当苍穹为众天使的下降而裂开的时候，
当众星辰相继散落的时候，
当海洋彼此开通海水浑然一体的时候，
82:4Page 587
وَإِذَا ٱلۡقُبُورُ بُعۡثِرَتۡ ٤
And when the [contents of] graves are scattered [i.e., exposed],
当坟墓的土被翻开，以复活里面的死人的时候，
82:5Page 587
عَلِمَتۡ نَفۡسٞ مَّا قَدَّمَتۡ وَأَخَّرَتۡ ٥
A soul will [then] know what it has put forth and kept back.
此时，每个人都知道自己之前和之后所做的全部行为，
82:6Page 587
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ ٱلۡكَرِيمِ ٦
O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous,
不信真主的人啊！是什么使你违背你的主的命令呢？祂迟缓而未急于惩罚你，作为对你的尊重。
82:7Page 587
ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّىٰكَ فَعَدَلَكَ ٧
Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you?
祂从无中创造了你，并使你成为体态匀称的人，
82:8Page 587
فِيٓ أَيِّ صُورَةٖ مَّا شَآءَ رَكَّبَكَ ٨
In whatever form He willed has He assembled you.
祂以祂所欲的形态创造了你，并恩赐了你，且没有把你创造成一头驴、一只猴子、一只狗等。
自大的人们啊！事情不是你们想象的那样，你们否认了你们对其一无所知的报应日，
你们的上面有许多天使记录你们的行为，
在真主那里，他们是尊贵的，他们记录你们的所有行为，
他们知道你们的一切行为并予以记录，
复活日，多行善功和顺从之人必在长久的恩泽之中。
恶人必将在燃烧的火狱中，
82:15Page 587
يَصۡلَوۡنَهَا يَوۡمَ ٱلدِّينِ ١٥
They will [enter to] burn therein on the Day of Recompense,
报应日，他们必进入火狱，遭受其灼热，
他们决不能离开火狱，而是永居其中。
82:17Page 587
وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا يَوۡمُ ٱلدِّينِ ١٧
And what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense?
使者啊！你怎能知道何为报应日？
82:18Page 587
ثُمَّ مَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا يَوۡمُ ٱلدِّينِ ١٨
Then, what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense?
然后，你怎能知道何为报应日？
82:19Page 587
يَوۡمَ لَا تَمۡلِكُ نَفۡسٞ لِّنَفۡسٖ شَيۡـٔٗاۖ وَٱلۡأَمۡرُ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلَّهِ ١٩
It is the Day when a soul will not possess for another soul [power to do] a thing; and the command, that Day, is [entirely] with Allāh.
在那日，任何人无济于其他任何人，那日，万事只归独一的真主，祂依祂的意欲而行事。
