Ash-Sharh

The Relief · Meccan · 8 ayahs

أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ ١

Did We not expand for you, [O Muḥammad], your breast?¹

真主确已为你敞开你的胸襟，使你喜爱接受启示，

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ ٢

And We removed from you your burden¹

并消除你的过错。

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ ٣

Which had weighed upon your back

它紧追你左右，压迫得你几乎折腰；

وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ ٤

And raised high for you your repute.

我提高你的声望，使人们在内、外宣礼和其它时间中都赞念你。

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا ٥

For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease [i.e., relief].

的确，伴随着困难和艰辛的是宽松和容易；

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا ٦

Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

伴随着困难和艰辛的是宽松和容易。如果你确知了这些，那么，你就应对民众对你的伤害，和阻拦你宣传真主的宗教而释怀。

فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ ٧

So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].

当你忙碌完你的事情空闲下来的时候，你当努力敬拜你的主，

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب ٨

And to your Lord direct [your] longing.

当将自己的所求和目的只归属于独一的真主。
