90:1Page 594

لَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ ١

I swear by this city [i.e., Makkah] –

真主以禁地-即尊贵的麦加盟誓，

90:2Page 594

وَأَنتَ حِلُّۢ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ ٢

And you, [O Muḥammad], are free of restriction in this city –

使者啊！对于你在禁地杀该杀的，俘该俘的是合法的。

90:3Page 594

وَوَالِدٖ وَمَا وَلَدَ ٣

And [by] the father¹ and that which was born [of him],

真主以人类的父亲以及从他繁衍的子嗣盟誓，

90:4Page 594

لَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ فِي كَبَدٍ ٤

We have certainly created man into hardship.

我确已把人类造在辛苦和劳累之中，他将尝受今世的困苦。

90:5Page 594

أَيَحۡسَبُ أَن لَّن يَقۡدِرَ عَلَيۡهِ أَحَدٞ ٥

Does he think that never will anyone overcome him?

难道人们认为，自己一旦作恶，没有任何人，甚至是创造他的主也不能制服或惩罚他吗？

90:6Page 594

يَقُولُ أَهۡلَكۡتُ مَالٗا لُّبَدًا ٦

He says, "I have spent wealth in abundance."

他说‘我花费了一堆一堆叠在一起的很多钱财。”

90:7Page 594

أَيَحۡسَبُ أَن لَّمۡ يَرَهُۥٓ أَحَدٌ ٧

Does he think that no one has seen him?

难道这个一掷千金者认为，真主没有看到他吗？难道真主不对他进行清算，他的钱财是从哪里得来，又花费到何处去了吗？

90:8Page 594

أَلَمۡ نَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ عَيۡنَيۡنِ ٨

Have We not made for him two eyes?

难道我没有为他创造供他观察的两只眼睛？

90:9Page 594

وَلِسَانٗا وَشَفَتَيۡنِ ٩

And a tongue and two lips?

及用以说话的一片舌头和两片嘴唇吗？

90:10Page 594

وَهَدَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلنَّجۡدَيۡنِ ١٠

And have shown him the two ways?¹

并为他指明了真理之路和荒谬之途吗？

90:11Page 594

فَلَا ٱقۡتَحَمَ ٱلۡعَقَبَةَ ١١

But he has not broken through the difficult pass.¹

他被要求越过那分开他与乐园的山路。

90:12Page 594

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡعَقَبَةُ ١٢

And what can make you know what is [breaking through] the difficult pass?

使者啊！你怎能知道为进入乐园他必须越过的山路是什么呢？

90:13Page 594

فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ ١٣

It is the freeing of a slave

那是释放一名男奴或女奴，

90:14Page 594

أَوۡ إِطۡعَٰمٞ فِي يَوۡمٖ ذِي مَسۡغَبَةٖ ١٤

Or feeding on a day of severe hunger

或在食物匮乏的饥荒之日提供食物，

90:15Page 594

يَتِيمٗا ذَا مَقۡرَبَةٍ ١٥

An orphan of near relationship

给亲戚中的孤儿，

90:16Page 594

أَوۡ مِسۡكِينٗا ذَا مَتۡرَبَةٖ ١٦

Or a needy person in misery

或一无所有的贫民。

90:17Page 594

ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡمَرۡحَمَةِ ١٧

And then being among those who believed and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion.

而且他是信真主、以坚忍和不悖逆及忍耐灾难相互嘱托、以仁义对待真主之众仆的人。

90:18Page 594

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ ١٨

Those are the companions of the right.¹

这等品质的人是幸福的人。

90:19Page 594

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا هُمۡ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِ ١٩

But they who disbelieved in Our signs - those are the companions of the left.¹

否认我降示给我的使者诸多迹象的人是不幸的人，

90:20Page 594

عَلَيۡهِمۡ نَارٞ مُّؤۡصَدَةُۢ ٢٠

Over them will be fire closed in.¹

复活日，他们在将入被封锁的火狱中受刑罚。
