ugol tagoore nden, Men rona leydi ndin, Men ronira kadi ɓen wonuɓe e hoore mayri re'ugol ɓe e heddagol Amen ɓaawo maɓɓe, e Jeyal Amen e maɓɓe, e firlitorgol Amen e maɓɓe no Men Yiɗiri, ko ka Amen Menen Tun ɓe ruttoytee Ñalnde Darngal fii Hasboore e Njoɓdi.
19:41Page 308
وَٱذۡكُرۡ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ صِدِّيقٗا نَّبِيًّا ٤١
And mention in the Book [the story of] Abraham. Indeed, he was a man of truth and a prophet.
Jaŋto -an Nulaaɗo- ka Alqur'aanaare Tellinaande e maaɗa kumpital fii Ibraahiima (yo o his), pellet, konko o laatino heewuɗo Goonga e Goonginngol Aayeeje Alla ɗen, ko o Annabaajo kadi immorde ka Alla.
19:42Page 308
إِذۡ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ يَٰٓأَبَتِ لِمَ تَعۡبُدُ مَا لَا يَسۡمَعُ وَلَا يُبۡصِرُ وَلَا يُغۡنِي عَنكَ شَيۡـٔٗا ٤٢
[Mention] when he said to his father, "O my father, why do you worship that which does not hear and does not see and will not benefit you at all?
Tuma nde o maakannoo baaba makko Aajara: "Ko an yo baaba; ko honɗun rewantaa gaanin Alla sanamuuru ndu nanataa noddaandu maaɗa ndun si a noddii ndu, ndu yi'ataa dewal maaɗa ngal si a rewii ndu, ndu ittantaa ma lorra, ndu pooɗantaa ma nafa.
19:43Page 308
يَٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّي قَدۡ جَآءَنِي مِنَ ٱلۡعِلۡمِ مَا لَمۡ يَأۡتِكَ فَٱتَّبِعۡنِيٓ أَهۡدِكَ صِرَٰطٗا سَوِيّٗا ٤٣
O my father, indeed there has come to me of knowledge that which has not come to you, so follow me; I will guide you to an even path.
Ko an yo baaba, min dey gomɗii arii e am immorde e Ganndal e laawol wahayu ko araali e maaɗa, jokkam mi fewne e Laawol Focciingol.
19:44Page 308
يَٰٓأَبَتِ لَا تَعۡبُدِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنَۖ إِنَّ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنَ كَانَ لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ عَصِيّٗا ٤٤
O my father, do not worship [i.e., obey] Satan. Indeed Satan has ever been, to the Most Merciful, disobedient.
Ko an yo baaba, wata a ɗofto Seytaane rewaa mo, pellet, Seytaane laatike yedduɗo Hinnorante, nokku ka O Yamirnoo mo sujjanngol Aadama o sujjaali.
19:45Page 308
يَٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ أَن يَمَسَّكَ عَذَابٞ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ فَتَكُونَ لِلشَّيۡطَٰنِ وَلِيّٗا ٤٥
O my father, indeed I fear that there will touch you a punishment from the Most Merciful so you would be to Satan a companion [in Hellfire]."
Ko an yo baaba, min dey miɗo huli wata Lepte heɓe immorde ka Hinnorante si a maayii e hoore keeferaaku maa ngun, laatoɗaa ɓadiiɗo Seytaane ka Lepte sabu weldigal maaɗa e makko.
19:46Page 308
قَالَ أَرَاغِبٌ أَنتَ عَنۡ ءَالِهَتِي يَٰٓإِبۡرَٰهِيمُۖ لَئِن لَّمۡ تَنتَهِ لَأَرۡجُمَنَّكَۖ وَٱهۡجُرۡنِي مَلِيّٗا ٤٦
[His father] said, "Have you no desire for my gods, O Abraham? If you do not desist, I will surely stone you, so avoid me a prolonged time."
Aajara wi'ani ɓiɗɗo makko on Ibraahiima (yo o his): "Enee, an Ibraahiima a ɗuuroto ɗii sanamuuji am ɗi mi rawata?! pellet, si a tertaaki yennugol sanamji am ɗin mi fiɗirte kaaƴe, seedu e am jamaanu juu-tungu wata a yewtam, wata a wonndu e am.
19:47Page 308
قَالَ سَلَٰمٌ عَلَيۡكَۖ سَأَسۡتَغۡفِرُ لَكَ رَبِّيٓۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِي حَفِيّٗا ٤٧
[Abraham] said, "Peace [i.e., safety] will be upon you.1 I will ask forgiveness for you of my Lord. Indeed, He is ever gracious to me.
Ibraahiima (yo o his) maaki: "Kisiyee e maaɗa immorde e am, a heɓataa ko mettaymaa ko iwri e am, mi toranto ma haforaneede e peewal ka Joomi am, pellet, Kanko O Senike ko O heewuɗo Newanaade lam.
19:48Page 308
وَأَعۡتَزِلُكُمۡ وَمَا تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَدۡعُواْ رَبِّي عَسَىٰٓ أَلَّآ أَكُونَ بِدُعَآءِ رَبِّي شَقِيّٗا ٤٨
And I will leave you and those you invoke other than Allāh and will invoke1 my Lord. I expect that I will not be in invocation to my Lord unhappy [i.e., disappointed]."
Mi seeda e mo'on mi seeda kadi e ɗin reweteeɗi mon ɗi rewoton ɗum gaanin Alla. Mi toroo Joomi am Kanko Tun mi kafidataa Mo e huunde, no gasa O salantaako lam si mi torike Mo, mi laatoo malkisaaɗo sabu toragol Mo.
19:49Page 308
فَلَمَّا ٱعۡتَزَلَهُمۡ وَمَا يَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَهَبۡنَا لَهُۥٓ إِسۡحَٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوبَۖ وَكُلّٗا جَعَلۡنَا نَبِيّٗا ٤٩
So when he had left them and those they worshipped other than Allāh, We gave him Isaac and Jacob, and each [of them] We made a prophet.
Tuma nde o accidunooɓe e reweeteeɗi maɓɓe ɗi ɓe woni rewude ɗin gaanin Alla, Men lontinani mo e hattagol yimɓe makko ɓen Men Okki mo ɓiɗɗo makko on Ishaaqa, Men Okki mo taniraawo makko on Yaaquuba, Men waɗi gooto kala e maɓɓe Annabaajo.
19:50Page 308
وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهُم مِّن رَّحۡمَتِنَا وَجَعَلۡنَا لَهُمۡ لِسَانَ صِدۡقٍ عَلِيّٗا ٥٠
And We gave them of Our mercy, and We made for them a mention [i.e., reputation] of high honor.
Men Okki ɓe e Yurmeende Amen wonndude e Annabaaku ngun moƴƴere ɗuuɗunde, Men waɗani ɓe mantoore moƴƴere jokkondirnde e ɗenɗe jeyaaɓe ɓen.
19:51Page 308
وَٱذۡكُرۡ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مُوسَىٰٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مُخۡلَصٗا وَكَانَ رَسُولٗا نَّبِيّٗا ٥١
And mention in the Book, Moses. Indeed, he was chosen, and he was a messenger and a prophet.1
Jaŋto -an Nulaaɗo- ka Alqur'aanaare Tellinaande e maaɗa kabaaru fii Muusaa (yo o his), kanko o woniino Suɓaaɗo Siiwaa, o woniino kadi Nulaaɗo Annabaajo.
19:52Page 309
وَنَٰدَيۡنَٰهُ مِن جَانِبِ ٱلطُّورِ ٱلۡأَيۡمَنِ وَقَرَّبۡنَٰهُ نَجِيّٗا ٥٢
And We called him from the side of the mount1 at [his] right and brought him near, confiding [to him].
Men noddi mo ka senngo ñaamo fello ngon wonnannde nokkuure Muusaa nden (yo o his), Men ɓanni mo gunndeteeɗo, nokku ka Alla nanini mo Daalol Makko ngol.
19:53Page 309
وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهُۥ مِن رَّحۡمَتِنَآ أَخَاهُ هَٰرُونَ نَبِيّٗا ٥٣
And We gave him out of Our mercy his brother Aaron as a prophet.
Men Okki [Muusaa] -immorde e Yurmeende Amen e Neeminngol Amen e makko- musiɗɗo makko on Haaruuna (yo o his); ka jaabinngol toraare makko nden fewndo o torinoo Joomi makko ɗum.
19:54Page 309
وَٱذۡكُرۡ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ إِسۡمَٰعِيلَۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ صَادِقَ ٱلۡوَعۡدِ وَكَانَ رَسُولٗا نَّبِيّٗا ٥٤
And mention in the Book, Ishmael. Indeed, he was true to his promise, and he was a messenger and a prophet.
Jaŋto -an Nulaaɗo- ka Alqur'aanaare Tellinaande e maaɗa kumpital fii Ismaa'iila (yo o his), kanko o woniino Goonguɗo fodoore, o fodataa fodoore si wonaa o humnii ndi, o woniino kadi Nulaaɗo Annabaajo.
19:55Page 309
وَكَانَ يَأۡمُرُ أَهۡلَهُۥ بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَٱلزَّكَوٰةِ وَكَانَ عِندَ رَبِّهِۦ مَرۡضِيّٗا ٥٥
And he used to enjoin on his people prayer and zakāh and was to his Lord pleasing [i.e., accepted by Him].
O laatino himo yamira yimɓe makko ɓen ñimnugol Julde nden, e tottugol Jakka on, o laatino kadi ka Joomi makko weltoraaɗo.
19:56Page 309
وَٱذۡكُرۡ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ إِدۡرِيسَۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ صِدِّيقٗا نَّبِيّٗا ٥٦
And mention in the Book, Idrees. Indeed, he was a man of truth and a prophet.
Jaŋto -an Nulaaɗo- ka Alqur'aanaare Tellinaande e maaɗa kumpital fii Idriisa (yo o his), pellet, kanko o laatino heewuɗo Goonga e Goonginngol Aayeeje Joomi makko ɗen, o laatino kadi Annabaajo jeyaa- ɗo e Annabaaɓe Alla ɓen.
Men ɓanti jaŋta makko on sabu ko Men Okki mo kon immorde e Annabaaku, o laatii toowuɗo darja.
19:58Page 309
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنۡعَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِم مِّنَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مِن ذُرِّيَّةِ ءَادَمَ وَمِمَّنۡ حَمَلۡنَا مَعَ نُوحٖ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّةِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَإِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ وَمِمَّنۡ هَدَيۡنَا وَٱجۡتَبَيۡنَآۚ إِذَا تُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ خَرُّواْۤ سُجَّدٗاۤ وَبُكِيّٗا۩ ٥٨
Those were the ones upon whom Allāh bestowed favor from among the prophets of the descendants of Adam and of those We carried [in the ship] with Noah, and of the descendants of Abraham and Israel [i.e., Jacob], and of those whom We guided and chose. When the verses of the Most Merciful were recited to them, they fell in prostration and weeping.
Ɓen jaŋtaaɓe e nder ndee simoore, joŋi e Jakariyaa joofi e Idriisa (yo ɓe his), ko ɓen woni ɓen, ɓe Alla Neeminiri e mu'un Annabaaku ka ɓiɗɓe Aadama (yo o his), e ɓiɗɓe ɓen ɓe Me njol-nunoka laana e bibbe Ibhiima e ɓiɗɓe Yaaquuba (yo ɓe his), e ɓen ɓe Men hawrinndiniri peewal faade e Lislaamu, Men Suɓi ɓe Men waɗi ɓe Annabaaɓe, ɓe laatinoke si ɓe nanii Aayeeje Alla ɗen no janngee ɓe sujjanay Alla ko ɓe wullooɓe sabu kulol Makko.
19:59Page 309
۞ فَخَلَفَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡ خَلۡفٌ أَضَاعُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَٱتَّبَعُواْ ٱلشَّهَوَٰتِۖ فَسَوۡفَ يَلۡقَوۡنَ غَيًّا ٥٩
But there came after them successors [i.e., later generations] who neglected prayer and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil1 -
Aroyi ɓaawo ɓee Annabaaɓe Suɓaaɓe ɗoo, [woɓɓe goo] jokkuɓe bone e majjere, ɓe yeebi Julde nden, ɓe addiraali nde no haaniri non, ɓe waɗɗitii ko wonkiiji maɓɓe ɗin lokaa kon e geddi ɗin wano jeeno, aray ɓe hawroya e bone e taƴaare ka Jahannama.
19:60Page 309
إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحٗا فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ يَدۡخُلُونَ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ وَلَا يُظۡلَمُونَ شَيۡـٔٗا ٦٠
Except those who repent, believe and do righteousness; for those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged at all.
Si wonaa on tuubuɗo immorde e raɓɓinɗinaare makko e fantingol makko, o gomɗini Alla o golli golle moƴƴe, ɓen sifaaɓe ɗii sifaaji ɗoo ɓe naatoya Aljanna on, hara ɓe uytantaake hay e huunde e njoɓdi golle maɓɓe ɗen, hay sinno fanɗii.
19:61Page 309
جَنَّٰتِ عَدۡنٍ ٱلَّتِي وَعَدَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ عِبَادَهُۥ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ وَعۡدُهُۥ مَأۡتِيّٗا ٦١
[Therein are] gardens of perpetual residence which the Most Merciful has promised His servants in the unseen. Indeed, His promise has ever been eminent.1
Aljannaaji ñiiɓal, ɗin ɗi Hinnorante Fodi jeyaaɓe Makko moƴƴuɓe ɓen ka wirnii wonnde O naaday ɓe e nder majji, kamɓe ɓe yi'aali ɗi kono ɓe gomɗinii ɗi, Alla Fodii Aljanna on -fii kala ko o wirniiɗo- o aray feere woo alaa.
19:62Page 309
لَّا يَسۡمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغۡوًا إِلَّا سَلَٰمٗاۖ وَلَهُمۡ رِزۡقُهُمۡ فِيهَا بُكۡرَةٗ وَعَشِيّٗا ٦٢
They will not hear therein any ill speech - only [greetings of] peace - and they will have their provision therein, morning and afternoon.
Ɓe nanataa nder ton haalaaji puyɗi, wonaa haalaaji bonɗi, ko woni, hiɓe nana salminaango yoga maɓɓe e dow yoga, e salminaango Malaa'ikaaɓe ɓen e dow maɓɓe, no ara e maɓɓe nder ton ko ɓe lokaa(wooɗa) kon immorde e ñaametee bimmbi e kiikiiɗe.
19:63Page 309
تِلۡكَ ٱلۡجَنَّةُ ٱلَّتِي نُورِثُ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا مَن كَانَ تَقِيّٗا ٦٣
That is Paradise, which We give as inheritance to those of Our servants who were fearing of Allāh.
Oo Aljanna siforaaɗo ɗii sifaaji ko kanko woni on mo Men Roninta ɗum immorde e jeyaaɓe Amen ɓen, on doftiiɗo Yamaruyeeji ɗin o woɗɗitiiɗo haɗaaɗi ɗin.
19:64Page 309
وَمَا نَتَنَزَّلُ إِلَّا بِأَمۡرِ رَبِّكَۖ لَهُۥ مَا بَيۡنَ أَيۡدِينَا وَمَا خَلۡفَنَا وَمَا بَيۡنَ ذَٰلِكَۚ وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ نَسِيّٗا ٦٤
[Gabriel said],1 "And we [angels] descend not except by the order of your Lord. To Him belongs that before us and that behind us and what is in between. And never is your Lord forgetful -
Wi'an -an Jibriila- Muhammadu (yo Alla Juulu e makko O hisna mo): pellet, Malaa'ikaaɓe ɓen ɓe jippantaako hoore-maɓɓe, anndu ko ɓe jipporta ko e Yamaruyee Alla, ko Alla heeranii ko men jaɓɓoto kon immorde e fiyaake Laakara, e ko men acci ɗum immorde e fiyaake aduna, e kon ko woni hakkunde aduna e Laakara, Joomi maaɗa wonaali -an Nulaaɗo- yejjitoowo huunde.
19:65Page 310
رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا فَٱعۡبُدۡهُ وَٱصۡطَبِرۡ لِعِبَٰدَتِهِۦۚ هَلۡ تَعۡلَمُ لَهُۥ سَمِيّٗا ٦٥
Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them - so worship Him and have patience for His worship. Do you know of any similarity to Him?"
Taguɗo On kammuuli ɗin e leydi ndin, e Jeyɗo ɗi On e Fewjoowo fii majji, e Taguɗo On ko woni kon hakkunde majji e Jeyɗo ɗum e Fewjoowo fii mun On, ko On Hanndi e Reweede, tabitu e Dewal Makko, laatanaaki Mo yeruujo wanaa kadi ɗimmo mo no kafida e Makko ka Dewal.
19:66Page 310
وَيَقُولُ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ أَءِذَا مَا مِتُّ لَسَوۡفَ أُخۡرَجُ حَيًّا ٦٦
And man [i.e., the disbeliever] says, "When I have died, am I going to be brought forth alive?"
Keefeero yedduɗo immital on no wi'a; ka jalnorgol: "Eyoo, e jaka si mi maayii aroyay nde mi yaltinee ka qaburu am ko mi wuuruɗo ngurndam ɗimmal?! Pellet, ɗum ko woɗɗuɗum.
19:67Page 310
أَوَلَا يَذۡكُرُ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ أَنَّا خَلَقۡنَٰهُ مِن قَبۡلُ وَلَمۡ يَكُ شَيۡـٔٗا ٦٧
Does man not remember that We created him before, while he was nothing?
Enee, hara oo yedduɗo Immital annditaali wonnde Menen Men Tagiino mo ko adii hari o laataaki hay e huunde?! O dallinora Tagu aranu ngun e dow Tagu ɗiɗabu ngun, ko fii pellet, ko Tagu ɗiɗabu ngun ɓuri welude fii e newaade.
19:68Page 310
فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَحۡشُرَنَّهُمۡ وَٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ ثُمَّ لَنُحۡضِرَنَّهُمۡ حَوۡلَ جَهَنَّمَ جِثِيّٗا ٦٨
So by your Lord, We will surely gather them and the devils; then We will bring them to be present around Hell upon their knees.1
Mi woondirii Joomi maaɗa -an Nulaaɗo- Men yaltinoyay ɓe ka genaale maɓɓe faade ka Mofturu ko ɓe wonnduɓe e Seytanuuji maɓɓe, ɗin majju-nooɗi ɓe, refti Men soggoya ɓe faade ka dammbu-ɗe Jahannama ko ɓe hoyɓe, jicciriiɓe e koppi maɓɓe.
19:69Page 310
ثُمَّ لَنَنزِعَنَّ مِن كُلِّ شِيعَةٍ أَيُّهُمۡ أَشَدُّ عَلَى ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ عِتِيّٗا ٦٩
Then We will surely extract from every sect those of them who were worst against the Most Merciful in insolence.
Refti Men foodirabe no saɗtiri e no boniri immorde e kala fedde e feddeeji majjere ɗin ɓurɗo ɓe saɗtu- de geddi, ɓen ko yeesooɓe maɓɓe ɓen.
19:70Page 310
ثُمَّ لَنَحۡنُ أَعۡلَمُ بِٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ أَوۡلَىٰ بِهَا صِلِيّٗا ٧٠
Then, surely it is We who are most knowing of those most worthy of burning therein.
Refti ko Menen Ɓuri Anndunde ɓen ɓurɓe foddude naatugol yiite ngen e sonnjorgol nguleendi magge e tampirgol ndi.
19:71Page 310
وَإِن مِّنكُمۡ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَاۚ كَانَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ حَتۡمٗا مَّقۡضِيّٗا ٧١
And there is none of you except he will come to it.1 This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed.
Alaa e mooɗun -ko onon yo yimɓe- hay e gooto si wonaa o lummbay dow [Ƴanngal] Siraate waɗa-ngal ka fonngo Jahannama, ngollummbugol laatike Ñaawoore Siinaande nde Alla Ñaawi ɗum, firtoowo Ñaawoore Makko nden alaa.
19:72Page 310
ثُمَّ نُنَجِّي ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَواْ وَّنَذَرُ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ فِيهَا جِثِيّٗا ٧٢
Then We will save those who feared Allāh and leave the wrongdoers within it, on their knees.
Refti ɓaawo ngol lummbugol Siraate Men Hisina ɓen hulirnooɓe Joomi mu'un ɗoftagol Yamiraaɗi Makko ɗin e woɗɗitagol haɗaaɗi Makko ɗin, Men ɗala tooñooɓe ɓen ko ɓe jicciiɓe e hoore koppi maɓɓe, ɓe hattantaake dogugol nge.
19:73Page 310
وَإِذَا تُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتُنَا بَيِّنَٰتٖ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَيُّ ٱلۡفَرِيقَيۡنِ خَيۡرٞ مَّقَامٗا وَأَحۡسَنُ نَدِيّٗا ٧٣
And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Which of [our] two parties is best in position and best in association?"1
Si janngaama e dow yimɓe ɓen Aayeeje Amen Ɓannguɗe jippinaaɗe ɗen e Nulaaɓe Amen ɓen; yedduɓe ɓen wi'ana gomɗimɓe ɓen: "Ko hennde e feddeeji me'en ɗin ɓuri moƴƴude hoɗo e ñiiɓirnde, ɓuri fotude kadi mbatu e kawtital: "Ko fedde Amen nden, kaa ko fedde mo'on nden?!".
19:74Page 310
وَكَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا قَبۡلَهُم مِّن قَرۡنٍ هُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ أَثَٰثٗا وَرِءۡيٗا ٧٤
And how many a generation have We destroyed before them who were better in possessions and [outward] appearance?
Kaawes ko ɗuuɗiri wa moftaaji ɗi Men halki ɗum ko adii ɓee heeferɓe wasorayɓe ko ɓe woni kon e mu'un immorde e toowal yi'eteengal, ɗin moftaaji no ɓuri ɓe jawle, ɓuri ɓe kadi moƴƴugol mbaadi sabu labeede conci maɓɓe, e neemagol ɓalli maɓɓe.
19:75Page 310
قُلۡ مَن كَانَ فِي ٱلضَّلَٰلَةِ فَلۡيَمۡدُدۡ لَهُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ مَدًّاۚ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا رَأَوۡاْ مَا يُوعَدُونَ إِمَّا ٱلۡعَذَابَ وَإِمَّا ٱلسَّاعَةَ فَسَيَعۡلَمُونَ مَنۡ هُوَ شَرّٞ مَّكَانٗا وَأَضۡعَفُ جُندٗا ٧٥
Say, "Whoever is in error - let the Most Merciful extend for him an extension [in wealth and time] until, when they see that which they were promised - either punishment [in this world] or the Hour [of resurrection] - they will come to know who is worst in position and weaker in soldiers."
Maaku -an Nulaaɗo-: "On laatiiɗo no yinoo e nder majjere aray Hinnorante nennana mo haa o ɓey- doo majjere, haa si ɓe yi'ii ko ɓe wonanoo fodeede kon immorde e lepte yaccinaaɗe ɗen ka aduna, maaɗum nennaaɗe ɗen haa Ñalnde Darngal aray ɓe annda ontuma ko hommbo boni nokku ɓuri fanɗude wallooɓe, e hara ɗum ko fedde maɓɓe nden, kaa ko fedde gomɗimɓe ɓen?
19:76Page 310
وَيَزِيدُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱهۡتَدَوۡاْ هُدٗىۗ وَٱلۡبَٰقِيَٰتُ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتُ خَيۡرٌ عِندَ رَبِّكَ ثَوَابٗا وَخَيۡرٞ مَّرَدًّا ٧٦
And Allāh increases those who were guided, in guidance, and the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord1 for reward and better for recourse.
E mbattiigu nennangol ɓeeɗoo haa ɓe ɓeydoo majjere, Alla no ɓeydana ɓeya feewuɓe gomɗinal e doftaare. Golle moƴƴe yottinayɗe ɗen e malal paamayankowal ngal ko ɗen ɓuri nafa ka Joomi maaɗa -an Nulaaɗo- njoɓdi, ko ɗum kadi ɓuri battane.
19:77Page 311
أَفَرَءَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِي كَفَرَ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَقَالَ لَأُوتَيَنَّ مَالٗا وَوَلَدًا ٧٧
Then, have you seen he who disbelieved in Our verses and said, "I will surely be given wealth and children [in the next life]"?
Enee, a yi'aali -an Nulaaɗo- on yedduɗo hujjaaji Amen ɗin, o yeddi Kammbaaji Amen ɗin, o wi'i: "Si mi maayii, mi immintinoyaama maatun mi okkee jawdi ɗuuɗundi e ɓiɗɓe".
19:78Page 311
أَطَّلَعَ ٱلۡغَيۡبَ أَمِ ٱتَّخَذَ عِندَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ عَهۡدٗا ٧٨
Has he looked into the unseen, or has he taken from the Most Merciful a promise?
Enee, o anndu ko wirnii kon si o wi'i ko o wi'i kon no ɓanngiri?! Kaa o ƴettodii e Joomi makko aadi fii yo O naadu mo Aljanna, O okkoya mo ton jawdi e ɓiɗɓe?!
19:79Page 311
كـَلَّاۚ سَنَكۡتُبُ مَا يَقُولُ وَنَمُدُّ لَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ مَدّٗا ٧٩
No! We will record what he says and extend [i.e., increase] for him from the punishment extensively.
Fiyaake on wanaa no o aaƴori non, aray Men winnda ko o woni wowlude kon e ko o woni gollude kon, Men ɓeydana mo Lepte e dow lepte makko ɗen, sabu ko o nodditii kon immorde e meere nden.
19:80Page 311
وَنَرِثُهُۥ مَا يَقُولُ وَيَأۡتِينَا فَرۡدٗا ٨٠
And We will inherit him [in] what he mentions,1 and he will come to Us alone.
Men Rona ko o acci kon immorde e jawdi e ɓiɗɗo ɓaawo Men halkii mo, o ara e Amen Ñalnde Darngal ko o weddiiɗo hara o ɓooraama ko o wonunoo dakmitorde kon immorde e jawdi e jaahu.
19:81Page 311
وَٱتَّخَذُواْ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ ءَالِهَةٗ لِّيَكُونُواْ لَهُمۡ عِزّٗا ٨١
And they have taken besides Allāh [false] deities that they would be for them [a source of] honor.
Sirkooɓe ɓen jogitii hoore-maɓɓe reweteeɓe gaanin Alla; fii yo ɓen laatano ɓe sembinooɓe e wallooɓe, ɓe foolira sabu maɓɓe.
19:82Page 311
كـَلَّاۚ سَيَكۡفُرُونَ بِعِبَادَتِهِمۡ وَيَكُونُونَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ضِدًّا ٨٢
No! They [i.e., those "gods"] will deny their worship of them and will be against them opponents [on the Day of Judgement].
Fiyaake on wanaa no ɓe aaƴori non, ɗii reweteeɗi ɗi ɓe rewata ɗum gaanin Alla, ɗi yeddoyay Ñalnde Darngal dewal ngal sirkooɓe ɓen rewunooɗi ngal, ɗi woɗɗitoo e maɓɓe, ɗi laatanoo ɓe ayɓe.
19:83Page 311
أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا ٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ تَؤُزُّهُمۡ أَزّٗا ٨٣
Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them [to evil] with [constant] incitement?
Enee, a yi'aali -an Nulaaɗo- wonnde Menen Men nulii Seytanuuji ɗin, Men wurtiɗi e dow heeferɓe ɓen hiɗi ƴuunaɓe e waɗugol geddi ɗin e faddagol ka Diina Alla e ƴuunugol.
19:84Page 311
فَلَا تَعۡجَلۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡۖ إِنَّمَا نَعُدُّ لَهُمۡ عَدّٗا ٨٤
So be not impatient over them. We only count out [i.e., allow] to them a [limited] number.1
Wata a heñor -an Nulaaɗo- ɗaɓɓirgol Alla yaccin- gol halkugol ɓe, anndu Men limay ɓe woni nguur- ndan maɓɓe ɗam limugol, haa si haɗtii dummunne nennangol ɓe Men lepta ɓe yeru ko ɓe hanndi kon.
19:85Page 311
يَوۡمَ نَحۡشُرُ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ إِلَى ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ وَفۡدٗا ٨٥
On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation
Jaŋto -an Nulaaɗo- Ñalnde Darngal, Ñalnde Men mooɓoyta hulirooɓe ɓen Joomi mu'un -ɗoftagol Yamiraaɗi Makko ɗin e woɗɗitagol Haɗaaɗi Makko ɗin- ka Joomi maɓɓe ko ɓe jamaa teddinaaɗo.
19:86Page 311
وَنَسُوقُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ وِرۡدٗا ٨٦
And will drive the criminals to Hell in thirst
Men sogga heeferɓe ɓen haa ka Jahannama ko ɓe ɗonɗaaɓe.
19:87Page 311
لَّا يَمۡلِكُونَ ٱلشَّفَٰعَةَ إِلَّا مَنِ ٱتَّخَذَ عِندَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ عَهۡدٗا ٨٧
None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant.1
Ɓee heeferɓe ɓe maraa tefanngol woɓɓe maɓɓe si wonaa on jogtaninooɗo Alla aadi ka aduna fii gom- ɗinngol Mo e Nulaaɓe Makko ɓen.
19:88Page 311
وَقَالُواْ ٱتَّخَذَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ وَلَدٗا ٨٨
And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son."
Alyahuuda en e Annasaaraa en e woɓɓe e sirkooɓe ɓen wi'i: " Hinnorante jogitike ɓiɗɗo".
Gomɗii on addii -ko onon wowlooɓe ɗii- huunde mawnunde.
19:90Page 311
تَكَادُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ يَتَفَطَّرۡنَ مِنۡهُ وَتَنشَقُّ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَتَخِرُّ ٱلۡجِبَالُ هَدًّا ٩٠
The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation
Kammuuli ɗin no ɓadoo seekaade immorde e ngol konngol añaangol, leydi ndin no ɓadoo seekaade, pelle ɗen no do'a yanude muncoo.
Ɗum fow,ko sabu ko ɓe dammbani(askitina) kon Hinnorante ɓiɗɗo, Alla Toowii e ɗum Toowal mawngal.
19:92Page 311
وَمَا يَنۢبَغِي لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا ٩٢
And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son.
Gasataa nde Hinnorante jogitotoo ɓiɗɗo Senaade wonanii Mo e ɗum.
19:93Page 311
إِن كُلُّ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَّآ ءَاتِي ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ عَبۡدٗا ٩٣
There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant.
Alaa wonɗo ka kammuuli e ka leydi immorde e Malaa'ikaaɓe ɓen e yimɓe ɓen e jinnaaji ɗin si wanaa o aroyay ka Joomi makko Ñalnde Darngal ko o yankiniiɗo.
